Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. He goes into detail just so I understand everything that's going on with my vehicle. He's even gone as far to sit with me (and all my questions) so I could better track and compile data (for my own use) to estimate and plan for future service. I am completely at ease when I take my car in to him, because I know all the necessary issues will be handled accordingly and within budget.

This allows me to the ability to make arrangements for my truck maintenance when I return to Phoenix, no matter where I am in at the time. The available appointment times and drop off options are always the most convenient. Evan is always prompt and professional when I drop off my truck for service. He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. I never feel like I am being rushed in or out following service. I will continue to rely on Surprise Ford for all of my Ford Truck Maintenance.

My review is to complement the exemplary service of Sam Mendoza who is my Service Advisory at this dealership and to acknowledge his professionalism and overall performance regarding my 2014 Cadillac ELR, Hybrid, 2 door sporty coupe. He is amazing, awesome and treated us with the utmost respect and went over and above to make sure my vehicle was serviced with meticulous care. He got me a rental car through Hertz for approximately 4 days because of the lengthy process with my worthless warranty company, AGW (American Guardian Warranty) and the hoses, parts that had to be ordered as my vehicle is a hybrid, 2014 Cadillac ELR, a sporty 2 door coupe which I'm looking to replace here shortly, although this process was extremely lengthy from 06/25/25 - 07/12/25 (over 2 weeks it was not any fault of Mr. Mendoza's) when I got my car back as my husband went and picked up my vehicle. Mr. Mendoza did everything within his authority to get us a good price and looked for discounts to help us. I am extremely pleased with the care and concern he took in taking care of my vehicle needs as he has done several times before and I will continue to bring my vehicle into this dealership for him to handle all of my car needs. The staff within itself is very friendly and accommodating. I did leave a detailed message for his Manager, Michael as of 07/24/25, Thursday to let him know how amazing Sam is but never received a returned call, however I felt that someone in Management should be cognizant of his skills which are anything short of immaculate. Thank you, Sam for always taking good care of us, being very accommodating and cheerful and we will be in to give you a gift to show our appreciation for a job well done. She is driving and performing like a Boss on the streets! We truly appreciate you and will continue to trust you with my baby!

I love the dealership. I purchased this vehicle from a different place, but because of the history I had with them, I bought my car to them for service. They are always thorough and treat us well. Prices are high, but again, they are a dealership and the work they do is worth it. This last time I took my car in and asked for a loaner, they were not able to accommodate so they grabbed a tech to look at the problem and tell me what was wrong and what they fix was. We ordered the parts right there and I left with my car. They will call me when the parts get there and will get it fixed for me same day. We had a problem, they found a solution that cost me nothing. I love it.

This dealership is the ONLY one that I will trust with my car. I had to bring my vehicle in for service in the collision department and from the very first moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. They arranged my transportation and took care of every detail of my repair. Most importantly, the repair was spectacular! The car was returned to me detailed and better than when I dropped it off. Again, this is the only place I will take my car for routine service, warranty repairs or insurance claims (hopefully never need that one). My next car purchase will also come from this dealership, as well. Finding a trusted dealership or service center is difficult, so that’s why I’ll continue to be a Bell Ford customer. Went in for regular service on my PriusV and came out with a new RAV4 hybrid. I had been thinking about a new car so I decided to check out their stock and they ended up having the exact car I wanted with the features and color I was looking for. The price was in my range and all of the staff at the dealership were top notch so I went ahead with the trade. Working with "Hoov" to make the car purchase was easy and I was able to drive away with my new car the same day. There was no pressure and the buying experience was genuinely enjoyable. I am the proud owner of a 2015 Audi A3. This is my first Audi or luxury car and I had a lot to learn about maintenance and care that goes into these phenomenal vehicles. I started having an issue with my turbo so I did what any good Audi owner would do and took it to Audi Gilbert. I met with Scott P., the service manager, he did confirm my turbo needed replacement. I was devastated, thinking I wouldn’t be able to come up with the funding to take care of it but due to Scott and all the staff at Audi Gilbert my A3 qualified for a warranty and my turbo was replaced. Scott even was able to get me a loaner while they worked on my car. Scott called and told me she was ready to be picked up and she’s never driven more beautifully. I wanted to thanks Scott and the hard-working technicians and all the staff at Audi Gilbert. Their customer service was impeccable. They kept me posted every step of the way during the process. Audi Gilbert went above and beyond my expectations Thank you so much for a GREAT experience at your dealership!!! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else and I am telling all my friends and family and anyone who listen Audi Gilbert is amazing!!

Together their wealth of knowledge and ability to CARE about me as a customer was truly invaluable. They ensured that the service i received on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was their top priority and ensured the work was done to meet exact specifications. I will tell anyone that i TRUST them in their decisions which now a days you do not hear to often. Even after my truck was fixed Kevin called me to see how my truck was running. All i can say is what a great service! Finally, I would like to tell Jim, to give both these guys a promotion or a raise because at the end of the day a hug or a pat on the back is not enough!

I called early on a Wednesday morning to speak with the Service Department. After being put on hold for an extended period of time, I was offered the opportunity to leave a voice mail. I left my contact information with the understanding that someone would return my call that same day. Didn't happen. I emailed the dealership that evening and revived a response from someone in sales assuring me that someone from the Service Department would call me on Thursday. Didn't happen. I tried to speak with a Serice Manager (possibly Efram) on Friday morning and was unable to get in touch with him. I called and was told that a Sales Manager would return my call. Still waiting for that call. - - UPDATE - Finally received a call back from one of the Service Managers. He apologized for the inconvenience and scheduled my vehicle for service on Monday (3 days from today). I appreciate the time that he (Efram) took explaining what might have happened with my prior phone calls and attempts to reach someone in the Service Department. I understand that there may have been a learning curve with their new phone system, but it still is frustrating for customers. I am happy to be able to get my vehicle in prior to two scheduled surgeries and Jury Duty (both in Superior Court and Federal Court). even in retirement, I always seem to have a very busy schedule and depend on my vehicle. Thank you.
