I had been waiting for a recall to be fixed on the car I wanted, and he was able to get it pushed through faster than anticipated. He worked with me to reach the price I needed, and I truly feel like I got a great deal. Raymond was honest throughout the entire process, with no tricks or pressure—unlike some other dealerships and sales reps I encountered during my car search. On top of that, I was in and out of the dealership in just 1.5 hours, which is the fastest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Got a great car here (an EV) and they were willing to negotiate to get my business. Most of the salespeople are knowledgeable. The dealership is not very transparent about their inventory and prices, which many other dealers have on their website. But I don’t know why because they actually don’t charge any of the junk fees and surcharges that a lot of other dealers will tack on. They’re pretty fair overall. And Hyundais are great cars.

I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

My car has been at Dublin Hyundai since last Tuesday for a breakdown and subsequent recall service. The communication has been a disaster. When calling for an update today (around 5:30 PM, well before their 7 PM closing), the Front Desk staff was rude. My calls were repeatedly ignored, sent to voicemail, or actively hung up on/cut off by the dealership staff. This reflects the same terrible post-sale service from their sales team. I strongly recommend choosing another dealership

Do not go here is you are Latino or Latina. Me and my spouse went there since she wanted a new Sonata and they said they can’t give us the price we saw online since we don’t have good credit. They said we do not qualify and gave us a rate of 8.99% APR and showed us a website with current bank rates. We have excellent credit and we had our anglo friend over to buy the same car and he has okay credit and no job. He got 1.99% APR through the car maker and a lower price for the car then came back to tell us. They also put a lot of pressure on him to buy the car. We went to Toyota and reporting this car dealer. Bad dealers and never we will never buy a Hyundai. They are not honest and will take your money.

Wow, I cannot say enough about the excellent service and experience at Frank Hyundai. From top to bottom every person that we worked with gave personal care and attention. Thank you to everyone that assisted us in this purchase including GM Mirona Silli, Sales Manager Mark Moore our Sales Associate Luis and Finance Manger Kim. Purchasing a vehicle in this market is difficult. Many dealerships are gouging their customers and taking advantage of the situation. Not Frank Hyundai they gave us fair upfront pricing and no pressure for added packages. We couldn't be happier with the experience or the car. My son is excited to get on the road with his 2022 Elantra.
