Great staff, great service. Always treated well. Kudos to Bob Martin and Tim, my mechanic. They're really great. I don't know what more one could ask. My latest visit was to buy an extended warranty. I was treated well in Finance as well.

The dealer ship is very good. The service department is good but communication is poor. Numerous times when I’ve called and made an appointment to get my truck serviced I told them that I would wait there while my truck is getting worked on. Each time when I get there they are surprised I’m waiting for it. You would think that they would have put a note with my appointment about waiting. One time I needed to leave my truck in the shop for a couple of days to get repairs done and asked for a loaner vehicle which they had. When my truck was done I returned the loaner car, only it wasn’t a loaner, I had to pay $60.00 for using it. It would have been nice if they would have told me in advance. Very disappointing as far as communication goes

After discussing my service work order, Jasmine was able to provide me with a discount that I was unaware of. This is not the first time that Jasmine has gone all out to make my service experience enjoyable. Very happy with the service. My car was towed there after hours with a flat tire. The next morning before I even had a chance to contact the service center, I received a text from my service advisor. Tire was replaced in about an hour. Great customer service and friendly staff.
