12 minutes ago New Do not purchase or lease from this place. Absolutely zero customer service after sales. Stay away. Sales person went AWOL and MIA when we needed help. The best they can do is to respond on social media that they regret our experience and wants to reach out to help. They are unwilling to help and will try to avoid responsibility. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE ANYTHING HERE.

As a first time buyer from CarMax, I will say that I was happy with how the whole process went! Not only was it easy for me to look for vehicles and see their history, the amount of pictures from the interior and exterior really made me feel as if I was there looking at the car in person! Now, as soon as I made a choice, or thought I did, I was called the next day, and they even helped me look at a few others via a link through text messages. Once my mind was made, I started some of the process for obtaining the vehicle so that it made it faster and easier to obtain. I set a test drive appointment, which I later skipped, went to the dealership, and left with my new car! I forgot to mention that my car had to be shipped, which, depending on how far it is, cost me nothing as it was not too far from the dealership I was close to. I think it's nice that they could do that. Also, if you find that it isn't what you wanted, you do have time to exchange your vehicle or, if need be, cancel the whole process. FYI, the customer service was great!

I drove from Orange County to Ventura, California to see what they had to offer based on an ad for a new Jeep. Even with the discount it was a little more than I wanted to pay. So I bought a used Sahara, a beautiful black Jeep Wrangler. There was an issue with the steering having too much play. It doesn't appear to be a recall, but Crown has agreed to fix it There was a recall on an issue with the vattery, it is a hybrid. Crown already fixed that. My salesman, Jorge was excellent. Friendly, not at all pushy, negotiated what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle, and something I was comfortable paying. I go tomorrow to have the steering fixed. I will let this review know how it goes. Otherwise, I would recommend this dealership. And of course, will always recommend anyone dealing with buying especially a used vehicle. Go with some knowledge and get everything in writing. Be adamant. And don't buy something if you don't feel good about it. I'm so far extremely happy. Thank you Crown and I'll see you tomorrow. The were to replace the AC compressor but they never did, I took the vehicle to another dealership where they told me that the ac compressor was never changed. I been trying to talk to her boss with no success.

It’s like every year some I’ve had to replace the battery and nobody can figure out why they said initially I didn’t drop the car off that it wasn’t charging this young man assisted me in figuring out what the problem was and getting it fixed we just gotta wait and see what if what he Had. The team do works and if you did perfect if it didn’t, then I will be back in your business to discuss the battery issue again.

What started as a promising visit ended with lies and unkept promises. They could not deliver on what they promised but it was because they tried to hide added costs for services that were never asked for yet were disclosed as being "included" with the car. We have had this car for 2 weeks now and we still have not secured financing because of these costs they keep trying to add in to the loan! Finally, the sticker prices on the used cars here are at least 3k higher than competitors on the same street. Sadly, we just don't see being able to recommend or do business here again. It's a good thing we happen to like the vehicle we purchased (or at least think we purchased).

I worked with Sales Associate Gavin and Manager Simone to purchase a used 2023 Camry. I verbally denied all optional packages, but my sales contract included both Sky Force ($1495) and MVP VSC Vehicle Protection Plan ($3600). I completed a Service Contract Cancellation form in regard to the Vehicle Protection Plan, and I am hoping to receive full reimbursement. But I am told the Sky Force (vehicle tracker) is installed on the vehicle and is not optional. My contract wording states: "The following goods and services ar e NOT required as a condition to obtaining financing terms for the purchase of the Vehicle. Optional Theft Deterrent Device(s) :(1) Sky Force SVR Used. In speaking to Simone, I am not given the option of cancelling Sky Force. This dealership has a Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of D+.

Good experience with Alenna and helpful workers, walked me through all paperwork! Got service coupons because there was an error on their end that longed the process, had to do signatures again. When I had the car in for service for an alignment and balance London communicated well and every day the car was in service. Although it did take a while, a week (prepare yourself if you're going in for a used car). London had lyft pick me up and drop me off to and from carmax when needed! I was beyond patient, when I received my car, it was dirty!!!!!!!!! Texted Alenna like this how I received the car... AND she gave me resources to earn reimbursement for car detail WHICH im in the process of doing.. Great work on customer service and amazing resources were given for a first-time buyer!!
