This is my second time buying a car from Premier Kia. The first car we bought was a new Soul in 2016. This time I was in the market for a used car and I came in because of my previous positive experience with Nathan, even though I initially was looking at other car brands. Not only did he recognize me from almost 2 years ago, but the sales manager Rocco remembered me when I wandered into the sales room while waiting for my routine maintenance of the Soul. I test drove 2 cars. There was no hard sell. As a matter of fact, Rocco and Nate were steering me towards the least expensive car. I left with a deposit on a 1917 Forte. I had no desire to go through the sales process with anyone other than Nathan and you just can't beat the Kias for the warranty and the greatest bang for your buck.

Came in this week completely unprepared. I made my appointment with Bristol but sent my sister to East Hartford. So right away no appointment and not the owner of the car bringing it. To top it off, I know which sister I sent and I'm sorry. If I told her I had an appointment, I know she was very persistent about it until I realized my mistake.
Anyway, they get ahold of me on the phone. Man I spoke to was friendly and right to the point. Answered all my questions quickly and simply. He was sure to call to let me know what was going on, how long it would take as well as cost.
When I finally showed up for my car, he immediately saw the resemblance and knew what car I was there for. He directed me to take a seat because I was early, made sure I was aware of snacks and drinks available. Car was done right when he said it would be.
When I go to pay, who I am assuming to be, the mechanic had joined him. They cashed me out, explained what was done to my car and what other maintenance is coming up. They gently pushed for more business their way without doing too much. Extremely friendly service; the guys joked around with me. Plan on coming here again for sure. Also because customer service never disappoints but oddly enough, I spend less at this dealership than with other mechanics. Wish I remembered the guys name, he deserves the recognition!

Please if you care about your finances or your life never buy from it take your car to Shaker Kia. My Mom had a 2017 Sportage, brought it in for an oil change and it burst into flames twenty minutes after leaving the dealer and was destroyed. They did nothing for her but give her the run around. She lost money, valuables in the car, was scared to death and nothing. "Sorry Mam I don't know what to tell ya'" Not covered by Kia National, supposedly not covered by the 100,000 warranty. It was less than a year old with 15,000 miles. Beware!! It could save your life!

I found a used Ford Explorer online at this dealership and drove up from NJ to see and drive in person. I worked with salesman Steven K. who was friendly and honest. We were unable to agree on a purchase price and I left the dealership. Days later, after a few email exchanges with Ernesto (Sales Manager) we agreed on a purchase price and I drove back up and closed the deal. I never purchased a vehicle out of state before and had concerns about the registration and inspection but Steven and Ernesto made the whole process go smoothly. I would recommend this dealership and its staff Steven & Ernesto to others in the market for a new or used car.

Three recall notices for wife's Optima......work was started on time....Kristin provided professional and attentive presence and concerns, work was explained ..........was surprised that the four hour duration was decreased to only two hours as the test for the third recall proved that there was no attention needed.........took oil change and tire rotation and I was on my way.........we have previously provided top ratings to the sales personnel.........Thanks for making this experience a pleasant one...........BZ
