Stuart Hyundai sold me a car 2015 Sonata with super low mileage. I purchased it in 2018. I have to believe they knew my car had a very bad oil issue I spent over $2000 to fix the worst oil leak you can have as far as fixing so labor was ridiculous. After a full oil change I still have to put 1 to 2 quarts of oil every two weeks, it burns oil like crazy! The only way this can be resolved is if I burn up my engine running out of oil. So if my car dies as I’m driving I have to pray the car behind me doesn’t slam into me! The suggestion nearly floored me. By the way the freaking Judge denied a major recall for a civil suit! My husband purchased a $75,000 pick up and it was in the shop at the beginning. Sunroof leaks, broke I don’t know 2 or 3 windshields trying to fix it. Never happened was told nothing they can do anymore!! His transmission went on a 2022 we purchased Brand New. He had 70,000 mile warranty he had 71,000 or 72,000. We of course respected the warranty was up but it just seemed a little suspicious. SWORE WE WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH WALLACE AGAIN! However we went to Ft Pierce Wallace Hyundai and purchased a Kona. So I am waiting to see what recalls or defects happen with my 2026 Kona. I praying for a more professional service team. 3rd car purchased and I really don’t think they care if we ever come back. Sure wish the previous owner was still the owner. Had a wonderful experience purchasing a Toyota Tacoma pickup and a Volkswagen Jetta. Sorry Wallace of Stuart.?we just feel the sale is complete now get out.

My original plan was to actually purchase my 2023 Kona, but since it was registered in PA the dealership was unable to do that-I would of had to do that myself (at 77 to confusing for me) So turned in my 23 for a new 206 Kona anf saved money to boot----I love the car and the deal. It takes roughly a week to get an in warranty 12 volt battery replaced. I recommend anyone still on warranty go to a car parts store and buy a replacement. They’ll install it for you. My comment of Jan31 was written by my son who witnessed my frustration. The only thing I disagree with about what he said is “ don’t buy a Hyundai”. I have two Elantra’s and they’re great vehicles and nicely priced. Their new ownership is having some startup issues in my opinion.

When I bought my Santa Fe Sport in 2017, I was told of all kind of warranties I could buy extra, that I all declined then, and the end the sales man said, well you have anyway the 100,000 miles or 10 year Power Train warranty. I took it as one of those things you probably never will get if you need it. Now 8 years and exactly 60,000 miles further, I got a serious problem with the engine and one of my mechanic friends told me that I probably would need a new engine. I went to the dealer Rick Case and was told to leave the car so they could check it out, in the afternoon I got a text from the service advisor Aaron Clark, confirming that indeed I needed a new engine, of course I was worried about the costs. After confirming that I was the original first owner he said that he would apply for the Power Train warranty. To make a long story short, I am driving my eight year old Santa Fe with a new engine, like new, drove a courtesy rental car during the time my car was in the workshop and was being held up to date by Aaron Clark during the time my car was in the work shop. Received my car all cleaned and shiny, excellent job Rick Case!

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED. I brought my car here to get oil change and to fix lights on dash. I was told I'd need a diagnostic test even tho I had one done else where. I said fine because they said the cost of the test would be deducted from what ever repairs is needed. However, when they told me the cost of the repair they still charged me for diagnostic test. When I asked why they still charging me for the test she said the repair I need was different from what I came there with. This left me mind boggled. (If a diagnostic test tells you everything wrong with a car how can it not be deducted from the repair.) All that to say I didn't want any problems, so I just payed for the diagnostic and oil change. I still had lights on my dash and didn't even receive a print out of any codes or nothing. No proof to even say they did a diagnostic test. And they had my car for 2 days. I took this as a expensive lesson to never come here again.
