She kept me posted with regard to my service and when it was delayed due to a part they needed to order she helped by introducing me to the person who loaned me a car. Olga gave me her phone number so that I could contact her with regard to questions I may have about the new car and upcoming needs for service

People tell me not to have my service done at the dealership because it will cost you more. I wouldn’t go anywhere but Subaru of Fort Myers. They are kind, consistent, professional and I know I’m getting work done by people who really know Subarus. In addition, I think their customer service is excellent. Let me tell you about my experience today with Jason. I went in to drop off my car to have a tire repaired or replaced. I wasn’t sure which but I got a flat tire the night before. I went online and booked my appointment easily. I got there and Jason said he thought it would need to be repaired but said he’d have someone look at it and if it needed to be replaced he’d let me know the price before they did the work (which is their standard practice). Here’s the part I wasn’t thrilled with…40 minutes later I hadn’t heard anything so I asked Jason and he immediately to check on it. He said my car was next up and he would let me know as soon as he had more information. He could see that I was not pleased…usually I’m in and out within 60-90 minutes, but I had brought my laptop and I was getting plenty of work done. But I had a work call coming up (that I thought id be able to take from home but that wasn’t looking likely). Jason can over a little later to tell me that in fact I did need a new tire. He told me the price and then immediately said that he would only charge me 1/2 of that for the inconvenience they caused. I appreciated the gesture but on top of that he offered me a space where I could take my call from a cubicle in a small. office so that I didn’t have to do it from the service waiting area. To me, that’s stellar customer service. Apparently two technicians went home sick but Jason did not lead with that as any kind of excuse. This is why I will continue to have my cars serviced where I buy them…Subaru of Fort Myers.

I have to say a great dealership, I love the separate booths where you can explain to your service tech the issues with your vehicle. lance my service tech was great, very understanding listen to my concerns and was honest with me about how long it was gonna take. I did like the waiting room was comfortable, but the charging station I have to say did not charge my phone but overall service was great and my truck runs fantastic.

We found the service and staff to be above and beyond. We aren't local. We were traveling from Sarasota, Fl to Virginia. Going down the highway all of the sudden, the car slowed down and the check engine light started flashing. We found Hyundai of Orange Park not far off the highway and went in looking for help. It turns out that the dealership was under water trying to catch up after having been down due to a cyber attack on their system. We spoke to the service manager (Sherman Cooper), explained our situation and asked if there was anyway he could get us on our way the same day. He not only got us out the same day, he asked his mechanic to work past closing to get it done. Though we had to wait several hours, it was to be expected due to the overwhelming workload they had. The staff checked on us regularly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks, coffee and water. It was the very best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Our gratitude to Mr. Cooper and his staff. They're amazing.

I just want to thank Elizabeth Tarr and all of the team @ Central Florida Lincoln for the excellent service they provided. I recently had some major damage to my Lincoln Navigator due to squirrels destroying wires around my engine and Elizabeth got my vehicle in for repair the very next day and also put me in a beautiful loaner vehicle whike my vehicle was worked on. She also coordinated with my insurance adjuster to insure a timely reimbursement of repair my repair costs and it was all smoothly done. Let me start by saying thanks to Dan the service manager at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and the brake was not the best the problem did not happen all the time, which made it hard to replace or repair Dan communicated and kept me in the loop while he spoke with engineers and others at Chevrolet to gain knowledge about the issue there was repairs made on the brakes and the steering thanks to Dan the service manager and his service team for all the effort they made to correct the problem I am back on the road and very happy with Grieco Cheverolet in Lauderhill Florida they went above and beyond to make things right and correct the problem for their customers.
