My situation was very complicated, but Shawn never wavered in his willingness to support and help. To say he went above-and-beyond 5 stars is an understatement. This dealership stands behind the vehicles they sell--you can trust them. Good, honest, generous people.

I started researching on-line, as well as visiting a few local Ford dealers for a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport and found quite a few vehicles that looked like possibilities. My wife and I happened to drive by D-Patrick Ford in Boonville and we decided to stop in. We were greeted by Shane who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions we had at the time. Though no deal transpired during our 1st meeting, for some reason I turned to my wife and said I hope this is the guy we land up getting a deal done with. Sure enough, it wasn't long before Shane notified us he found the exact Ford Bronco Sport we were looking for at their Lebanon location. He was very helpful through the whole process, including explaining the many options the Bronco Sport has. My wife and I were both exceptionally pleased with our experience with this dealership! I would give Shane 6 Stars if I could.

My dealings from the beginning with salesman Ralph were consistently respectful, accommodating, resourceful and he was not overly aggressive. I found my interactions with salesman Duane Adams was equally resourceful and pleasant. They both displayed much patience with me throughout months of working together in my purchase of a terrific 2024 Maverick XLT (non-hybred). With my approval, they arranged to have several additional items installed/performed once the vehicle arrived at Hines. Their attention to detail was tops. Overall, my experience with the dealership was 5 stars+.

Service was quoted to be 176$. I specifically told the dealership what to replace. Oil change, serpentine belt and do a coolant flush ,while system is empty replace upper radiator hose.During a 27 point inspection the dealer chose to take off a belt and break the AC BELT tensioner. Called me to say hey, so we took a belt off , which you didn't want replaced or even looked at. The ac belt tensioner is now broken. You are responsible for replacing it, or we can give you back the truck without it working. Not only did they charge me for oil which I already provided. Also chaeged me for parts which I didn't request to be looked at or replaced. Stay away, this place will do you dirty.
