We drove from Yorktown, In to look at an SUV we found online. We spoke to Wes Widener (the SalesmanI before we arrived and from that moment he was completely professional. When we arrived Wes and JR (the Sales Manager) were polite, professional and just great to work with. We had a small issue with paint that we were assured would be taken care of even if we bought the vehicle. Needless to say we walked out with an Explorer. We will be looking for these fine gentleman the next time we look for a vehicle.

Took my 2019 F150 which at the time was still under power - Thewalk
Took my 2019 F150 which at the time was still under power train warranty for a rear main leak. They told me it was a valve cover gasket leaking and getting on rear main. They supposedly changed this gasket and said all leaks are fixed. Took truck back two weeks later because of oil on my rear main and they told me it was residual from the valve cover gasket. Now I’m out of warranty and guess what? Rear main has oil on it again. I was pretty certain it was rear main and told them that’s what it was. Seems to me like they refused to fix the problem and now I’m stuck. Thanks for not fixing the problem

This last time I was in for service, it was 3 hours for an oil change and car wash, I wish I could have been notified to come later, then I would have been able to run errands before, since I live an hour away. They did not have a loaner for me to leave in, but they did have a shuttle driver for my Mother and I. We also were able to use the massage chair. Not a bad experience, just a longer day than I anticipated.

Have been regular customer servicing 2 vehicles for last 3-4 years. Good experience up till last Friday 4/08/22. Service personnel were nice. What really got to me was I had oil change and 2windshield wipers replaced. 161.00 dollars that was with a 10% coupon so actually bill would have been 170.00. That is called gouging the customer. I will now go back to changing my own oil and replacing my own wipers. You know what they say bad experience = 10 people you tell, good experience =5 people you tell. Absolutely ridiculous.

Service for steering repair Ford F350 Super Duty. Charged over $4000. When putting the front tires back on, they did not tighten the lug nuts. Next day drove at highway speed over the SkyWay 180 feet above ground. At my destination, traveling at 20 mph the front left tire fell off destroying the entire hub assembly and wheel well. Another $3300 repair. Could have rolled and died with my daughter in the car. Service manager Mike Campbell and technician M. Spahn and ownership of Gurley Leep Ford....no response to my calls and messages. Beware of this dealership. No ethics and no morals.
