Recall for throttle body 2011 Fusion - Sites

When we called, our Fusion was running 5 - 10 mph. while we were in town. It was 4:40 p.m. and we were told to bring the car to the dealership, if the service dept. had left, to leave the car. However, when we got there Chad was still there and had already ordered a new throttle body. At 10 a.m. the next morning we received a call telling us the car was ready to be picked up. Also they had done an oil change in that amount of time. Yes, we are well pleased with Peru Ford service and the men and women that work there!

It's hard to find both at the same dealer but Eddie Gilstrap has both. I was passing through town with my baby and my check engine light came on, so I stopped in hoping they could help me get back on the road as I was 4 hours from home. Every person I came into contact with was extremely professional and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even brought my daughter snacks and offered to let us borrow a car to go get some breakfast. They had us back on the road in about an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Even though I live in Chicago, I will still be checking the inventory at this dealership before I purchase anywhere else.
