Great buying experience - Return to jeep after 12 years
I made my deal over the phone after studying your website. I went to mutiple jeep dealerships before looking at olathe jeep, because we live in Arkansas. I felt my deal was fair and once we arrived at dealership, Bri took good care of our sales completion process. Well worth our drive!

Thank you immensely for what you and your team were able to do for me yesterday. I love the car, and after posting pics on social media yesterday there seems to be quite a few Mini enthusiasts out there. It's always nice to be a source of jealously by your peers.....lol.
There is a blue lock box in the back that I will return to you before the end of the week along with the title and rehistration to the 2005 Trailblazer.
Thanks again. My next social media post may be your business card. Would that be alright ?

No hassles, no false promises - TFTMM
After visiting with 5 other area dealers it was a pleasure doing business with Davis-Moore. They made buying a car pretty much effortless. We had candid talks about budgets and expectations and they met our budget and exceeded our expectations. They stuck to the price quoted to us and did not try any "bait and switch" tactics. We loved the no hassle buying. I appreciated not being strong armed or made to wait for hours while "I just run this by my GM one more time.." type of game playing that occurred with some of the other dealers. Tyree Johnson is the best sales person we have ever bought a car from!
Wonderful - lmchyba
From the time we arrived at Dick Edwards to the time we left, all our contacts were very friendly and helpful. Our sales rep answered questions and was a great educator in explaining features of driving our new vehicle, as well as all the service details.

Great place to buy vehicle - curlyhope
I would definitely recommend Midway Motors. We didn't feel pressured to buy, they gave us time to think about it, as it's a big purchase. We were very pleased with their customer service. When we decided to get a new truck, we contacted Chad and told him what we were looking for. We set up appointment and was greeted as soon as we came in. During this process we worked with several employees, and they were all terrific! Chad made sure we new exactly how the electronics worked in truck and he went over everything with us. We were very pleased with this dealership.

Refused to honor cash price on advertised car claimed as CPO - KatieB
Will never even look at a car at this dealership again. Brett is an out-right compulsive liar that tried to sell us a Dodge Dart that he claimed was a Certified Pre-owned, but I have never seen such a trashy Certified Pre-owned vehicle in all of the cars that I shopped over the years. There were scratches, dents, and the front noes clip was a different shade than the rest of the car. The rear passenger side headliner was falling down and he could not even have the car ready, knowing for a week that we were coming to view and test drive it. While pointing these things out, that a Certified Pre-owned car should not have, Brett decided to pop off and tell us that we should then purchase new if we wanted perfection. We asked if the dents and scratches could be taken care of and all he offered was a bottle of touch-up paint. Then when it came down to negotiation, he came back with a range on the payment. We already were pre-approved by our finance company, so we did not need to use their financing. When I asked for the total out the door price of the car, Brett came back with an outrageous number that seemed well over the advertised price. We asked for an itemized pricing of the car, the dealer fees, and the taxes to show how they come up with that total and Brett refused. We asked for the itemized price several more times as he still refused to give it to us. Then he pushed the paper in our faces, pointed out the total, then informed us of the extremely high dealer fee of $499, where most others charge anywhere between $129 and $299, and then he rudely told us to do our own math on it to figure it out. We even give him an example of another dealership that Charges only $299 dealer fees and he tried to tell us that he was going out of business. Really, the dealer, who just bought 4 more dealerships and we said charges less is going out of business? One lie after another with this guy. After doing the math, we saw that he was trying to charge us full asking price of $11,168 on the car and not the advertised "Cash Price" as stated on their website as well as several others. The exact wording was that the $9500 price is a $1000 credit off of the "Cash Price" of the vehicle if you go through their financing. We were not going to use their financing, so we were expecting to pay the $10,500 plus tax and dealer fees for the vehicle. We told Brett that he was overcharging us and he started yelling that we did not qualify for the price. What? We did not "Qualify" for the "Cash Price" that they advertised on their own website, as well as many other sites? After Brett continually repeated this not qualifying argument, we decided to leave and go to Olathe Dodge, where they had another Certified Pre-owned Dart that we were interested in as well. Those guys there were the nicest people. They took off a substantial amount off their car, it was a higher model than the one that Brett tried to overcharge us on, and it had no scratches and they are taking out 3 dents that they found before we got there. They set us up with WF Dealer Services that Brett says no longer does auto loans with dealers anymore. And they ONLY charged us $299 in DEALER FEES. According to Brett, the must be going out of business too, huh. So as anyone reading this can see, I is pointless to buy a vehicle from Speedway because of how dishonest they actually are. I guess Brett did not expect a customer to do their homework before shopping for a vehicle. Oh, and as far as Ceritfied Pre-Owned, Olathe showed us the exact printout of the inspection and everything they did to bring the car back up to "like new" status as stated in the CPO brochure that Brett would only show us. And no, Brett refused to also show us this printout on the Speedway Dodge Dart we were trying to purchase.
Bad service - Xseabee
I bought a used equinox from here. Devin was my salesman. When I test drove it I told him I heard a rubbing noise in the rear. He said it would be checked out. A week later I heard it again and took it in for service. I told them the rear brake cable clamp was broke and the cable was rubbing. I picked it up they said they replaced the clamp. A week later I hear it again. I looked under the vehicle and there is the same broken clamp. No new clamps to be seen. Very poor service. I will not be going back. I will have to pay to have it repaired right somewhere else.
Wonderful buying experience - Mopar1

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. - Kendra
If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go see Enrique and the guys at Kranz. They might not have the big city inventory, but they can find you what you want. They got me a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Nebraska in just a few days. No high pressure sales tactics, and they gave me a great price for my trade. It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Sunday 1 PM appmt to test drive a vehicle - upsetcustimers
My husband and I showed up on time to test drive the vehicle we were to look at, after driving an hour and half to get there. They told us the gal was not there nor was the vehicle! The first guy said it was out for in inspection, the second guy said it was in for some maintenance. This vehicle we were to look at was sitting on their lot for 45 days!!!! Why wasn't this done sooner????? If they knew the vehicle was not there, they could of called and saved us the trip!!!!! We would not send our worst enemy to buy a car from them!!!! Very unprofessional and very rude!!!!! How do they keep their doors open if they treat people like that??????
Good salesman, terrible buying process. - Ethan.Bertrand
Cedric the salesman seemed to be a good guy that cared, but might be an act. Everything went good until it came to the paperwork. On the way home I realized I didn't receive my copies of the paperwork so the following Monday I contacted Cedric and he sent the request to the finance department. I got a call two days later saying the lender that I had already signed the paperwork for had fallen through and I had to put an additional $1200 down to make it work. I declined that offer as I had already signed the paperwork and agreed to the previous terms and the mistake was on them. They agreed to cover the $1,200 which I thought was awesome but when going over the paperwork I noticed they charged me $700 more for the vehicle, $399.99 for nitrogen and anti theft, $399 administration fee, and forced me to buy the $850 gap insurance. I have had the vehicle 11 days and have already had to replace the driver front TPMS sensor, passenger rear door actuator and engine air filter. Also, the coolant and power steering fluids were low, engine oil was dirty and hadn't been changed, and 2 of the tires need replaced. There is also a recall I was not informed about.
Bad experience - ConcernedCitizen
I had a terrible experience with Jason and I would not recommend this place for buying a vehicle to anyone. I have a real problem with people who say they are Christians but don’t run their business that way . Taking advantage of good and honest , hard working Latino’s just because of the language barrier and trust , is not Christ like . They have a bad reputation in Garden City for taking advantage of the Hispanic community
Don't have a choice besides this place. They... - Ratingsarehonest
Don't have a choice besides this place. They don't do the best job but they may fix it after 3 attempts. You practically have to order a vehicle if you want one. They do not have hardly no inventory.
Marla went over what we wanted and what we were wanting... - cristalhill
Marla went over what we wanted and what we were wanting to spend before she showed us any cars and then after that she showed us what would be in our price range. When we decided the car we liked she helped us start on the paper work and since my mother, who cosigned for me, lives 500 miles away they mailed her all the forms she needed to fill out so I did not have to worry about getting them to her. Even though the dealership was busy and Marla was busy she took really great care of us during the whole process from the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new car, and she made sure to schedule a free car wash for me since their detail person was already gone for the day.
