What I truly appreciated was Cleveland's integrity: no pressure to buy, and if he didn't have an answer to my questions, he did what he could to get them. I would definitely recommend purchasing a new vehicle from this Fox location, and I would certainly recommend asking for Cleveland for assistance.

Service is terrible here and if you even thinking about getting a car here my answer for you is DONT. The service department will steal your money and won't fix anything. The guy name gene in the service department is a scam artist and should not be trusted with a new or used vehicle. Matter fact I wouldn't even trust him with a car from the junk yard. PROCEED WITH CAUTION if you do shop here.

They don’t respond to their text messages and they don’t respond back if you leave a voicemail , my vehicle was there for four weeks for a recall that the only fixed half of and then told us it was ready , I picked it up drove off got about a mile down the road, and it went into lag mode! Over 5 weeks before it was fixed! At my cost when it went in for a free recall ! I dare say it’s the worst service center I’ve ever been to and if you can’t service vehicles why the heck would I buy one from you! I’ll find a good place to go even if I have to drive out of my way ! PS Just wanted to let everyone know that after getting it back again at my cost it made it less than a week and guess what’s back on , Yep you guessed it. Find someplace else ! 1 star how about -10 stars for this service center

I leased a hybrid Wrangler/Rubicon 4xe . I couldn’t decide whether to keep or lease another Jeep product, so I extended by 3 months to give me time to shop. Literally 2 weeks after the 3 year warranty, the hybrid battery goes. Less than 35,000 miles. Cost: $620. Unbelievable! Had I turned in the vehicle, it would have been there problem. Would not recommend the dealership or the vehicle. Get a Lexus!! .

Took My jeep into Browns for a xx oil light, there incompetent service advisor,Jack,Stated the engine was a catastrophic failure and was was not worth repairing,Recomended scrapping it, or selling it to a Mechanic there named Russ, for a mere 500,Later on, Russ informed me that he put a oil pump and oil pan on it,and it runs great, So for the 225.00 inspection fee, I received a INCOMPATANT DIAGNOSIS,CAUSING ME TO BE RIPPED OFF OF MY JEEP LIBERTY The whole experience at Brown Motors, Left me with a bitter taste, As I feel I was outright deceived and Ripped Off,I will never go there again, And I wouldn't BUY ANYTHING from there stealership

Sales are amazing and helpful - Just don't get any extended warranties or your Jeep fixed there. The services department is rude (Kate) and seem to lack any knowledge on issues that come up with a Jeep repair. I have been waiting on new doors for a year, as my Jeep started rusting after a year. Service will not update and are hard to communicate with. Get your Jeep fixed anywhere but here!

I TOOK MY RAM 1500 IN BECAUSE IT JUST STOPPED WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I WAS TOLD IT NEEDED TO BE FLASHED AND CHARGED 330 DOLLARS. I PICKED UP MY CAR AND DROVE IT HOME. WHEN I GOT HOME AND TURNED TRUCK OFF AND TRIED TO TURN BACK ON WOULDN'T START. GOLLING SENT A TOW TRUCK TO PICK MY CAR UP THE SAME DAY. HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY CAR BACK IN 2 WEEKS SINCE. I WISH I CHOSE A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP TO TAKE MY CAR TOO. THEY WILL MISDIAGNOSE YOUR TRUCK AND THEN MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT. THEN TELL YOU THEY HAVE TO ORDER A COVERED PART UNDER WARRANTY AND THE FIRST THING THEY DID DIDN'T FIX YOUR CAR. BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE THEY DIAGNOSED A PROBLEM. BUT IF THEY DIAGNOSED IT WRONG YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. PATHETIC AND I WISH I HAD WENT TO THE WEST BLOOMFIELD STORE WITH THE SERVICE DIRECTOR RICK PADDOCK. I PLAN ON ESCALATING THIS MONDAY UNTIL I GET MY CAR BACK. ID STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP IF I COULD.

First I would like to say we began using Thelen service in 2009 and were so happy with their service we used their body shop and went on to purchase a new 2018 Sedona from them. Unfortunately they are not the dealership and service department we were so happy with today. We had the service department troubleshoot and replace both headlight bulbs on our 2018 Kia Sedona. When we had to drive in the dark my wife noticed the driver side light was aiming at the ground. After spending around 150.00 I ended up making the proper repair myself. Then our window on our van was stuck in the down position and it was the actuator that was bad. They told me the cable was stuck inside the motor. I asked for my parts and they took their time finding them. There was no possible way the cable could be stuck in the motor. Per 2 other Kia service departments they stuck us for $400.00 plus in in needed repairs with no consultation. Then after the review phone call and my conversation with the service manager I was going to have the opportunity to receive a call from Mike Thelen which to this point he has not reached out to me.

The service department is truly terrible. I had by 2022 Ram TRX serviced hear through warranty. They replaced the front control arm and did an alignment via approved service through my extended warranty. It took them over a week to fix (it's a 3 hours job). The alignment was botched and the steering wheel was not straight when it was returned to me. When I called them back to correct the issue, the service advisor informed me I can certainly bring the truck back... but they intend to KEEP the truck until my previous bill was paid by my warranty company. Shocked, I called the warranty company to see what was going on. They told me the dealer would not accept their payment due to having to run it through through a credit card service (100% of 3rd party warranties do this with 0 problems at other dealers). Apparently, Tyler did not want to pay the 3% fee for the transaction. Why this was not added to the cost (to me) I will never know. But Tyler would not accept payment and told me they would KEEP my truck until I PAID the full bill (I had already paid the deductible upon completion of the service that day). I wrote to the Service Manager with this problem, hoping to find a solution that worked for everyone. No reply. I emailed the General Manager. No reply. I then emailed Scott Tyler directly to tell him how his customer was being treated, because if it was my business, I would certainly want to know. No reply. I told them all in my email that I was reaching out to correct the issue in order to not have to do what I am doing today, which is share negative feedback with all social media and RamCares. Since there was nothing after several weeks of trying, here we are. And my steering wheel is still crooked, which I will now have to pay someone else to fix. Horrible service, incompetent employees, management, AND ownership. Take your money elsewhere so you don't have the same experience.

GREAT EXPERIENCE at the service department today, I was scheduled to diagnose and repair my RAM tailgate. I arrived and settled in for a likely 1/2 day wait in the lounge. However, Jon (Service Manager) checked it out immediately and realized I only needed a $20 bushing. He installed it, lubricated all the tailgate bearings, and did not charge for his time. I was promptly out the door with my problem solved at a total cost of only $20.

I brought in my 2019 Ram because at random the cluster would so out while driving. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted with a handshake and was treated as I was the only priority the advisor (Andy) had of the day. I was checked in and shown where the waiting area was. There was coffee, tea, cookies and water for refreshments and the waiting area was clean and quite. A short time later, Andy came to tell me that they needed to order a part for my truck and that if I would like, Chrysler would pay for a rental if I didn't want to drive my truck while waiting for the part. Once the part was in, it was promptly installed and I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I returned to pick it up, I was again warmly greeted and my truck was pulled around for me. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service and would recommend this service department to any and all who need their vehicles repaired. Thank You Bill Marsh!!!!

When financing fell thru on it they did everything possible to get me into a new vehicle. I left with a great 2022 ram when it had an issue the next day they immediately took care of the issue picking it up and offering to bring it back. I will definitely go back.
