We just purchased a 2021 Nissan Versa!I asked Karen how much an extended warranty would cost,she said she had to ask management,after a day I called her back and her answer was they were such a good rate on the car they would just include it free of charge she said she could not do better than that I agreed!Upon the final signing for the sales agreement they have a charge over 3500 for the extended warranty!She said my spouse would get free oil changes for 4 years WRONG-SHE HAD LIED AGAIN!there was a charge of 386 for that service,and it only lasts to 40000 miles!Upon asking her about it later her she said well she didnt!If she didn't why did say anything!Only 1 explanation she is LIER trying to sell cars!We will never buy there again too many LIES!Victor Gonzalez and Paul Thrond!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Machens Nissan! I took my wife’s Juke in for an oil change and ended up with a $4,000 bill and over two weeks waiting on parts! The most disappointing part of the whole experience is that I have asked to talk to the service manager for a week now and he is so disrespectful to his customers that he can not be bothered to return a phone call!!! Needless to say I will not be giving Nissan or any of the Machens dealerships my business in the future.

visited with AC issues, 160 diagnostic fee. car returned a few days later with no issues found, 160 dollar charge. drove around for 90 minutes, issues recur, returned to dealer, they took it back and had it for 2 weeks trying to recreate the issue. eventually they recreate it and return it to me(no charge this time) 3 days later issue returns, told itll be an additional diagnostic fee. additionally service desk was difficult if not impossible to get ahold of, so bad my advisor gave me his number. even having his number getting updates were difficult.

Went to Prestige Nissan Lee’s Summit today 2 Mar 2021 to get pricing on a 2021 Nissan Platinum Rogue. I was referred from the receptionist to Bryan in new car sales. He was too lazy to get up from his desk. When I asked him I was looking for pricing on a new rogue he told me the best thing to do was look it up on the internet. I was appalled that he was that lazy that he did not want to get me pricing. If this is the way this dealership treats customers do not waste your time with them.

I have bought a lot of new and used vehicles throughout the years. Never, have I had this poorly of an experience. The salesman ( Rockie) lied to us on almost every detail. And if that wasn't enough, the service department will not fix our truck, nor return my calls to set up service appointments. Save yourself a lot of trouble and make the drive somewhere else. I will NEVER return to the Fletcher group for anything.

my son in law put a couple of bad reviews in here and I would like to disagree with EVERTHING he has said....the service center is behind bc of covit19 but this dealership brought in someone on a Saturday and paid them over time to try and get our expedition fixed and back to us asap...in this day and age I find this kind of service very professional and courteous and thank them very much for there service.
