We drove 3.5hrs for this vehicle because it was what we wanted and a good value. We were able to complete financing before we ever left home via an online application and a couple of phone calls and texts with Aaron. The car was put on hold the morning we drove up so it was not gone when we arrived. The car was detailed and waiting up front when we arrived and we were greeted by name as we entered the dealership. Considerations were made for me and the kids that were thoughtful and made the experience more desirable including free waters, ice cream and a waiting room, not to mention the car was even better than the online pictures and verbal descriptions. It was an enjoyable process and I am gtateful for such a safe, nice car that will be in our family for many years to come. Thank you to our salesperson that worked hard to ensure our happiness with the vehicle, finance person that completed our documents in a timely manner, beating our local finance rate, the maintenance team that ensured our vehicle was safe and met their high standards and everyone else behind the scenes that made the purchase possible.

I recently got my first brand new car, and as someone who doesn't know a lot about cars I was a little nervous. I had Ryan as my salesman and he didn't try to get me to buy something I want interested in, he was upfront with everything, and I love that he didn't try to sugarcoat anything. I went to Nissan almost a week ago, and have already reccomended to friends who are looking to buy a car soon to go to Nissan and to ask for Ryan! He made the whole experience great, and I love my new car! I was worried about the fact that I wasn't able to test drive my Nissan Kicks beforehand, but it more than paid off listening to Ryan and his suggestions, and I'm so glad I went with him and Nissan.

The most unethical dealership my husband and I have ever worked with.
While trying to close on a pathfinder we were told by Carlos the finance manager that we could use our bank for financing because they don’t make any money if you finance w them. They came back with 7% interest and our bank was 4.3%, when we told them this and that we would be going with our bank if this was the case. Ben our sales man relayed to us over the phone that they could offer us a better rate than our bank at 4.2%.
This was fine my husband and I just wanted the deal that made the most sense. When we went to sign the papers we noticed that the math didn’t add up. When we confronted Adam on this, he admitted the best they could do was 4.9%. We were obviously put off guard by this and slightly annoyed with what seemed to be very dishonest behavior when Ben had told us multiple times the interest rate was 4.2%.
Besides feeling like we were almost lied into a higher interest rate, my husband and I were find with just taking our bank rate at 4.3% and Adam appeared to be fine with it as well.
We told them we would be there with a check in morning, they said that was great and shook hands and left with the buyers order already signed to show our bank.
We were barely out of the parking lot when Adam called to rudely tell us they didn’t want to sell us the car at all and the deal was off. No possible negotiation.
If at any point they would have come back and negotiated we were completely open to it but it seemed like they were caught in too many lies for this to be possible for them without extreme embarrassment.
We are completely disappointed in this facility and are more than annoyed with the day and a half of our time they showed no respect for and wasted.
My husband and I are young and both in the medical field, I’m sure in the future we will spend an obscene amount of money on vehicles and they absolutely lost customers that could have been for life.
Go somewhere you can trust. I would never tell anyone to go here.

Everyone there is pushy. Some guy named Bryce walk away from customers with bad credit mid deal. Alot of marijuana smell around. Alot of yelling in the floor between manager and employee

We were told $800 would fix our car. A week later the same problem happened again. Now it will be another $500. Their website claims they pride themselves on "diagnosing the problems right the first time," and yet everyone we spoke to said that they replaced the parts they said they replaced, they did not claim they would fix our problem. The customer service was unhelpful and at times condescending and rude. Now, we are out $800 and still have a car that doesn't work.
