On our first visit here for oil change and tire rotation, because of issues at another dealership. We also had an issue with driver window motor. Just outside the manufacture warranty we had extended service plan but didn’t have the paperwork with us the service advisor jumped on the phone with the dealership we purchased from and ended up tracking down the service plan and got the repair approved and to top it off they actually had the parts in stock. Great service all around.

Symptoms were a poor acceleration and a Ittransmission code appeared, which initially we thought was the problem. Nissan customer care got involved, Jefferson City service personnel ran numerous tests and paid for a .car rental for two weeks. No new codes on transmission of my 2013 Pathfinder. They asked me to drive it. It started the slow acceleration again and this.time cruise control would not engage. They found and replaced faulty brake switch ang brake relay. No charge for the two weeks elusive problem that came and went. All personnel in service area including manager were very helpful.

Came in with multiple, small issues plus regular service needs. Before I even got in the door, Justin showed me the liftgate power button, which solved what I thought might be a very expensive problem with my lift gate. He also confirmed I just needed batteries in my key fobs and talked through my service needs. He is always great to work with, and I trust him to not try to sell me services I do not need. I believe Christopher Pointe completed the service (I'm horrible remembering names, but that's the name on my receipt.) Super positive, pleasant person. The woman who processed my payment was also friendly but completed the transaction quickly. The work was complete in about 70 minutes vs. the 90 minutes I was told on the phone, and it was a very busy day in the service center. So far, all is working as expected. Really appreciate it!

I have bought a lot of new and used vehicles throughout the years. Never, have I had this poorly of an experience. The salesman ( Rockie) lied to us on almost every detail. And if that wasn't enough, the service department will not fix our truck, nor return my calls to set up service appointments. Save yourself a lot of trouble and make the drive somewhere else. I will NEVER return to the Fletcher group for anything.

I went there everything started off great then Carlos to finance manager had lied to me after everything was said and done had no idea that I had been lied to big mess would never go there again and sorry to say Chad the finance manager is no better! Showed up to buy and was presented a different price than the one on the site plus I was being forced to pay for extras that the car didn’t even had and I didn’t wanted, managers are the old style dealership liars that think that buyers don’t know anything about cars, I would never buy again from Fenton dealers they all operate the same, that’s why online car services are going to shut most of them down unless they change their ways! We are in 2019!! Not 1970
