Collin was extremely professional and efficient and he didn’t hesitate to do everything he could to meet our needs and make our experience enjoyable. He was great with our two year old who spent most of his Saturday in a car dealership which isn’t an easy feat. Daniel was able to expedite us through financing and we were on our way. We’ve been very pleased with our experience at another local car dealership for years, but Suntrup is certainly giving them a run for their money with the customer service we were provided. After getting off to a very rocky start due to an apparent miscommunication between the nation call center and this dealership, things greatly improved. Mike Gamblin not only apologized for the mix up but actually followed through on his word to give us both the vehicle and the deal we were initially promised by the call center. From there on, Chris from the sales department walked us through the buying process, delivered and went over the details of how to operate the vehicle very thoroughly. Very impressed at the way Napleton Nissan responded by making an initially bad situation into something very good for the sake of the customer. Napleton Nissan will be on our car buying radar from here on out because they made things right!!

Gist of this long review: 120% do not recommend Fenton LS.
I had a great experience with the salesman Keenan but then after getting to finance it went downhill quickly.
I came back not even 24 hours later to change the warranty. Kevin Robinson, the finance guy, told me he could not cancel it (which I knew to be wrong) and also said I could have signed a form via email, after I had drove 40 minutes out of my way to get to Fenton. I even called earlier and he could have told me that over the phone. I asked to speak to a GM.
The executive manager John Lopez came in and said Kevin was wrong and I could cancel my warranty and that I also could not have signed over email. So now Kevin has lied to me twice. John asked me why I wanted to cancel and I said I should have done more research and it was a mistake so I decided I didn’t want it. Then he continued to pry for more information as to why I didn’t want the warranty, basically holding the cancelation paper hostage. I said because I do not want it anymore as I explained. Can I sign the paper please and go I have been here for 40 minutes and thought I would be here for 2. Anyways it ended up with him walking out of the room muttering under his breath. When I questioned him about what he said he lost it. Basically threw a mini tantrum in front of everyone in the building. Then he says he was going to void the sale of my car I bought the day before, call the police on me 😂 and report it stolen. Seriously the most asinine situation & immature grown man I have ever dealt with. I’ve seen multiple bad reviews about John Lopez being rude to other customers so what can you expect.
All I can really do now is laugh at how ridiculous the situation was and warn people here and in my life to STAY CLEAR of Kevin and John 🙂 Save yourself the headache & go to one of the other billion car dealerships that don’t have a Kevin or John.
Looking forward to the PR response and would possibly consider updating this review after an apology from John Lopez for the way he spoke to me.
-update: went back for a copy of the warranty cancelation. Kevin refused to come out and talk to my step dad. We dealt with Adam who was extremely helpful. Not to my surprise the warranty cancellation I signed the day before was nowhere to be found. Talk about a completely shady business.
Good Experiences with Service Department - Old-Dude
Been here for service on my Frontier a number of times. Usually for the free oil change. This past week was having trouble starting the pickup, got right in and was treated extremely well by Mike Candillo. Good guy, very upfront about the Frontier. I appreciated this.
Finance Dept Lied - UnhappyBuyer
If you’re thinking about buying a car from Stateline Nissan, be prepared for some shady dealings. My sales guy was great and it was more relaxed, not high pressure sales type of dealership.
It all went south with the financial department. Shelly Martin was the finance person I dealt with. She added a service contract and GAP coverage to my loan without asking if I wanted it. Then when I questioned her about it, she said that it was a requirement of the type of loan that I got. I was planning on refinancing so I asked if I would be able to cancel those later and she said yes. We’d been waiting over 4 hours after agreeing on a price for the car, so I signed the contract with the intention of cancelling after I refinanced.
When I got home, I looked more closely at the documents and found clear wording that the service contract/GAP coverage were not a requirement to obtain financing. She outright lied to force me to purchase something I didn’t want.
I contacted the dealership the next day to cancel those coverages and was given the paperwork to sign which the dealership faxed to Easy Care – I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Eight weeks later the money still hasn’t been credited to my loan.
I will never go back to this dealership. And I’ll think twice before purchasing another Nissan because I’ve seen similar stories from people buying from different Nissan dealerships.
Horrible customer service - shericornett
We were told $800 would fix our car. A week later the same problem happened again. Now it will be another $500. Their website claims they pride themselves on "diagnosing the problems right the first time," and yet everyone we spoke to said that they replaced the parts they said they replaced, they did not claim they would fix our problem. The customer service was unhelpful and at times condescending and rude. Now, we are out $800 and still have a car that doesn't work.

Thanks to Wes Hornsby I am now driving a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL. If you are looking for a new Nissan, which I highly recommend, ask for Wes. I have never felt this comfortable but informed when purchasing a new car. I never felt pressured in the process which is very important to me when making large purchases.
