I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Bailey Marler at Suntrup Volkswagen was so positive that I wanted to take the time to share. No one asked or prompted me to post this; I just think when someone truly stands out, they deserve to be recognized. I’ve owned several cars in my lifetime and have always avoided dealerships. After my husband had one bad experience years ago, we’ve only purchased from private sellers ever since. I’d been wanting a VW Atlas for a while, and the one I was interested in happened to be at a dealership, which honestly made me hesitant. But from the very first interaction, Bailey changed that perception completely. He was quick to respond to my messages and went above and beyond by sending personalized videos of the vehicle and walking me through every question I had. We decided to make the two-hour drive to see it in person, and he was just as friendly, helpful, and professional when we arrived. The pricing at Suntrup was by far the most competitive in the area (and I did my research). They worked with us to come to a fair deal, and when we ran into a minor inconvenience after purchase, Bailey and the team did everything they could to help us out right away. My husband and I have both said multiple times how impressed we are. Bailey and the Suntrup team completely changed how we view buying from a dealership. We would absolutely return to work with them again and have already told friends and family how great our experience was. Thank you for everything, Bailey. We’ll definitely be back one day.

My experience at Bommarito Volkswagen was exceptional because of Luke. I had talked with Luke through email and text prior to coming into the dealership so he knew what I was looking for. When I went for my appointment the two vehicles that I was interested in had sold. Luke was great about explaining the differences in the Atlas models and found me my perfect Atlas. I never felt pressured, and he was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Luke was very knowledgeable about he technology in vehicle as well and did a great job explaining all the features in the vehicle. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and he made this process stress free. I would definitely recommend working with Luke if your in the market to buy a Volkswagen.

Molle Volkswagon has my vote for wonderful customer service and professional salesmanship - absolutely a pleasure to have purchased a 2023 VW Atlas Sport model there in less than 60 minutes. After multiple visits to various car dealerships in the KC area and while searching the internet with all the popular car buying sites, I literally stumbled on to the lot at Molle Volkswagen to look at their inventory. What a true blessing.Their inventory offered me several great options for a used Atlas, with affordable prices in comparison to other like vehicles. After my conversation with Mr. Hawkins, and with the assistance of Mr. Kevin Wilson, their Finance Manager I was provided with several alternatives to include buying and leasing. Mr. Hawkins and Mr. Wilson were very patient and provided me with answers to all of my questions. I can not say enough complimentary words as to their courtesy, professionalism and for their letting me drive the conversation rather than ‘push’ me toward a hasty decision. I appreciated Mr. Hawkins thoroughly explaining all the features on the various Atlases; as well as the various options for purchasing and leasing. His candidness and commitment to the buyer rather than to the ‘sale’ was a breath of fresh air. What was even more impressive was I spent about 60 minutes at the dealership and without a doubt, felt comfortable in my purchase of a new VW Atlas and with Mr. Hawkins and Mr. Wilson.
