Purchased a great, economical used car at a fantastic price - Jason.holtz
I started my search for a car that gets great gas mileage for a long drive to and from work. After settling on a VW Passat TDI, that has more leg room than I thought, Les was able to assist in finding a solution with one trip to the dealership!

Excelent Experience! - stephenschmidt
I recently purchased a 2020 Atlas Cross Sport from the Dean Team. My salesperson, Richard Gotsch, made the transaction seamless. He was the only salesperson to find the exact Cross Sport that I wanted by contacting the factory and trading for another Cross Sport coming down the production line. I had visited two other dealers and neither one took the initiative to find it in this manner and they also quoted much higher prices for something that was not my first choice.
Richard was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. The deal was great and I would highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone considering a new VW.

Great customer service ! Kept me informed at all times. Couple “hurdles” but they made it right - I own an Audi and couldn’t get it to the Audi dealership. They did everything they could

John was awesome! He worked with me over the phone since I lived 4 hrs away. He sent pictures and fixed everything I requested prior to my arrival. I have purchased many cars over the years and he was definitely the best sales representative ever! I highly recommend him! Thanks John! Love my new convertible!!!
Jr was amazing. My husband hates salesman with a passion.... - kingk090889
Jr was amazing. My husband hates salesman with a passion. Calls them vultures.but Jr was amazing from walking out to us on the lot to making the deal, getting us as much as he could on our 2007 mini van and finally to making sure my new car was clean and ready to go. Napleton for sure is the best to deal with.
Excellent experience! Knowledgeable and dedicated. - Rolfe.jeanne
We kept seeing this vehicle, the Atlas, as we drove down the interstate. Great lines! Sharp! We looked at several other brands, trying to narrow down the selection process. We walked into the Bommarito St.Peters VW showroom and were greeted by a very enthusiastic young man, Reese. Also, was a beautiful RED vehicle, and I am not a RED type person! Reese, with no pressure, let us kick the tires, invited us to sit and enjoy the comfort of the vehicle, adjust the seating to our liking. Then he showed us several features of the 3rd row seating. Now, I’m not one to ride in the 3rd row, but I did get into the 3rd row; amazing comfort and ease of getting in and out of the vehicle.
We explained we were narrowing the “possibilities”, and this was of interest. Reese offered us a test drive. Okay! We took it for a spin, took it home to make certain of garage clearance and returned the vehicle later in the day. We explained this was our first test drive of the narrowed field, and we still wanted to drive the competition. No pressure from Reese. He totally understood. We left and drove 2 competitor’s vehicles.
Reese sent a You Tube video of the newest car to hit the lot, explaining the interior and safety features of the vehicle in greater detail.
The following day we went back to Reese and purchased our new Atlas! Reese’s product knowledge is remarkable! Once the dotted line was signed, he spent 2 hours going over the vehicle with us, tuning it to our needs. Reese’s product knowledge was above our wildest expectations! Thanks Reese! Your nickname should be: Mr. Atlas!
Adam Schmidt, in Finance, explained every detail about the sales contract. And it’s great that the “paperwork” was presented to us on a thumb drive, saving our trees!
Also, Colin Smith in the Service Department was very helpful when ordering extra vehicle accessories!
LOVE this dealership! - carc1997
I can see why they have 5 stars...SO nice and knowledgeable, not pushy at all! I didn't buy this visit but Danyel (who is fantastic) is looking for one for me with the options that I want...and THEN I'll definitely buy from this dealership. Keep up the good work!!
Worst Experience of My Life - BJanet
I hate writing bad reviews but I am disbelief at the experience I’ve received from this dealership. Walking into the dealership we were very specific about the price range we had in mind and they completely ignored it, showing us the most expensive version of the car refusing to give us any numbers until we sat down with the manager. After about 6 hours we finally agreed on a car, one they had to ship to us. This was all on Friday. We signed all the papers and they gave us a loaner vehicle and said they would be in contact with us on Monday morning. 3:00 on Monday afternoon and I still hadn’t contacted me so I called the sales lady and she said she would call me by the end of the day but I didn’t hear a single word. Tuesday, I called the sales manager - they still hadn’t located the vehicle but they assumed it would come in overnight or Wednesday. However, the sales lady texted me not even 20 minutes later saying it would be in on Friday (more miscommunication). So I responded back and then she corrected herself saying she thought it should be coming in that night. So Wednesday rolls around and they said it will be coming in that night but I can’t pick it up until the next day because it had to be cleaned. I get a call an hour after that and they tell me there had been some miscommunication and that the VEHICLE HAD BEEN ON THE LOT SINCE MONDAY but it didn’t get checked in. So fast forward to that evening when I get a call from the dealership saying they sold the loaner vehicle and that they were mad I was putting miles on their new car. He promises to have another vehicle waiting for me when I arrive because I have a two year old and a 3 month old and didn’t want to be waiting in the dealership with them, especially with COVID. I get to the dealership and the car isn’t ready. It takes them an HOUR AND A HALF to get me the car while I stand in the dealership waiting with two small kids and then I have follow them to the gas station to put gas in it!!!! So it took a full week for me to get my car when it was on the lot just sitting for DAYS. Fast forward 30 days. My tags expire and I still haven’t received my paperwork needed to register my plates. I go to the dealership and they told me THEY DIDN’T FILE THE PAPERWORK. They won’t give me a new temp tag so I have to drive around with expired plates for 30 days..... oh and the lady told me “as long as you’re not being crazy or speeding, it should be fine.” This has been the absolute worst experience. I am just in disbelief.
Professional and Courteous -- No Scams - RandyM
My sister needed a new vehicle and was finding nothing but scams and high pressure in Kansas City. An Independence Chevy dealer wanted to charge her $1,000 for nitrogen in the tires of an Equinox, plus another $1,000 for clearcoat protection and still another $1,000 for some sort of immobilizer in case the car was stolen. And there was the interior Scotchguard at guess what price -- $1,000.
Nothing like this happened when I bought my Hyundai at Northtowne, so we visited the Volkswagen store next door. Found a certified 2018 Jetta with 11,000 miles that was priced a little under retail. The car has been inspected and polished and looked like new -- even in the wheel wells and engine bay.
The negotiation was professional and courteous and we were able to get a better price for her trade in. With the VW certification, the Jetta will be warrantied to 84,000 miles.
I recognize when companies threat customers well and fairly to garner repeat business. It is a choice of the owner. It is so much easier to trade with such companies instead of the crooks who want to make the biggest score possible, knowing you will never come back.
For fun, I may buy a $7 can of tire nitrogen at Walmart. Maybe I can sell it to that Chevy dealer for $500 profit. They seem to think it is pretty valuable.
