The greeter was very welcoming and pleasant. Our Lincoln was washed and cleaned and inspected and ready for a test drive as promised. The car was beautiful the salesmen was very professional we test drove the car and had a great conversation. There was absolutely no pressure The buying experience was equally pleasant. We were given options regarding warranty options and all Lincoln had to offer. My wife was very pleased to drive her Lincoln home the same day. I would highly recommend M&M auto. Very pleasant experience, but vehicles are highly overpriced in comparison to dealerships outside the new york city area. I had an offer from a New Jersey GMC for a much cheaper lease. Overall, the staff at GMC Milea in the Bronx were very helpful and I had good car leasing experience. I just wished I had a better price for my lease.

Went in to lease an Equinox. Jim Casey my salesman was awesome. My situation was less than perfect but Jim was understanding and took the time to work with me to find the best option. Other dealers weren't interested in helping but Jim really put in the extra effort. Customer service was top of the line. If you want a GM go see Jim Casey; I know I'll be back when my lease is up.

Nothing but issues with our 2017 GMA Acadia. Had the vehicle in for issues in the front end. First time the vehicle was in they reset a sensor. The second time needed to replace right strut and did some transmission work. Due to the strut issues needed new tires at 25,000 miles. How is that even possible? Service super hair only says she us sorry we are disappointed in the service and quality of the car. This is an unacceptable answer. The only reason they received one star is for the nice Ford explorer rental car we were given, which will be my next lease.

I was sold a truck for 38k that was not shifting correctly issue was reported dealer serviced looked at it said it was i took 2 service members for a ride they said it was not shifting normally a after 10hrs traveling to the dealership for the same the issues that still exists was looking at another 8 hrs drive time and hope issue is fixed got frustrated after 3 months and want to trade out dealer said they would give me 36k and knock 4500 off of msrp on new truck ok deal. I get there they maxes a mistake and can only give me 31k plus 1k dealer cash. So I lost 6k over 3 months in a truck they sold me with an ongoing problem. Will file a.complaint with GM.
