I cannot say enough about the staff at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC. They made my car buying experience amazing and unforgettable. It was never easy going through the car buying process before COVID-19 and they made it enjoyable and fast. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hr. They were friendly, responsive and understanding of my needs and didn’t push me in buying something I didn’t want. They gave me a great price for my car I traded in and that surprised me and made everything else easy. I usually buy from a certain Dealership in the southtowns because I’m from Hamburg Ny but they have gotten to big for themselves and forgot what customer service and being personable was about. So I will drive the Hour to Albion just to work with Brittany, Alexa, and Dave again when I’m ready for another Vehicle from now on. I will be sending my friends and family there in the future as well. This place is filled with thieves. Everyone in the service department needs to be fired or arrested because they are working what I presume to be a large scam. They are clearly hurting for money and have turned to chopping vehicles. If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would. My husband brought his truck in to be serviced for two recalls. He had an appointment it was supposed to take one day but he was told they needed more time and kept it over night. The next day it was finished, I brought him to pick up the truck. He gets in to drive home and noticed the whole entire cup holder console was missing from the truck. There is a huge gaping hole in between the driver seat and passenger seats. He went back inside and spoke to Frank, the service center consultant. Frank told us it was missing upon us dropping the truck off the day before. Which is a complete lie. He implied that we must have removed them ourselves and that we forgot. We told him that is not the case, we did not know the cup holder was even removable. We asked to speak to the manager, Bill Fagnan, he came and looked and saw they were missing too. He assured us he would look around and call us the next day, if they did not show up he would order us a new part. This was also a lie just to appease us because he wanted to go home since this was all happening at 5pm. The next day my husband called them at least 10 times, no one answered or called us back. I went to the dealership myself again to ask them what is being done about this. They told me again, the part was never in the truck to begin with. Again, that is a lie. Someone in their service department stole the equipment and they are trying to cover it up to save their own @$$es. They are all thieves. They purposely removed and stole equipment from our truck, and tried to sell us new equipment to replace what was stolen. $170 worth of equipment. I told them we are absolutely not paying for this and we are filing a police report. I imagine we are not the only people they are doing this to. Stealing parts out of vehicles just so that they can charge customers money to buy and replace new parts that their service department stole is illegal. Only difference between this “dealership” and a chop shop, is the vehicles coming in to be serviced aren’t stolen vehicles. But who knows at this point, maybe some of them are. These people are thieves and need to be held accountable. We are on our way to file a police report as I type this review. Do not ever bring your vehicle here.

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

I have had my vehicle to and from BJ service department 5x in the past year after purchasing it 1 year old. This last time I was told to drop it off it would be ready for pickup by 5...no it was not. I had to once again drive back to get my work items and find a car to get me to work the next day since they needed to keep the vehicle longer.
If this was just 1x i wouldn't be upset but it happens everytime ive had to bring the vehicle in. I brought it in 3x for them to fix the blower motor. Im disgusted with this dealership

When I said I’m sorry 4000 isn’t reasonable for me, his excuse was bc he would be paying for the remainder of my loan too (which was estimated to be 5000). He said “were paying 9000 not 4000” bc of this. THIS WAS A LIE. The manager admitted they would never do that, and when the manager came over he said “I never said that.” So essentially he was trying to rob me to get me to sign papers, by trying to con me into thinking he was giving me 9000 and hoping if just believe his words. My normal dealer is Sarant. I got a flat Saturday night and had Roadside assistance take it there. They do not take cars after hours so they took it to North Bay. I called up Monday morning left a message and an advisor called me and said he did not see I had coverage. I called him back with the info and he said that this could take some time and would try to get out that day maybe tomorrow and no loaner available. I realize I bought the car elsewhere but I am a Cadillac Customer. I finally got an update at close to 3 and said the car was ready but I had to pay $10.50 even though I paid for a protection package. I do not care about the small amount. This is a matter of principle. I bet if I bought the car there they would have eaten it, I will make sure to get all service at Savant.

Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads and rotors again. Took it back to Patrick and they wanted to charge me $450 to replace them, even though they only lasted less then two and a half years. I declined and went to Dunn tire where it cost $309.00, with a life time warranty on the pads. I have never had pads and rotors that only lasted 2 years, Patrick must be using so cheap parts, and then do nothing to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM PATRICK PONTIAC !!!!!

They informed me the vehicle was for sale i immediately told them I will put a deposit on it to hold until I could get to the dealership. Only to find out the day of coming to do the deal which I had to call btw . I was working with bridget which she quickly said Tyler was your salesperson.. so Tyler gets on the phone with me and says Oh I'm sorry I totally dropped the ball on this. We ran it though the shop and its not worth to fix the vehicle so we won't be selling it to you. We will be wholesaling it! So why was it up for sale to begin with? You would think they would fun it through the shop before listing it or any vehicles for sale? So don't purchase from carbone if you want a Reliable vehicle because they are selling them without checking how good they are until after the fact!!! The salesman didn't even ask if I would be interested in another vehicle? I would have put a 15,000 down payment for something else but hey it will be thier loss.. Not mine . I will make a purchase by Friday. BUT NOT WITH THEM!!! SO if you want dishonest people to do business with this is your place..
