I cannot say enough about the staff at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC. They made my car buying experience amazing and unforgettable. It was never easy going through the car buying process before COVID-19 and they made it enjoyable and fast. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hr. They were friendly, responsive and understanding of my needs and didn’t push me in buying something I didn’t want. They gave me a great price for my car I traded in and that surprised me and made everything else easy. I usually buy from a certain Dealership in the southtowns because I’m from Hamburg Ny but they have gotten to big for themselves and forgot what customer service and being personable was about. So I will drive the Hour to Albion just to work with Brittany, Alexa, and Dave again when I’m ready for another Vehicle from now on. I will be sending my friends and family there in the future as well. Again I cannot say enough about everyone there at Bidleman, Please take my review serious and check them out because I never leave reviews and this change my outlook on Car Dealerships.

I have had my vehicle to and from BJ service department 5x in the past year after purchasing it 1 year old. This last time I was told to drop it off it would be ready for pickup by 5...no it was not. I had to once again drive back to get my work items and find a car to get me to work the next day since they needed to keep the vehicle longer.
If this was just 1x i wouldn't be upset but it happens everytime ive had to bring the vehicle in. I brought it in 3x for them to fix the blower motor. Im disgusted with this dealership

**TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS** Where do I start with this horrible experience? After finding a truck online that was attractive, I drove the 2.5 hours to Lake Katrine, NY to visit Romeo Chevy Buick GMC. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle alone; a positive given the current state of the pandemic. Once I returned to the dealership, the Sales Manager asked for a price I was comfortable with and I gave him one (~$2500 under MSRP). They said that they could not accommodate that, and I left. A different Sales Manager called me two days later and we ironed out a deal, and I submitted a $1000 deposit on the vehicle. We agreed that there would be maintenance performed on the truck and that some aftermarket accessories would be installed before delivery.
Cut to: the morning of delivery. The dealership calls to tell me that the truck is on the road, but that they did not perform all of the maintenance we had agreed to. Strike One. The GM gets on the phone and says that if I absolutely want this to be performed (it was part of the deal), he would reimburse me for the service. I asked for that to be in writing via email. The email never came.
Because the dealership is based in New York, and I would be registering the truck in Massachusetts, I scheduled a pre-purchase emissions inspection at a service station close to the RMV. Unfortunately, the truck does not pass the Massachusetts state emissions inspection. I bring this to the attention of the dealership, and they agree to "cut [me] a check for $800 if you take it to the RMV right now and get it registered". Again, I ask for that to be in writing via email. The email never came.
After refusing the delivery due to the emissions issue, I attempted to contact the Sales Agent and Sales Manager I was working with to work out a deal and close on the vehicle. Both were slow to respond and said that they were "attempting to work it out with the owner". After finally getting the Sales Manager on the phone, he informs me that the truck has SOLD... WITH MY AFTERMARKET ACCESSORIES ON IT. No notice, and apparently a deposit means NOTHING to this dealership.
But then I see that the truck had recently been re-posted for sale to Facebook no more than 2-hours from the time I called. After speaking to the Internet Manager, she confirms the truck is STILL AVAILABLE. Not sold, no new owner, still has my parts on it and they still have my deposit.
I don't know where they hired this team, or how they're taught to do business, but I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you shop elsewhere. Unless you're into being jerked around, lied to, and taken advantage of. In that case, Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC is the place for you!

Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads and rotors again. Took it back to Patrick and they wanted to charge me $450 to replace them, even though they only lasted less then two and a half years. I declined and went to Dunn tire where it cost $309.00, with a life time warranty on the pads. I have never had pads and rotors that only lasted 2 years, Patrick must be using so cheap parts, and then do nothing to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM PATRICK PONTIAC !!!!!

They informed me the vehicle was for sale i immediately told them I will put a deposit on it to hold until I could get to the dealership. Only to find out the day of coming to do the deal which I had to call btw . I was working with bridget which she quickly said Tyler was your salesperson.. so Tyler gets on the phone with me and says Oh I'm sorry I totally dropped the ball on this. We ran it though the shop and its not worth to fix the vehicle so we won't be selling it to you. We will be wholesaling it! So why was it up for sale to begin with? You would think they would fun it through the shop before listing it or any vehicles for sale? So don't purchase from carbone if you want a Reliable vehicle because they are selling them without checking how good they are until after the fact!!! The salesman didn't even ask if I would be interested in another vehicle? I would have put a 15,000 down payment for something else but hey it will be thier loss.. Not mine . I will make a purchase by Friday. BUT NOT WITH THEM!!! SO if you want dishonest people to do business with this is your place.. I Blame the manager as well for not even a simple call from last week until today to tell me anything.. sorry but not sorry . They deserve this Horrible Review!!!!

We leased our new Buick Sept 30 2019. It is now Oct 6 2020. We brought our Buick in for NYS Inspection and oil change. Buick offers a free oil change as part of the purchase agreement notion wide. The change is due 1 year or 5000 miles. We have 1535 miles on the car and it is less than a year old. We were told that we did not qualify for our free oil change as "It should have been done in Sept. (the car is less than 1 year old) I questioned the service writer and he said "it was Buicks policy not Vision." I was given a smart xxx answer"if I bought the car from Vision I would have gotten 3 free oil changes". Another writer chipped in that the dealer where I purchased the Buick "sells a lot of service loaners" I don't know what that has to do with anything as the Buick was delivered with 7 miles on the odometer. This unhelpful attitude as well as smart xxx answer doesn't build trust between the customer and dealership. I will not do business with Vision anymore as I would worry how hard they would work to earn and keep my business. To let you know I was impressed with the cleanliness of your facility when I walked in as well as the nice greeting when I drove in. Your customers good impressions are now unfavorable.
