This dealership was not honest about the ability to have it serviced at another West Herr dealership. It is not close to my home and now I am being told in order to have a check engine light looked at I need to drive the 20 miles to get there. They have no appointments open for two weeks and that is during the day so I have to take a day off of work. The car is less than a year old. Not the level of service I would expect from Cadillac.

My Chevy had a problem and I couldn't get an appointment for months they recommended I call Staten Island Buick. They got me within a week. I waited for my car and they were quick getting me in and out. Waiting area was nice dealership was clean and everyone was very nice. They ordered a apart I need. Called me when part came in and again got me in and out (while I waited). I believe in servicing my car at the dealership I purchased it at. Unfortunately the dealer no longer handles Chevy. What a wonderful experience we had here. When I walked in to getting a new car and to see if they have the model and no headache . Honestly, changing to a new dealership is not always easy and comfortable. I had to trade in an older car for a newer car, Grand Cherokee Loredo X and was hoping for a better experience. Through a friend recommendation, I just walked in to the dealership and Julian Gaglio pleasantly greeted me even though the place looked very busy and I didn't have an appointment!! He has a very well mannered demeanor . He is a professional , has a great patient, the communication skills are excellent. Trying to find a used car in today’s market is a very trying task. It appears you cannot trust any of the dealerships you go into they all have hidden fees.
We were at the point of giving up on finding my daughter a car but then I decided to reach out to Ashley at Romeo Chevy. They had the exact Jeep we were looking for and in the color we wanted. When asked about their fees Ashley said all they have is a $75 fee. So we decided to make the 2.5 hour drive to see what they had.
Test drove the Jeep and a Ford Escape loved them both and my daughter picked the Compass. Sat with the business manager finalized the deal again no hidden fees.
Since we were financing through our own bank we were going to have to come back to pick up the car. Ashley volunteered to deliver the car to us. She took that 2.5 hour drive and Romeo Chevy sent an additional car to ensure she had a ride back.
Talk about going above and beyond. Will give them all my business going forward. Ashley and Romeo Chevrolet are amazing.

I brought my 2020 GMC Terrain in for warranty service. At check-in I was met with an upbeat greeting and directed to the service department. The service advisor, Steve M., was very pleasant and patient; he listened attentively to my explanation of what the issue was with my vehicle. The service technician/mechanic, Steve, also joined the conversation and was equally pleasant; he listened and offered his thoughts and information. Fortunately I was provided with a loaner-vehicle that was readied for me by another very polite young man. I believe they acted as a team and genuinely have their customer's best interest in mind. They worked together to identify the problem and they ultimately corrected the issue. Thank you to all at the BRSS GMC service department for a job well done!

This dealership is not reputable and the sales dept has no integrity. I saw a vehicle online with all the options I had been searching for, for months. I called to check availability, and was told by salesman Steve that it just came in and was indeed available. I was excited, and told him consider it sold, and wanted to do a down payment right away to hold it... Since I live two hours away we did the deal over the phone. I tried numerous times to give him a hold deposit, and was told numerous times "don't worry, the vehicle is yours. We wont sell it". Was told I couldn't put a deposit down until I jumped through some hoops. So after filling out a KBB app for my trade in I again tried to put money down. Again I was assured it was mine and wouldn't be sold to anyone else, but I couldnt put the hold deposit down until I filled out the financial applicaton. I have excellent credit so no problem. Steve told me he would call me right after I submit the app. Ten minutes later I submitted it and Steve didn't call right away like he said he would. I called him and was told "he's with a customer." So I waited a bit and after still no call, I called him again, and was told "he wasn't at his desk." I called numerous times, within the next two hours and fifteen minutes before they closed I was told he went home., and they sold the vehicle to someone else who came in while I was waiting for Steve to call me back. I was irate and asked to speak to a manager. They connected me to the Chevy sales manager and being the spineless person he is, let it go to his voicemail. No integrity up and down the chain... When the manager finally called me the next day I told him "I have no use for any of them," and hung up.. I have been buying new vehicles since 1978 and have never been treated so badly! If you're looking for a sales staff with integrity, look elsewhere. There is none here. I would NEVER recommend them to family, friends, or acquaintances, but maybe to someone I dont care for. Again, no integrity and definitely not reputable!!

They informed me the vehicle was for sale i immediately told them I will put a deposit on it to hold until I could get to the dealership. Only to find out the day of coming to do the deal which I had to call btw . I was working with bridget which she quickly said Tyler was your salesperson.. so Tyler gets on the phone with me and says Oh I'm sorry I totally dropped the ball on this. We ran it though the shop and its not worth to fix the vehicle so we won't be selling it to you. We will be wholesaling it! So why was it up for sale to begin with? You would think they would fun it through the shop before listing it or any vehicles for sale? So don't purchase from carbone if you want a Reliable vehicle because they are selling them without checking how good they are until after the fact!!! The salesman didn't even ask if I would be interested in another vehicle? I would have put a 15,000 down payment for something else but hey it will be thier loss.. Not mine . I will make a purchase by Friday. BUT NOT WITH THEM!!! SO if you want dishonest people to do business with this is your place.. I Blame the manager as well for not even a simple call from last week until today to tell me anything.. sorry but not sorry . They deserve this Horrible Review!!!!

I would never recommend King O'Rourke GMC to any friend or family member. I would not want to put them through the same situation that I was put through.
My car was towed to the dealership on Monday July 12th.
I spoke with Sonia the Loaner Manager every day during the week, from July 12th through the 16th. She said she did not have any loaner cars available, and promised me that one would be available "soon".
Sonia also advised that I could rent a car from Enterprise car rental and GMC would reimburse the cost. When I asked for this in writing, the dealership declined to provide it.
No one looked at the car until Wednesday July 14th. At that point after speaking with Fred in Service I was told 2-5 days for the parts to arrive to fix the issue.
I was told I would receive a call back to confirm arrival of the parts, and when the loaner car would be available.
When no one called me through the end of the week, I called again on Monday July 19th (one week after car was towed to the dealership).
Fred told me that the part was on "indefinite" backorder, and there was nothing they could do to get the part.
After asking to speak with Sonia again, no loaners were available.
At no point during those 2 weeks did I get a call back from King O'Rourke, from any member of the staff. Any contact was initiated by me.
On July 22nd after two weeks with no parts, no car, no loaner and no rental, I called GM corporate to expedite the process, and have someone contact me to arrange a loaner vehicle.
The corporate representative informed me that, had I rented a car through Enterprise, GM would reimburse me for $46/day. The minimal rental price for the smallest car in this area is $137/day. GM informed me that I would be responsible for any cost over $46/day. At that rate, it would be over $1,200 for 2 weeks out of pocket.
GM corporate called the dealership daily through August 3rd, with no response or contact. The dealership would not deal with corporate.
GM corporate finally made contact with the dealership on August 8th, and told me the parts were expected to arrive on August 9th.
GM corporate called me on August 9th, saying the part had arrived, and the service manager Ron had asked that I bring the car back to the dealership so they could install the parts. The car had been at the dealership since July 12th, and was apparently "lost" by the dealership. After more calls from corporate, the dealership "found" the car that had been in their posession for two weeks.
The car was finally repaired and available for pickup on Friday August 12th, 4 weeks after being towed in. I finally spoke with the service manager Ron (who would not return phone calls during the previous month). He apologized for his dealerships performance, and said things should have been handled better.
In addition, I spoke with the General Manager. He seemed to think that having an inexperienced service and deck team was an adequate excuse for the dealerships lack of communication.
Overall, my car was out of my posession for 4 full weeks. I was never given a loaner car, never secured a rental, and had to drive my wife's lease for a month, sharing time when possible.
No restitution was ever made, and no apologies were given.
This is a sad excuse for a service department and a dealership, from the bottom to the top. I would never purchase from them again, nor would I bring my car for service there again. I will not be purchasing or leasing a GMC vehicle again.
The only positive note to be said was that GM corporate handled things as efficient and professionally as possible. Thank you Nicholas at GM Corporate.

i have always bought my new cars there, even my last used car I bought there, in 2017, a 2014 Equinox. Great car. Also have a 2012 Sonic I bought there new. They get all my business including service. Not anymore. Last few times all they want to do is the work I ask for, and recommend thousands of dollars more each time I go. This last time (today) took in for loud exhaust system. I looked at it myself, all looked good except middle muffler (resinator) part at NAPA $61.00. They said they had to replace all because that is all GM sells, not the individual parts. So it would be $1500.00. After I called them back, they also said I needed breaks, just after passing inspection there in April, since April maybe at most 1,000 miles. I am taking it elsewhere for the first time. They will only get work if its warrenty, from me in the future.
Liked it a lot better when it was LeRoy Motors, Bob Johnson, ruined it.
