After sending our current car to our daughter and husband in Wisconsin, we were looking for a newer vehicle that would last for a fair amount of time with minimum maintenance. Jeremy showed my husband 2 possibilities, we came back so I could test drive both vehicles (and then the first one, one more time), we had all our questions answered (and others we hadn't thought to ask) and decided by the end of that visit we would buy the GMC Buick Encore. We came back after the weekend to pick it up - the car had had the thorough inspection, a car wash, a full tank of gas added, and was good to go.
Jeremy had already thoroughly explained all the features in the initial visit, but took the time and was so patient while going through them again to make sure both of us understood. He was so friendly each time and we trusted what he said.
We have only had the car a week, but already know it has been a good match. We would recommend Vision Buick and Jeremy Garnish specifically to any of our family or friends.

Waited 6 weeks for appoint and dealer said im not in their system but squeeze me in they adjusted my hood release and I had to call at 5:45 15 minutes before the dealer closed to find out I wasn’t getting my truck back and then said they were going to keep it overnight to check out my transmission which at first they weren’t going to I lost my truck for a day and a half or a hood release that needed to be greased and readjusted not even replaced

Not transparent, several phone calls and texts to dealership to just get a update . No return call , still have not returned my deposit . Worst customer service I have every received.

One of the worst service departments at a dealership! They will never update the owner of the vehicle on whether or not your car is being looked at. They take a week to "diagnose" any problem with the vehicle. I had to call the service department myself everyday and diagnose my own vehicle! What a joke! They scratched and marked up my interior to a point where I can't even fix it without replacing panels. Their main tech Dale DeMarco should change his name to Snail DeMarco for the poor performance he puts out. A small town mechanic can run laps around these guys! Never, I repeat, NEVER take your car for service here!

I have purchased 3 full size trucks and an suv in the last 6 years from this dealership. my current vehicle is a sierra 1500 and its reliability has been terrible. I had an appointment today to drop my vehicle for the day at least and was denied a loaner vehicle. Yet to make the appointment I waited on hold for over ten minutes and listened to their add which states that they have hundreds of used vehicles in stock, I guess I'm just not important enouigh !!!
