Very pleasant experience, but vehicles are highly overpriced in comparison to dealerships outside the new york city area. I had an offer from a New Jersey GMC for a much cheaper lease. Overall, the staff at GMC Milea in the Bronx were very helpful and I had good car leasing experience. I just wished I had a better price for my lease.

We called Jeff and told him we were ready for our next car, and as expected he made it a smooth experience. In 2021 we know where we will be going again.

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty! And Rude too! - stevenifox
I was contacted by Grand Prize Chevrolet after submitting a True Car request for a new Traverse. The Internet Sales Manager gave me lease quotes on several vehicles they had in stock. However, the lease quotes did not calculate with the supposed discounts and rebates they claimed I was receiving. I stopped at the dealership with my wife and we dealt with a very pleasant salesman. After taking a test drive, we started to discuss numbers. I took out my phone and ran the numbers they provided (MSRP, fees, discounts, rebates, interest rate, and money factor) though an online lease calculator. For some reason, the monthly payment that Grand Prize calculated was substantially higher than the number on the online lease calculator.
When I showed this to the salesman, he went and got the manager. The manager was condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot (not knowing or likely caring that I have a doctorate degree and handle transactions way more complex than an auto lease). We went through all the numbers that he presented, and entered them into the lease calculator together. Again, the monthly lease payments I got were significantly less than the lease payments he claimed to have calculated using GM's system.
Unable to explain the discrepancy, he questioned the lease calculator that I used and said I should have used Edmunds. I went to the Edmunds' site and, with the salesman, ran his numbers though the Edmunds lease calculator. Not surprisingly, the Edmund's calculator came up with the same monthly payment as the other lease calculator, well below what Grand Prize claimed to be the monthly payments.
When seeing these calculations, the manager became belligerent. He stood up, raised his voice, and all but threw my wife and I out of the dealership. I could not believe the manner in which we were treated. My wife and I treated the salesman and manger with courtesy and respect. We never got angry with them or accused them of any misleading tactics or wrongdoing. All we did was review basic math, which anyone purchasing a car should understand before walking into a dealership.
My wife and I went to Grand Prize looking to lease a car. We even discussed how we were prepared to drive it off the lot that evening. We left in our old vehicle (they refused to even discuss our trade since we had not relented to their numbers), offended and insulted.
I don't know how their numbers were so off, but I would suggest that anyone leasing or financing from Grand Prize triple check their calculations and make sure they don't bury hidden fees or something in the deal. I will never go back there, and would suggest that anyone reading this avoid the dealership at all costs.
And.... the very next day, we visited a different Chevrolet dealership, in Englewood, NJ,, where we were treated extremely well, and where we leased a Traverse, with a higher MSRP, for way less than the "real" price that Grand Prize was offering.

Good job Peter. I was in the enviable position of not being in a hurray to buy a new car. You introduced the Encore and presented it properly. As a result, I did in fact buy the vehicle. Price was right, and the whole experience was a pleasant surprise.

Jasen in the auto body said they couldn't assess the damage to my truck unless I paid $150 diagnostic fee and that the air bag sensors looked new, like they'd been recently replaced and that I probably had had recent problems with the air bag unrelated to the accident. A diagnostic fee was never mentioned in the numerous phone calls prior to bringing my truck in. So I told Jasen I want my truck back, I'll take it somewhere else. He said they already took my bumper and grill off and threw it out and I owe them. Jeffrey Winney apologized, asked for another chance, said they hadn't thrown out my bumper and grill. A week later, I was told the air bag sensors looked old and rusted (completely different story) and the insurance adjuster said that the body shop told him that the other damages I was claiming are unrelated to my accident. I told them I want my truck back to get a second opinion. Jeffrey made me pay $100 in cash to get my truck back in pieces, bumper and grill unattached, and bumper had the corner cracked. He had mentioned before that they had a hard time removing the bumper because of extra tabs on the ends they didn't know about. Now I know what he was talking about. I guess they just ripped it off. I called Jeffrey to find out about the two different stories on the sensors and the cracked bumper, but he never bothered to call me back. I received the insurance check with Goldstein's and my name on it, and Jeffrey refused to have it signed over to me even when my insurance called him personally to ask him to please sign it over.
No comparison in the area to meadowlands - Andre
After an extensive search through out the area for the truck I want and the price I wanted meadowlands hands down had no competition. Alex vanesse was a great salesman and very easy to work with he made it easy to purchase my new truck and I'm not an easy customer.

After purchasing 3 $80,000.00 yukan Denali from Morrissey ( 5 or 6 other vehicles over the years)...they have gotten LAZY...because they do not want to trade cars with other dealers...dealers don't trade with them...thus if they don't have the vehicle you want they don't want to find it for u...take what they have or leave it...I left and I have now left them...and drove to a WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, delightful to deal name Burns Buick in NJ...they didn't have the vehicle but they found it...I am now driving home, the passenger, with my new, perfect color Yukon Denali...Thanks Burns Buick...good bye Morrissey
