Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains is a welcoming atmosphere, ALL of the employees were very nice answered any questions you had offered you a beverage etc. I worked with Shavaune Shackleford and Anthony Marino they were absolutely amazing. I was able to get a car I wanted for a price that worked for me. They went above and beyond my expectations! Just Purchased a new Lexus at Lexus of Smithtown and my experience was great. The Sales Person Bill Pottatti was great to deal with, not only did he take his time showing me the Lexus available and taking me to test drive them but also was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in anything I needed. At any point did I ever felt pressure to buy anything. Once I decided I would buy a Lexus Bill was willing to work with me regarding the price I wanted to pay for the Lexus. This required a couple visits to the Sales Manager Bob, who by the way was an amazing sales manager. Bob was very honest with me and understood I came prepared to buy vehicle at a certain price, never did he make me feel as I wasn't going to get vehicle at that price, to contrary he took time negotiating with me in a very professional and friendly manner until a fair deal was reach between us. The experience from beginning to end was just great and now I'm a very happy owner of a beautiful Lexus. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!!

Aby “is” outstanding; we appreciate the extra effort Aby made to complete the sell; My wife had to have (minor) surgery and we could not travel to the dealership. Aby and New Country Lexus went out of there way to accomidate us, Aby delivered the Lexus to us, then Aby gave us therough orientation of the Lexus, how great was this? We cannot be more appreciative. New Country Lexus has gained a loyal customer for life.

Everyone seems very professional and friendly, the dealership overall looks nice and the customer experience is much better compared to Lexus of Manhattan. Getting out of my existing lease and into a new one was made easy With few surprises along the way.
Would definitely recommend this dealership myself. Gohar was attentive and listened to my requirements rather than pursuing a hard sale. Lexus of Rockville Centre is the best dealership on Long Island. They are courteous and professional. Everyone from valet to sales to finance were very friendly. You have to ask for Sheila Mancuso.. She will take care of all of your needs. This is my 4th Lexus and I have to say this is the best car I have leased. She made sure I got all the features I wanted and more. When I picked up the car, I had a list of all the features I wanted to review. Sheila was very patient and went over all the features of the car including Bluetooth and Navigation. Afterward, I checked my list and to my amazement, she reviewed everything I wanted to go over. I just had the best experience of all the great experiences I have had with the Lexus Service Center. The battery in my Lexus hybrid had started to constantly die or so I thought even though it was relatively new. My gift bringing it in was to get Scott Orlansky as my service person. After finding out the battery was not the problem, Scott was determined to find out what was. 4 days later, after not giving up on anything, he did figure it out and my car is purring again. I get great care at Ray Catena. This was just above and beyond. Many thanks to Scott - a super example of all that is good at Ray Catena.

I purchased a used car from Northtown Lexus of Amherst (Buffalo, NY). I chose late model used due to balancing affordability and reliability. The car had less than 13,000 on it. Since having picked up the car, it has been off the road because of a service problem.
Northtown has seen the car twice: once attempting a repair and subsequently denying it having an issue on the second visit. They have since been sent video evidence of the problem.
After having the car in my possession for two days, I offered to sell the car back to them at my loss and buy another one from Northtown.
Net: They can’t fix a car; and they won’t stand behind their product. See Tom Mumma or David Dipasquale.
Reference their advertising of the Golden Rule and unblemished business ethics. I hope you have better luck than me. Please waive hi if you see me on the roadside.

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Kudos to Burdick Lexus for extending the most wonderful and efficient customer service!!!
