Approximately two weeks ago, I had the sheer pleasure of working with both Mr. Rich Velija and Mr. Will Howard. This was the very first time that I have purchased a vehicle on my own and was really hoping that the Lord would pair me with someone who would honestly assist me in this very important decision of buying a vehicle. Well, that is what exactly happened! Mr. Howard had a pending emergency but took into consideration my request for him to specifically assist me. Thank you so very much, Mr. Howard! I saw the vehicle on the website and it was a very generic-looking picture of the car. I asked Mr. Howard if he could take pictures of the vehicle to give me more of a personal realistic view and in no time I had the photos. When I arrived in NY it was approximately 11:00 a.m., I filled out paperwork/traded in and said goodbye to my Toyota Avalon. At which time, Mr. Howard said, "let's go see your new car"! It was as if the sky had opened up!!! I put my hand over my mouth and began to cry. Mr. Howard gave me a congratulatory hug and all I could say was I love it! I had prayed for years to obtain this particular vehicle and I got what I wanted and then some. It was just a true beauty. I was speechless!! I definitely can not leave out Mr. Velija. He was in constant contact with me on my journey to acquiring my treasure. Even though he was very busy, he made time for my many calls. Lexus of Manhattan is like family to me now. Currently, I am going through a tough time in my life and these two gentlemen definitely added ease and a stress-free welcoming experience. Again, I can only rave about Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. Three years ago I leased a 2017 ES350 and loved it. I had great service and everyone was most helpful.
With just three months before my lease was up, I spent time with Fabio Villa, Sales manager, and Michael Bergman, Sales consultant.They helped me go over my possibilities: to buy my 2017 leased car, to buy a new car or to lease a new car. As a result, I now have a new 2019 ES350 lease. Michael helped me to figure out costs and made it possible to include most of my requests. In just three days, I drove off the lot with my new car--very fast service!
As in the past, I know I can go to this dealership and get superior service. I look forward to three more years with my lovely Lexus!

Told the Lexus of Latham sales rep. that I planned to install a trailer hitch on the 2019 RX 450hL I was interested in and was told I could have one installed myself or have Lexus do it.
After purchasing and shopping for a compatible hitch I learned that no one makes a hitch for this vehicle... not even Lexus! (They make one for the RX450h, but not the "L". Apparently, this is a very unique SUV...)
Not happy with this "bait and switch"... I contacted the General Manager Jared Wilson. He apologized for the misinformation and asked if I could give him a chance to investigate and get back to me.... 2 weeks later no c/b. Called Jared and he indicated he thought he had gotten back to me... Anyway, after confirming no Class 3 hitch was available for this car he said perhaps there is a class 1 hitch available to serve my trailering needs. He said he would have his service dept. investigate and get back to me.... 2 weeks later and no c/b. I call Jared once again and left a message for him to c/b. 2 more weeks have passed and still no c/b.
This level of service is deplorable. How this General Manager keeps his job I have no idea...

Our experience was terrific. John Valveri was the only salesperson in many dealerships to approach us right away when we arrived. He is pleasant, patient and highly knowledgeable. Robert Meyer made the financing part as painless as we suppose it will get. Jim O'Connor reviewed the car's functions with us, also terrific. All very nice and straightforward. We would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat!

I met a lovely female sales rep on a Saturday who asked if i could schedule an apt. to chat more about a Lexus SUV purchase I was interested in. I respected the process and dutifully made a so called appointment. As a busy entrepreneur myself I purposely moved my scheduled around to make this (what I thought) was a commitment to meet at a designated time.
When I got there i was informed that she was out with a customer and had no idea as to when she'd be back. No message left at the front desk, nothing. Weird, I thought that was until I spoke to the manager who repeated that she was out with a customer which apparently as I woman I was not??!!
Hey Lexus, 1950 wants there vehicle buyer mindset back. I ended up driving to Rochester to buy my vehicle where the experience was completely different. Frankly i would have driven to Alaska before i gave these guys business . Northtown Lexus, your selling cars, not curing cancer. Your just not that important. lost a customer for life

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Kudos to Burdick Lexus for extending the most wonderful and efficient customer service!!!
