Excellent experience working with Brian Zhang from Lexus of Queens. Brian was knowledgeable, accommodating, personable, and very professional. I popped in right before closing time which is a bit unfair of me, but he was patient to show me the features of the 350RXL which I was interested in. He was 100% upfront about costs and options regarding financing. Absolutely honest and not pushy 1 way or the other explaining some of the history of how rates have changed when it came time to talk numbers. At the end of the day everybody just wants straight talk (pros/cons etc) and that is what I got here.
Leading up to taking delivery Brian was very responsive and communicative on what was needed. ie Insurance proof, certified check amounts etc.
At the time of the pick up, the process was streamlined with Jose training me patiently on features of the vehicle while Brian wrapped up and lined up the final financial logistics so that it was ready for me to review with Anthony.
I drove off the lots a happy new owner of a hard to find Iridium RX350L.

If I could give it a negative star I would. The dealer Anthony first argued w my husband over paying sales tax on a used car. When we asked for a manager Tommy came over. He lowballed us on a price for my trade in. Then said he wouldn’t hold the car.. oh but wait then he would. The worst part was when I got home I saw the car I wanted to buy for $1000 less! My name is Jose Arias , I went to this dealership on 7/7/21 to see a pre owned lexus Rx350 , which I previously saw on their website. I Spoke with the sale manager about that vehicle , he showed the vehicle to
me , I tested drove the vehicle and decided to give an advance on the down-payment. After that I had to continue the buying process with the sale representative Harry Perez, the deal was to be completed next day , on 7/8/21 I received a call from Harry perez about the time of my visit to close the deal and about my insurance company , after that later that day I received another call from the manager stating that they couldn't sale me the vehicle due to major oil leak , which was a total lie and an excuse to not sale they vehicle to me . I am a certified automobile technician with over 20 year experience in auto repair,if a major oil leak was present at the time of my road test I definitely would see it . Used cars are checked before they are shown to possible buyers. That excuse was a total scam. They probably sold it to another buyer for more money , that is what really happen . Do not try to take people for a fool.

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review of 5 stars. I would rate NORTHTOWN LEXUS with ZERO stars.
3 months after I purchased my 2019 Lexus ES 350 (15k mileage) I brought it to a certified Lexus dealer in Rochester, NY for a fuel pump recall and I also asked them to check the rear tires because they seemed very low compared to the front tires. During that time the mechanic found that “ Both rear tire treads are extremely low (2/32) and both are bald on inside edge. Will likely have cords exposed soon.” After mentioning this to Tom, Greg and the dealership manager, David Dipasquale they told me the treads had 6/32 on all 4 tires when I bought it. I have only drove 1900 miles since my purchase and I don’t understand how I already need 2 new rear tires. They could not answer but only make an excuse and blame the snow. They told me that spinning in the snow can cause excess wear. They must have forgot we had a pretty mild January with little to no snow. David also proceeded to tell me that the mechanic at Rochester dealership is incompetent and that he didn’t believe the mechanics measurements were accurate at 2/32. I offered to show David paperwork but he insisted I drive to Buffalo with unsafe rear tires not only risking my safety but a huge inconvenience as well. I have already driven back to Buffalo in February for a different issues and I don’t want to add the unnecessary mileage. I have zero trust in David or anyone from Northtown Lexus, would you? This was the first and will be the only time I do business with Northtown Lexus unless they have NEW management that cares about customer experience and isn’t looking for a quick sale. It’s all about building relationships and David and his team are not interested in doing that.
