Everyone was incredibly patient, answered. all of my questions, and made my husband and I truly feel welcomed. The entire process felt smooth stress free and supportive-which can be rare these days. They truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the experience. My husband and I absolutely love my new Audi!!

I just bought a Lexus RX 350 at Lexus of Manhattan. I am a long time Lexus customer and this visit was absolutely the best, my first with this dealership. Rich Emerson went out of his way to ensure that I was completely satisfied. He communicated with me timely, personally assisted me with the new car upon my arrival and followed up a few days later, unbelievable! Just a World Class service, from a World Class professional, totally. Also accolades to Sani Hadzibrahimovic, sales manager for his outstanding involvement. The dealership is tops, a complete dedication to the customer.

Sales person Sandra Santore was very helpful along with the compliance manger RJ Dawani. The technician Shon was patient and explained the features and setup of the electronics of the NX350h vehicle. This was a great experience and I will recommend Ray Catena Lexus to anyone looking for a good vehicle and car dealer.

I just leased my first Lexus last week! An RX 350h Premium. Julio Tatis was excellent, very accommodating, and went over every detail. The Larchmont Lexus experience was superior to any other dealership I have been to. The professionalism and desire to ensure that we understood all the aspects of the lease was impressive. I especially appreciated the fact that Julio was not "salesy" at all, but rather respectful and informative. It was a first-rate, high-class experience. I would highly recommend Julio and the Larchmont dealership if you are shopping for a Lexus and want a stress-free positive experience.

Absolute Nightmare to Deal with. RUN AWAY FAST! I bought a used bmw for sale through this dealer and it was going smooth, their sales manager Abbas did a video walkthrough(on jan 27th 2025) with me(have the videos saved) where he said there are "the driver's side is good, no dings or scratches or anything and the body lines are great". Fast forward to getting the car and there are DEEP scratches that no reputable dealer would ever sell a car with. Abbas calls me at 6:28pm on 2/4/25 apologetic and says that this must have happened after the video walkthrough, and that he will go investigate and make it right. Seemed like it was going well Was quoted ~$1300 to get these scratches repaired, so I text Abbas and he has a tone change and points me to Chad Israel, their General Sales Manager, who starts treating me horribly immediately and says its my fault that their sales manager misled me in the video. We tried to have an adult phone call(all recorded) on Feb 6th at 11:30am, where Chad could't be an adult and started screaming then hung up on me. Talk about great customer service! Run run away, im talking to lawyers now, unless this dealership decides to make this right.

My wife and I were customers of New Country Lexus since 2012 and as a result of the service manager Patrick, we turned in our leases and want nothing to do with the Lexus brand. We had leased a total of 8 vehicles and would have leased again as my lease was up 4/1/25 but as long as Patrick is employed there we want nothing to do with the Lexus brand or New Country. I have never dealt with someone as unprofessional as Patrick and fittingly I found out he was previously at KIA. His actions may work at a Kia dealership but I don’t pay for a brand like a Lexus to be treated rude and unprofessional. I have told my experience to hundreds of people and will continue to tell and the two general managers at the dealerships my wife and I just leased our new cars at couldnt believe the story and were thankful as we are now customers of Keeler BMW and Northeast Acura. The part of the story that really surprised me was the poor response of the GM Jared Wilson at New Country Lexus. When I originally spoke with Jared he assured me he would take care of the situation and all he did was ghost me. Jared showed his true colors which shocked me as he always portrayed he was a caring and honest person. Shame on me for trusting him but not surprised. I see they are building a massive dealership on Route 7 you would think they would stick by the mantra the customer is always right. I have been in the customer service business for 35+ years and if I treated my clients like Patrick treated me I would of been out of business decades ago. Shame on New Country and Patrick.

I purchased a used se350 on Saturday, May 3rd. Model year 2021. Traded a 2023 Camry 6cyl. Ron waters was fine.. I'm 78. The young tech gets one star for showing me how to use THE GPS (way different than the Camry). He spent maybe 5 minutes! I returned Monday. JOHN CHAPIN SPENT TWO HOURS. He did the impossible. Two hours was what I needed. He was Marvelous. I give him 5 stars+. ..

I cannot recommend this dealership and Dana enough! As a woman, I specifically wanted to work with another woman to ensure I felt understood, comfortable, and respected throughout the car-buying process without the usual slimy, high-pressure tactics. After a highly frustrating experience at a competing brand's dealership—where I was repeatedly treated as less than a priority, told they couldn't find the car I wanted, and met with complete indifference when I expressed nervousness about advanced tech features and auto park feature—coming to Lexus and working with Dana was a complete breath of fresh air. From day one, Dana listened intently to exactly what I wanted. I never had to repeat myself once, and I never felt an ounce of pressure. When I told her I was scared to try the vehicle's automatic parking feature, she didn’t dismiss my fear; instead, she patiently took me to an empty parking lot to show me how it worked and build my confidence. At the competing dealership, the saleswoman responded "Oh yeah, me too" when I expressed this fear. I'll never forget the difference. Dana assured me she would find the exact vehicle I was looking for, and she delivered perfectly—securing my car with the exact colors and features I wanted on the exact day I told her I was ready to buy. She kept me informed and remained incredibly pleasant throughout the entire process. To top it all off, she went completely above and beyond on the paperwork. When she noticed my old trade-in registration still carried my maiden name, she took a photo of my marriage license and handled the legal correction for me on the spot, saving me a massive headache and a dreaded trip to the DMV. If you want a fast, respectful, and genuinely premium car-buying experience where you feel genuinely listened to, do yourself a favor and ask for Dana specifically—she is a true girl's girl! To top it all off, Nancy (I hope I got her name right) at the front desk is absolutely lovely. When I went to pick up my new car she got me so hyped and we gushed about how great the cars were. She's great with people and kind. This truly was a luxury experience.

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Kudos to Burdick Lexus for extending the most wonderful and efficient customer service!!!
