First time Lexus owner. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Clement. He is very knowledgeable and respectful of our time and never felt rushed. From the first handshake and smile to closing the deal Clement was there. We were done after 10 ona Saturday night and even though it was really late we never felt as though we were imposing on their time as they were working way beyond the store closing hours. Six Month Service and Issue with Sunroof - SV
I recently brought my 2018 Lexus nx300 in to New Country for its 6 month service. This was my first experience with this dealership, and I wasn't sure of the protocol. When I arrived, I mentioned that my sunroof wouldn't open and asked if someone could look at it ... I figured I had inadvertently locked it, or changed a setting, etc. The Service Consultant efficiently handled the intake of my car in a professional manner. I say this because my experiences at a previous car dealership was not as pleasant - I was actually I was ignored and spoken to in a somewhat condescending manner, so this was a refreshing experience. The sunroof needed more time than I had available, so we scheduled an appointment for service. The Service Consultant suggested that I take a loaner while my car was serviced, and even went the extra mile to make it available to me the evening prior to my appointment so that I would not be late for work the following day. Now, that's great customer service.
My experience overall with this dealership has been wonderful.
Don't bother for a repeat car - CP
When I first came to Dorschel for my Lexus 3 years ago, the service was unbelievable. So much so that I wrote a review and told EVERYONE I knew how great the service - not only sales, but also service - was. I would say the Service Dept is the best thing you have going for you.
When it came time to consider another lease, I was treated worse than gum on a shoe when I didn't purchase another Lexus. You should be happy to talk to ALL customers, not just the ones that you think will buy from you. You never know what that encounter could turn into.
The sales dept was condescending. The lease return process was one false statement after another. They could have cared less about us once they realized we were not going to get another car (and we made that decision partly because of how poor the interactions were with the sales department). I kept getting "offers" in the mail that were different than the offers the sales dept quoted me. Every time I talked to them, there was a different "offer". I saw Ron - who helped us before and who I believe is one of your best employees there - but I was not "allowed" to work with him. When I got my Lexus, I swore I would be a Lexus owner for life. After this experience - I will never buy another one from you again.
I will miss your service dept with my current and future cars. But I will not miss the horrible sales experience.
Used car experience - Old guy
I purchased a used car from Northtown Lexus of Amherst (Buffalo, NY). I chose late model used due to balancing affordability and reliability. The car had less than 13,000 on it. Since having picked up the car, it has been off the road because of a service problem.
Northtown has seen the car twice: once attempting a repair and subsequently denying it having an issue on the second visit. They have since been sent video evidence of the problem.
After having the car in my possession for two days, I offered to sell the car back to them at my loss and buy another one from Northtown.
Net: They can’t fix a car; and they won’t stand behind their product. See Tom Mumma or David Dipasquale.
Reference their advertising of the Golden Rule and unblemished business ethics. I hope you have better luck than me. Please waive hi if you see me on the roadside.

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Kudos to Burdick Lexus for extending the most wonderful and efficient customer service!!!
