I purchased a brand-new Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury at the end of July of this year. My salesman was Mike Graff and he worked hard to locate he exact car I wanted. Unfortunately the car developed a very serious transmission flaw shortly after purchase which resulted in it being out of service for an extended period of time. The dealership reacted excellently. My service advisor Ryan Farrell kept in constant communication with me. Cadillac ultimately replaced the entire transmission and I was supplied a brand-new loaner car for the duration. Michael Mullaney, the dealership’s owner, saw to it that I received a large check for my inconvenience when I returned to pick my car up. This was something I had not requested and still amazes me. As unfortunate as this experience was in the end Cadillac stood by its product and Hudson Cadillac, Buick & GMC stood by me as its customer. The car is running great and I remain impressed and grateful. These are people worthy of your trust.

Excellent Service - delvallew
I want to take a moment and express my gratitude for the great care I received when I recently went to Bical auto Service. The whole experience was as pleasant as an experience like this could be thanks to "Alicia Carson" my service advisor and "Frank" the technician who is knowledgeable servicing my Buick Encore. . I often feel that your customer service is the best! I’ll be sure to think of you first for any future repair and service needs.

Always there when needed - joan 007
My Verano wouldn't start so they sent a roadside person to jump start her. He told me to go and get the battery checked. A dead cell in the battery was the cause. They replaced the battery and checked for any other possible problem. I was on my way home in an hour. The service people at Colandrea are like Guardian Angels to me. Always there and with me.
Thank you for your care and service

I have had my vehicle to and from BJ service department... - Cydney
I have had my vehicle to and from BJ service department 5x in the past year after purchasing it 1 year old. This last time I was told to drop it off it would be ready for pickup by 5...no it was not. I had to once again drive back to get my work items and find a car to get me to work the next day since they needed to keep the vehicle longer.
If this was just 1x i wouldn't be upset but it happens everytime ive had to bring the vehicle in. I brought it in 3x for them to fix the blower motor. Im disgusted with this dealership

A complete disaster from the second I bought my new car... - mcnamanager
A complete disaster from the second I bought my new car which had obvious issues from the start. I will NEVER do business with ANY of Carbone ever again! They gave me the run around and to this day I cannot get my money back for the extended warranty I purchased and didn’t use- because I got rid of the car with very few miles on it. I would be very hesitant and reluctant to buy ANYTHING from this chain. I should have learned after the first time I bought a car from them and got horrible customer service. But nope- I went back again thinking it would be different and it was only worse. They have an absolutely awful reputation in this area and I can see why. From now on I will go to Albany to buy my vehicles and stay clear of these people. Once they make the sale, you’re pretty much useless to them. I don’t know how they can live with themselves. Dishonest and could basically care less about you as a person.

I give them a 1 star ONLY because of the sales... - Eric
I give them a 1 star ONLY because of the sales department. The purchasing part was alright even though it took almost 6 hours for paperwork. The service department on the other hand is terrible. I bought a certified preowned through Romeo Chevy in Kingston and voiced my concerns about the rotors being extremely rusty/warped as well as paint missing on the rear door. They took my car in, kept it for 3 days to only replace the back rotors and pads (it needed them all around) as well as put extra miles on the car before I returned to pick it up. I voiced my concerns about the “random extra miles” and that the paperwork did not match with what was on the car. Nothing was done about it and I doubt they even looked into it. The front rotors were replaced along with pads eventually. Fast forward to a month into ownership and I will not be taking the car back to them for ANY service as I’m going to need to replace the front rotors again due to sub par work done at their service department. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealer that has a good mechanics and will fix things the right way.

Not even servicing any Corvettes. Even though they sell corvette they don't have a Corvette tech to service them. Their online service request is also a joke. I bought a car from them several years ago, they were bad then, now they're worse with a subpar service department.

We leased our new Buick Sept 30 2019. It is now Oct 6... - bobjklein
We leased our new Buick Sept 30 2019. It is now Oct 6 2020. We brought our Buick in for NYS Inspection and oil change. Buick offers a free oil change as part of the purchase agreement notion wide. The change is due 1 year or 5000 miles. We have 1535 miles on the car and it is less than a year old. We were told that we did not qualify for our free oil change as "It should have been done in Sept. (the car is less than 1 year old) I questioned the service writer and he said "it was Buicks policy not Vision." I was given a smart xxx answer"if I bought the car from Vision I would have gotten 3 free oil changes". Another writer chipped in that the dealer where I purchased the Buick "sells a lot of service loaners" I don't know what that has to do with anything as the Buick was delivered with 7 miles on the odometer. This unhelpful attitude as well as smart xxx answer doesn't build trust between the customer and dealership. I will not do business with Vision anymore as I would worry how hard they would work to earn and keep my business. To let you know I was impressed with the cleanliness of your facility when I walked in as well as the nice greeting when I drove in. Your customers good impressions are now unfavorable.

When I first came here back in 2016, everyone was rude & unprofessional and decided to never come back. But because of convenience, i decided to go back and noticed the changed of staffs. Once the new staffs came in, everything & everyone was great! Kim and front desk are very professional & friendly. They are definitely a keeper!
Repairs and Vehicle Purchase. - Annie Dutton
This is the most dishonest and worst place to go! I bought a car there and they wouldn't even give it to me for the price it went on sale for! On their website they posted! I had put a deposit on that car and they were supposed to hold it and without notice put it for sale again and even lowered the price after they had my thousands of dollars... online (though the sale was a lie, it was just to bring in business because it was not honored for me). Beware of Rich Colburn (salesman), and Shaun Gleason (service advisor), the mechanics lie when they are too lazy or can't figure out what's wrong and just make up what's wrong, and if you take it back they will tell you it's something completely different. I used to trust them so much with my vehices but, they are so unprofessional they didnt even put things back together they took apart and still returned my car to me writing lies on my bill for hundreds..well for hundreds you put things back together...and I have spent thousands upon thousands there but, they descriminate against older vehicles and make up lies to cover their xxx as to why they won't work on them, branding the owner and vehicle because they don't know how to fix classic cars, they have no knowledge of them, no training and are too lazy to troubleshoot. They would rather fabricate problems and lie through their teeth. The whole service staff is incompetent, oozing with inexperience and corrupt. You can't inspect a vehicle at their high standards then turn around two months later and say it isn't safe when it just passed their high standards and the reason is ridiculous because the car is completely redone and certain non issues have been that way for 20 years. How can they pass it and then turn around and say it isn't safe, in the same condition two months later? If they actually believed their lies... the condition didn't change over two months so that means they would have passed it not being safe two months beforehand and should lose their licence, which I have proof they passed it and then said it wasn't safe with no changes in condition in those TWO MONTHS (which I can also prove)...which I'm reporting to NYS. They are pieces of xxxx, dishonest as can be ever since Tracy Woods left...they are nothing but, incompetence. Don't ever be nieve enough to believe a word they tell you or spend a penny there. Their dishonesty outshines their company name. The kids at Boces are more trustworthy an knowledgible than them! Trust me. And don't buy a car there, you will pay far more than it's value, as they mark their vehicles far above market value and will barely take a penny off the price. I did because I was foolish enough to trust them. Their salesmen are high pressured, the service people push repairs not needed at unreasonable pretentious prices, and the office staff are bubbleheads. The salesmen and service people aren't much smarter. I urge you don't get ripped off, stay away and don't waste thousands at this corrupted business!! Just because they will make up any excuse not to work on your vehicle....and know nothing about how to fix cars, it won't stop them from charging you hundreds for nothing, such as replacing a gas cap or fuse at premium over priced prices!! They also descriminate against women and the LGBT community! WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID. Being corrupt since 1982 ripping people off and stealing from customers Rick Bokman Inc. Now at more than one location from all their corrupt practices to make money to expand to rip off more than just one county or city. 🙌👎...was looking for a new car....definitely WON'T EVER give them my business again. I hope you don't either.
Bad Brake job. - Postal1955
Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads and rotors again. Took it back to Patrick and they wanted to charge me $450 to replace them, even though they only lasted less then two and a half years. I declined and went to Dunn tire where it cost $309.00, with a life time warranty on the pads. I have never had pads and rotors that only lasted 2 years, Patrick must be using so cheap parts, and then do nothing to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM PATRICK PONTIAC !!!!!
Aweful! Don't Buy Their Dealership Warranty!! - You Know Who I Am
DON"T buy into a dealership warranty at M&M. I took my car that was bought there new several times to be fixed and they were unable to resolve the issues. They were also unable to provide me a loaner car while they worked on my car even though a loaner car was part of the dealership warranty. They charged me multiple deductibles for the same issues that they were unable to fix during the prior visits. If you are the person that likes over priced cars that don't work properly and useless warranties than this is your car dealership.
