I had been driving a 2000 Sierra 1500 for 26 years and couldn't find an affordable replacement until aligning via Williams dealership via the internet - my assigned salesperson was Casey who newly joined their sales team. Casey was outstanding in working to align with a truck I researched and could afford. She helped me navigate through the purchase process, all the way through delivery of my 2026 Sierra 1500. She exceeded expectations for a fair price and hoping to continue with her and Tony for align with an extended warranty. I hope to drive this truck as long as my last Sierra 1500 with a strong piece of mind with a long-term warranty.

Stopped in to look at several models. Told our salesperson Nate Reeves up front we were just looking. He said no problem then spent quality time showing us a few models. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory, each model and all the new technology on each vehicle. We had been to other dealerships looking as well but ended up buying a new GMC Acadia. Nate was a big part in that decision. After our decision was made Nate took all the time to introduce my wife to her new vehicle and every bell and whistle that was available until she was comfortable with every one of them.
