We told them that we were in a kind of a hurry because we needed the truck later on that day. It didn't take them long to conduct the analysis and determine what was wrong, and it wasn't with the truck but with the trailer connection. Fortunately, no repairs needed to be done, so we were still able to make our commitments later that day.
