After the sale there were some pretty major issues with the truck, the dash and some trim had cosmetic issues and needed to be replaced. Pete P and his service team took great care of me and did an excellent job, been in the automotive field 45 years and I am not impressed easily and very picky, we still have a couple outstanding issues to get fixed but I have confidence that they will get my RAM "perfect" .
For me it's not about having problems it's about how the dealer and manufacturer handle those problems, Kernersville CDJR and RAM are the team to go with.

I purchased a used Chevy Tahoe here in December 2020 for over $35,000. In March I turned on the air conditioner for the first time, it didn’t work at all. I called the dealership expecting that they would apologize and fix it quickly. Instead I’ve been treated with complete disrespect and apathy. Spent hours at the dealership on two occasions speaking with managers plus many phone calls. After two months I’m paying almost $1000 to have the problem fixed by another mechanic.
I believe this business has a major lack of integrity and its customer service needs serious improvement. I will not be doing business with any Hendrick-affiliated group in the future.

I would give it NO stars if I could... I was sold a 2020 Dodge Journey Crossroads and I was told it has Apple Carplay, it did not. The front end had a gap between the front driver side headlight and bumper, the resolution on the backup camera was to be replaced with a camera with better resolution, and the car would not start on day 2 after buying after claiming it was the battery. Dodge roadside assistance was a joke and would have had me waiting 5.5 hours after I called because the car wouldn't start. They offer to trade my new car in for a more expensive model trying to get more money out of me and they don't allow you to return a car after you signed and drove it off the lot. After all this, they kept my car to be "repaired & fixed" for a week and some days to have only replaced the battery. Beware, they don't follow through on their promises and will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale. This was the 2nd and last vehicle I will ever purchase from a Keffer Dealership. Please take your business to anyone else but them, they won't take care of you.
