Paint job - cjwertz56
A stone chip on my hood began peeling the top glaze around the chip. My car is still under warranty so I asked if the paint was included. Carl, the service manager contacted Nissan and submitted pictures. The repair was approved and the hood was repainted. I tried to fix two small nicks on my doors with a touch up paint pen I ordered through Nissan and did a terrible job. While they had my car for the hood repaint they worked on those two areas and made them unnoticeable if you didn’t know they were there. For free! I am so happy with the work they did. I truly trust this service department. I have been treated with utmost respect. Nissan is my go to car this is my 4th and this service department is awesome.

No Parts - Charlie
When we purchased this 2017 Rogue Sport; I asked for a case of oil filters to be available for pickup, when we picked up the Rogue. Suprisingly no oil filters were available!
Over a month ago I tried to buy four wheels for this Rogue. The parts department keeps giving excuses and has put me off for over a month with really lame excuses. Now this all wheel drive SUV is sitting in the snow covered garage, because it has no winter tires. The parts manager is ducking me and is really good at giving out bald faced lies.
Go elsewhere and avoid the hassle.

WOW...what happened to this dealership?...when it was Eisenhauer Nissan everithing was great...as soon as Moyer took it over everything started to change...My man Terry Dinger from whom I bougt 2 new cars is gone and so in everybody else that was there in the past 5 years I keep servicing my cars here...from sales to service to the casheer everybody is new...today I took my car in for service and I looked at a new car in the showroom...nobody asked me if I need anything and I was there for at least 45 minutes...all the sales people are very young and inexperinced and all they did was look at me funny...I do not think I need to tell a car dealer how to sell cars but it would be nice if somebody asked the customers if they are interested in a new car...I will not be buying another car at this place...
Do not go here .I took my Sentra in for a passenger... - no#1
Do not go here .I took my Sentra in for a passenger airbag recall my dash was perfect . After replacing the airbag the airbag cover part of the dash is all loose .I called them they told me to bring it in ,I diid they came back to waiting room and said it is all done they glued it all down . I went to car and I could not believe it the dash was sticking up even further than before ,I wanted to flip out but decided just to go home .When I got home I checked it out and they used some junk that looked like you use on your house what a joke .I pulled up the loose cover and removed the junk glue that only would have hardened and lifted the cover even more .If someone gave me a brand new Nissan for free I would take it somewhere else to be repaired.

My husband recently took his car for service. Would never recommend taking your vehicle there. Windshield wipers were never checked and broke the next day. Hood was never closed and nearly blew off while we were driving. Overcharged and under serviced.
Great at selling horrible service after - Kdon47
Buying my truck was a nice experience, however service to date has been awful and doubt I will bring my vehicles back. First oil change they forgot to tighten the drain plug, service managers response (“ yeah so it’s still under warranty what’s the big deal?”). Next they forget every time to replace something on my truck like LUG NUTS again no big deal or valve stem caps and give an attitude when confronted. My vehicle after the last few oil changes looks like they tried to put oil in with a watering can.and that’s not to mention all the greasy Han prints all over inside and out of my vehicle. Thanks very much,
Finally called the general manager about these issues about three weeks ago he couldn’t care less and was going to call me back.......... still waiting! Won’t be going back there for service anymore.
Terrible service.I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra that I... - Frank DeNunzio
Terrible service.I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra that I started having transmission issues with at 42000 miles. even though I still had a warranty on the vehicle they would not replace the transmission or do anything. My car has been to the dealership three times already for the same issue. The most that they do is change the transmission fluid. unbeknownst to me the 2015 sensors are plagued with a plethora of transmission problems due to the design of the transmission constantly overheats. I can't even drive the car on the highway for example the Pennsylvania turnpike where the speed limit is 70 that mean you get to any slight incline the transmission backs down goes into a limp mode and starts upshifting downshifting like crazy with the RPMs I even had a video posted on YouTube showing exactly what happened and I showed it to the dealership as well.I had there so cold head mechanic there tell me that that's how the transmission is designed to run and I looked a mess it really your transmission to design so you can to highway speed on the car. And even their corporate customer service wasn't helpful at all. thinking nothing to help me at all either all they said was well if it happens again in the transmission fails then they'll take care of it. Well surprise surprise the transmission was giving me issues again at the dealership wanted me to pay $250 for them to look at it even though Nissan corporate said they would cover everything they wouldn't. I asked why do they have to take the pan down and they said well to see if there's any shavings or anything in it and I said it's a CVT transmission you're not going to have metal shavings because all there is is a steel band that looks like it has staples basically around the whole thing that goes around it controls the variable shifting and if you found anything in the pan that would be because the band itself totally went and some of the little things that look like Staples would be in the pan meaning your transmission wouldn't be shifting whatsoever. All I want to do is make money off you. I told Nissan corporate I wanted them to buy the car back and they wouldn't, all they said is that they couldn't give me trade-in value which unfortunately because the 2015 have so many issues my car basically depreciated almost $9,000 and 3 years and it's worth a xxxx of a lot less than what I owe on the vehicle. I would never ever ever ever ever buy a Nissan product ever again nor would I recommend anyone in my family buying a Nissan product. the dealership is impossible to deal with when it comes to service and the same thing goes for Nissan corporate who said that they would take care of my vehicle if anything happen again. so basically I'm making payments on a piece of s*** car that barely is capable of driving highway speeds that Tom has are Nissan never ever fully look into I asked them to take it out for a drive on the actual highway and try doing 65 70 miles an hour so they can see what happens and they wouldn't do that.the best is they lie to my face and said yeah they were able to recreate the problem and they saw it was happening but yet Nissan corporate according to the notes from the dealership dealership said that they found absolutely nothing wrong and that I'm basically making it up unfortunately the lemon laws in the state of Pennsylvania suck so there's nothing I could even do about it. so when the transmission completely goes which looking at reviews from people on the national highway transportation safety website it appears that most people that have these Nissan's the transmissions fail by the time you have a hundred thousand miles on it with some of them failing at 60,000 miles so when my fails I'm just basically going to have them repossess it.
Scam Artists - unhappyclam
TLDR: Abeloff Nissan in Bartonsville, PA are shifty, shady people who charge an overwhelming amount of money for labor, do sloppy jobs, make you return multiple days for simple things, purposefully cause problems with your vehicle to bring you back in, and just overall rip you off for your time and A LOT of your money. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.
I bought my jeep from them about 2 years ago. You get free inspections for life and 4 free oil changes. Every time I went in for a free oil change, they would find something wrong with the car. Something that I know for a fact wasn't a problem before I brought the car to them. This happened 3 times and I never used my fourth oil change and went to Competition tire for them after that. Now for the inspection. I bought the car in December 2017 and it was inspected until 11/18 meaning they had just inspected it. There was a chip in the windshield when I bought the car but they assured me it was no big deal and that it would pass the next inspection so long as the chip didn't move. Come 11/18, I took it to them to get it inspected and they told me I had to get the entire windshield replaced for a measly 600 dollars or so. Keep in mind I am a full time college student who works part time so this is just impossible for me. So apparently the chip was fine when they inspected the car with the intent to sell it but now that I had brought it back to them the windshield suddenly needed to be replaced. So now my story ends with my 11/19 inspection. I brought the car to them and they come out and tell me that the air cabin filter housing was never there and that it was obviously important to the car's performance. So now they're telling me that they sold me a car without a filter or even the housing for the filter. So fine, I pay for it, they tell me they need me to order it so I can come back the week after. An entire week rolls by and I still haven't received a call from them, so I have to take it upon myself to call and ask about the part. After navigating their horribly oblivious and apparently technologically challenged service/parts team, I'm finally told that yes, the part had been there for days and I can bring it in the next monday. When the next monday comes around I wait about 2 hours in the waiting room just for me to find out that they need special clips for the filter housing that they didn't know about so they would have to order them so I would have to come back Wednesday. So that wasted 2 hours of my day I could've spent studying. Finally, today, I go in and they have the clips. I only have to wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes. The guy (I think his name was John?) tells me i'm all done and gives me the bill. The bill was 6.00 for the cost of the clips and 35.99 for the 10 minutes it took for them to put them in. I have been patient with Abeloff Nissan for two years now but this whole air filter ordeal has pushed me over the edge. They do sloppy work, charge astronomic labor prices, and they nitpick and screw with your vehicle so you have to spend more money than you should. Their service department is shady and unreliable. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else!
I leased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Faulkner Nissan... - Jandbgil
I leased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Faulkner Nissan Jenkintown. The car recently showed a malfunction on display as it slowed down by itself while driving at 40 mph— it actually automatically began to break by itself. It did it again 7 times—-once while my son was driving. We took it back to the dealership before Christmas—I was told by a technician that they couldn’t find anything wrong and HE FEELS COMFORTABLE giving the car back to us. I told him there was no way I was taking the car back. He asked permission for his boss, Tom, to drive the car home ( I gave permission) and he’d get back to me in 24 hrs— a week went by— no call—-finally I called and spoke to Tom— who said that he experienced the malfunction— and that there was nothing he can do— he also asked if I had driven by bridges and guard rails when the malfunction happened?????? Really? He wanted me to take back the car—I told him NO WAY my family isn’t getting killed in this car— he also said Nissan is aware of the problem—- currently this dealership still has the car—-I cannot believe they 1. Are aware of the problem and haven’t recalled it. 2. That the managers of this dealership would play Russian Roulette with my family’s lives! I’m not sure how this is going to turn out-but frankly I’m shocked and will never lease from this dealership again!
Bought my car in 2014 with a lifetime tire replacement... - Mike
Bought my car in 2014 with a lifetime tire replacement warranty. The first time I needed tires I had no problems. Now after the dealership was sold to Steve Silverio, he will not honor the warranty. He bought the dealership and the liabilities. I am finished with this dealer.
