Recently my wife and I realized that we would be needing a new SUV for our large family of 6, 7 with the puppy, and yes I wrote 6 7 to make each of those four children smile and yell happily. I took to the job of reviewing which we could all fit in and what features were must haves and I took that list to the multiple dealerships that had vehicles that fit our needs, and although I many fine people try to help fit our family into the vehicles on their lots I have to stop and take the time to praise the clear winner and over achiever in ever sense of the word, Will Winter at Capitol Toyota of Chattanooga. As Soon as I walked on the lot and presented my needs he was rattling off options that could work, running through the inventory in stock and incoming in his head! He knew what would need to change or what reasons certain ones on the lot wouldn’t work for our family. He realized that my needs for a Sequoia were not to be satisfied with current inventory and he began the process of looking for the right one across the network of Toyota dealerships, keeping me posted throughout the search. Cut forward just a week and my wife and I were proven correct as our current vehicle broke down needing more work than we were willing to do for it. I called Will to accelerate the timeline and tweak one of my requests. He said, “I’ve got you, and I’ve just gotten the perfect Sequoia for your needs. Can I DRIVE IT TO YOU to show it to you?” He heard my daughter in the background, home sick from school, so he offered to drive it to me to keep her from having to make a trip out to the dealership on a cold day. I repeat, overachiever, and that effort was very much appreciated. We took a ride around the neighborhood and kicked the tires and make the deal right there in my driveway! I was out the door with my new (to me) Sequoia the very same day. My wife met us at the dealership, signed the papers, Curry Stone the store manger and Chandler Capehart in finance heard that dealing with new car papers and such was one of her least favorite places to be spending her time so the entire process was gift wrapped and made her time on site less than 15 minutes. Bottom line, from start to finish Will Winter made this process easy, accessible, and without any fails, forces, or pressures. I would, and will, and have already, recommend Will to anyone seeking to find their next new car if they want to feel like they have a teammate in the process and not just a salesman. 10/10

Chuck Goss was great at keeping us informed about progress of the RAV 4 (it had to be built). Also great showing us things on the car and helped setup the electronics. We are repeat customers having bought a RAV4 10 years ago but it was wrecked and why we needed a new car.

Service is great! but.... communication is horrible! I tried, several times, to call only to be placed on this telephonic loop. My service was with Toyota but at one point I was connected to Subaru.... The Service Department, the staff, the quality of the work and the messaging from my assigned representative was fantastic; but telephone system was inexcusably poor!

Quentin is one of the best car sales reps I’ve worked with. Although we ran into issues with the 2022 Toyota Sienna XLE we purchased through him, he went above and beyond to make things right. He personally walked me to the service technician and took the time to explain the fixes that were made, ensuring everything was handled at no cost to us. I truly appreciated his dedication and would absolutely work with him again.

Zane York was absolutely wonderful to work with! He is a very nice, helpful young man. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend him to family or friends. I felt very comfortable with him assisting me with my new car purchase. When my new RAV4 came in, he came to my home to drive me to the dealership to get my car. My son, Brain, was to take me but he was on duty at Maryville Fire Department that day. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the next day or Monday to pick it up. You have such nice folks working at Knoxville Toyota.

Had a great buying experience. Bought a Grand Highlander Hybrid out of state, as these are currently a hard find in my area. Landers McLarty was selling the car below MSRP, whereas our local dealer charges a 'market adjustment' and puts on dealer addons. Paid my deposit over the phone and about a month later got a call that the car had arrived. Flew into Nashville and dealership had arranged an airport pickup to take me to the dealership. I was in and out within an hour driving the car home. No surprises at closing and paid what was agreed upon when paying the deposit. Sales person I worked with was "DJ". Highly recommend this dealership.

Had a service appointment on 07/31/25 to bring 2021 Camry in for Airbag recall. Eric Heflin was a great help as our Service Advisor. The service technician discovered we had a nail in our rear tire and repaired it so we were in great shape to head home. We appreciate the prompt service and the courteous staff in Beaman Toyota Service Center. The waiting room is very comfortable, modern, and provides water, coffee, and other amenities to customers. Eric kept us informed regarding our car’s progress and let us know right away when our car was ready to drive home.

Junior Lopez was a joy to work with. After I explained the limits I had to work within he made it happen. I heartily recommend him for working your deal. I communicated with him online until he picked me up (my car had been totaled in a hit and run) and took me to the dealership. He was polite and most kind and helpful. I must add the caveat that I am a 74 year old woman with several disabilities. My most outstanding characteristic is that I speak my mind without fail.

5 STARS ++++ for TOYOTA OF BRISTOL !! I was in the market for a new RAV4. After an unbelievably BAD experience at a competitor Toyota Dealership, ( where the written and texted agreed lease price was raised in the FINAL paperwork by $170 a MONTH ) needless to say I was leery of going through the process Anywhere again! I called Toyota of Bristol. From the very start, it was smooth, cordial, professional and A +++ all the way. Not enough A+++ comments can be written about " ZAK ARRANTS ". He is the Internet Manager at the Dealership. He is prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and Very Hard Working ! He worked diligently and quickly to find me the Rav 4 with the features I wanted and within the price range I had budgeted. I closed on the deal yesterday. " John Witt " was the Sales Person who assisted me with the closing yesterday. He also worked efficiently and processed me through the paperwork in a timely manner. Jarett Perry was also very efficient in processing the paperwork for the Lease. I could not be more pleased with the new Rav 4 Limited Zak found me. Trust me when I say: " If you are in the market for a Toyota, save yourself the troubles of going anywhere else in the Tri-Cities but " TOYOTA of BRISTOL ". You will be glad you did.
