It was an exceptionally busy day, and every encounter I had with an employee was respectful, professional and friendly. Danny was my tech and has been a tech for 33 years, lending to a feeling of confidence in working on my CX-30. Patsy was my rep, and I couldn't have asked for more patience, and compassion. Love this place!

Had our Jeep towed in on a Monday morning and called Rose. She ALWAYS takes care of us and keeps us updated on any issues or repairs needed along with giving us the best price possible. I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her. It was a pleasure having her make the best out of a not so good situation. Rose is a 20 out of 10.

My 2nd time visiting this location for emergency car repairs. I came in for a new battery and install. The service staff were very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me over the phone and in person. They even detailed the bumper and rack cause it looked like I was starting bug collection, it was pretty gross. I also received a Volkswagen trinket for my car and my keychain.
