I bought a car from them in July, in 3 weeks we had an issue with car. I took it to the Tremonton and Brigham dealerships. 5 trips total, with several of those days having them hold my car overnight so they could “figure it out”. Multiple time we took them for drives, they would hear and feel that something was wrong. Every time they would call us back and say we fixed it. They didn’t and No one could tell me what was wrong with a car I had just bought and is still under warranty. I took it to Layton hills dodge and they fix my car in 4 hours. Drives great with no problems now. The sales team is great they made buying a car easy and fair but not so sure about the techs.

Found the vehicle we wanted at a great price at LHM Provo. James and Danny helped us get the vehicle despite some unforeseen expenses by making our first payment. We then got a taste of the repair shop’s service when our car had problems starting under certain conditions. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the faulty part. Everything is working great and we love our new ride! Great place to do business!

I thought they would be better to potential customers since they were far from Salt Lake but they sold a car I was interested in right underneath me and never gave me the opportunity to respond. Their response was "first come first serve." that's a xxxx of a way to run a business based on customer satisfaction. Believe me you can find much better in the valley who will take care of you and make you feel like you are someone they care about.

This dealership is great. Initially I gave them one star because of a mistake they made when I was going to buy a Ram 2500. I talked to Cliff the GM of the store and he promised to make things right. Most of the time you hear guarantees like that and they are hallow. Not with Cliff. He definitely cares about their reputation. Cliff explained how the mistake happened without making excuses. He then made up for the mistake and I went from saying I would never deal with them again to driving off the lot with a new truck. This won't be the last vehicle I buy from them.

I bought my Jeep Renegade new at LHM a year or so ago. It started having electrical problems/had defective parts, and was not safe to drive. The service department ordered parts and got me a loaner in the meantime. Excellent work. Greg is the service tech who primarily took care of me, and genuinely cared. Next day, new codes came up, had to take car back (not their fault, just underlying issues that came after first part was corrected) and unfortunately had no loaner car on my way to work BUT Greg got me to and from work, got my parts shipped (vs 7 business days) and arranged a rental for me. With 3 kids under 6, I had NO IDEA what I was going to do without a car. Greg took great care of us and car and kept me informed all along the way. He has made what could have been a nightmare a smooth and easy process. I HIGHLY recommend him and hope management takes note and rewards him for being such an outstanding employee.

That is not the dealership I will be buying my company’s trucks through, I’m glad I didn’t show them or tell them I had a check to get 5 new trucks, I wanted to stay local but if that’s Karl Malone’s type of people then I’m glad I got all 5 trucks at LHM in Provo, better prices rebates and they even showed they will beat anyone’s prices, that’s how people should be treated when buying a vehicle not by snobby salesmen that are catering to the people they know have money, Big business that have allot of trucks to small businesses go anywhere else, if you treated your customers like they do you wouldn’t have a business so go where people are treated fair or even helped

We bought 2 vehicles during their July 4 promo. We were promised 2 Fuel cards of $300 each, every month for a year. Today is Sept 20th and we have only received one. They rarely return calls and when they do it's usually a lie. We have been told they mailed the gas cards to our old address, then 1 week later they call and say we are only to get 1 gas card every 3 months. The "deal" has changed. We have gotten nothing but lies from them since day one. If you fill out a loan app, please read and read again. Danny wrote down all our information, gave my husband a blank loan app to sign. Said it would hurry the process along. We figured no big deal, we watched him write down our information. We didn't get a copy of our loan app until 2 days later. They had given us a flash drive. Imagine our shock when reading the loan app it stated the wrong phone numbers, addresses, time on the job, but most importantly - my husband was now making over $6,000.00 than he actually was. Yes that's right, They added another $6000.00 to his monthly income. If you think about going to this dealership, don't. I don't care if they promise you all you ever dreamed of, they are liars. I have heard so many horror stories of what this dealership has done since, and I only wish I had everyone's names so we can join forces and put this place out of business.

wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
