Talked to Tanner in parts dept. He was very helpful, listening to our vehicle problems, returning calls promptly. He set up a 9:00 am appt and arranged for us to park our motorhome beside shop.
We had our toad vehicle towed into their dealership. Jamie, service writer, was efficient and friendly in getting our vehicle looked at. Tyler, mechanic, met with us and we discussed our vehicle problem. He had analyzed the problem, discussed ordering factory part. Tanner had part overnighted. Jamie squeezed us in between other appointments, and Tyler had us ready to go by 9:30 a.m. at alot less money spent than we had expected. Nothing like honest and trustworthy people with a feeling of a family atmosphere. This dealership is highly recommended.

I found a few I liked and scheduled to come in to test drive and check my options. Marcos kept tabs on me as I Was looking for the right vehicle online and finally testing g driving two I was interested in. I thought they would be better to potential customers since they were far from Salt Lake but they sold a car I was interested in right underneath me and never gave me the opportunity to respond. Their response was "first come first serve." that's a xxxx of a way to run a business based on customer satisfaction. Believe me you can find much better in the valley who will take care of you and make you feel like you are someone they care about.

Very much a stereo-typical car shopping experience. Sales staff are okay but the finance department, specifically Jeff has no idea what customer service means or how to provide it. Typical routine where the sales rep disappears multiple times to speak with finance while you sit and wonder what is being done. If you are looking for frustrating, time wasting or unsatisfying kind of experience that you can get at any cookie cutter dealership... by all means patronize Doug Smith. If you care about customer service, being treated respectfully and leaving having had a good experience take your business elsewhere.

wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
