Absolutely No Cmmunication - larz_talor
I had multiple conversations with 2 members of the service department about a specific issue I had with my Chevrolet Truck. In those conversations, it was displayed to me that there was a very good level of understand what the issue was. The Service Department Manager gave me his advice, in which I followed. I had even told him that a third party had given me a couple more tips to fix my issue. And even those were understood. So I agreed to place my truck in the hands of this person. After spending a heavy penny, and only waiting a few short days for the service, I drove my truck away. Only for it to break down with the same issue I had originally needed fixed in the middle of the highway at 4 o'clock in the morning. I had hopes that because it was less then 24 hours since it was released to me, that the people at Performance could help yet again. They did not. Reviewing the receipt, I found that nothing that the Service Department Manager and I had talked about prior was even performed. Save a diagnostic test. I was told that what was talked about in the phone calls was (1) not written down, or discussed with anyone else in the Service Department, (2) pertaining to the fix, it was "my words against his" (Service Department Manager & Tech). I asked for a very specific operation done to the vehicle. The manager stated that it could be done, and would be done. Nothing that I asked for was performed or even considered. There is a huge gap in the communication between the management and staff of Performance. So huge that it cost me my truck. I will never go or advise anyone to go to this place for anything next to a oil change.
Dont tell you about non transferable - Chrysler products
I am the Fleet Manager of our trucks, I bought there Oil change card, 4 for so much money. We decided to sell our vehicle. When I went and asked if I can transfer it to the person that buys it or can I get a refund Andrea said no.. If I would have been told that up front I would have never bought that service. That is over 300.00 bucks down the tube. What is really sad is the Answer I got. "that is chryslers rule" Why would you sell that then , if the customer is not put first.. I am done with this dealership and I do not reccomend Chrysler products or what ever they go by now.

Recently bought a new 2017 Ram 3500 4x4 Mega Cab Dually. From initial contact via internet chat with the sales staff, to the test drive, and then the purchase experience, things could not have gone better. Got the truck I wanted, for a fair price, and didn't feel like I was pressured at any point during the process.
Sloppy service and even worse customer service! - Adam
1. No communication during the repair, the advisor never responded to my text message
2. I left my car at 8.30, and waited till 4 pm be informed that it most probably won't be repaired by the next day
3. I was finally informed that the car was repaired on 5.20pm, while the service was opened only till 6pm
4. I requested a shuttle service to be able to get back to the dealership, but I was informed that the shuttle was not available after 5pm!
5. I had to get a cab and hurry up to pick up my car. I was at 5.45pm when I arrived. It took my technical advisor another 30 minutes to find my car.
6. When I got home I noticed some fluid on the floor under the engine. I opened the hood and looked into the engine bay. It was soaking wet with the coolant and the bottom pan had standing coolant on it! The coolant reservoir wasn't even filled up!
7. The top engine cover panels had scratches residues of white wall paint on them like if someone was rubbing them against a painted wall.
8. As of today, the coolant level is below minimum, and there is still some fluid on the bottom engine cover, so I need go there again.
Draw your own conclusion about the work ethics of this place.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Doug Smith Jeep Chrysler over the past 11 years. A wrangler and 3 Chrysler 300's. Mr. Di Regolo (now sales manager) was the salesman in the 3 Chrysler purchases. I found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, low pressure, forthright about the vehicles and what he could and could not promise in the way of pricing the vehicles. He has been very helpful and friendly with any concerns I have had after the sale. I would recommend him and any sales people he has trained for your consideration and to aid you in purchasing a vehicle.

Unfortunately I had to take my car to Layton Hills car dealer, what a nightmare!!! I was having a problem with my AC, therefore the mechanic Mauricio filled up with the Freon 1234 and I had to pay amost $300,00 for that. The mechanic said my AC wasnt Cooling off and Leon the manager called me saying they would have to charge me more $110,00 to do a diagnostic in the car to see what the problem was. I had no option and I authorized them to do the dignostic. My car stayed in the shop for about 4 days and they could not figure out what the problem with the AC was. Leon called me saying it could be a sensor and that is why my AC wasn’t working well, they replaced the sensor and my AC is still not working. Leon called me and said they could not figure out what the problem was and they spent 4 to 5 hours to find out the problem and he won’t spend more time on my car... so, I paid $110,00 to dignostic the problem with my AC and they could not find the problem... by the way, Leon when called me was very unprofessional, rude too... it’s not my problem if the Mechanic Mauricio wasn’t good enough to figure out what was the problem with my car AC!!! If he took too much time to findout the problem and didn’t, sorry, maybe he needs to go back to school and do some course about how to be a better mechanic!!! I spent almosn$300,00 on the Freon, $ 110,00 for diagnostin nothing and “
$53,00 for the sensor and left the place with my car AC not working!!! Looks like they don’t care about you!!! Very unprofessional. I told Leon I would give a review here and he said: “ I don’t Care”. Is this the type of professionals that work for you guys? And all the excuses they can give is: “ Iam sorry”. Really? That’s very easy... they replaced the sensor and it’s not working!!!

Never have ever experienced such a crappy car buying experience. Still waiting 12 days later for trade in to be paid off and getting no reasonable answer from the dealership. Will never recommend young dodge Jeep in Morgan to anyone. The salesman was a nice person though that is the only good thing I can say. If I could tear up the contract and take back my car I would in a heart beat.

This place is a joke. If you own a Dodge, Jeep, or Chysler, don’t bring it here to the service department. Once I brought my car to them and they gave me a quote to fix it and by the time everything was said and done, I was charge $200 more than the quote! And I never received a phone call about the price change before I got there to pick it up! I understand things end up being different once you’re in there, but $200 is a big difference!
I also had them replace my radio that was under a recall, well now (2 months later) it has an anti theft code and I CANNOT use my radio, phone, or navigation and they want me to bring my car to the dealership (100 miles away) so they can pull the radio out to get the code, and I will STILL be charged for them to do it. Why the xxxx they don’t have the information from the new radio that THEY put in, I have no idea but I know I’m mad. And I’m frustrated. And I’ll be damned if I ever visit this place again.
You know, Stephen Wade auto. Sometimes maybe you should care more about your customers than how much money you’re making. Because eventually, you won’t have anymore customers if you don’t treat them right.

The staff at this dealership or involved and predatory lending. They are Predatory and how they sell the words to use on people. These phrases that make people feel bad like they have to only wear is for the dealer to let them help them. I have a friend that is put into a 28.99% interest rate. She was told that after about seven months should be able to refinance and they would help her refinance. At seven months we went in they would not do a refinance he said they don’t do that. They denied our possibility. They won’t even help getting to a credit union normally they’re high-end 18%. At the start of the original loan.
The vehicle is overpriced. They play the little lady drove this car. The problem is in 12 The car was not driven enough. Also no credit union or anyone else for refinance the car now that we’re trying to get a better interest-rate. They knew that and they wouldn’t be upfront with and be honest.
Also they charged her for the service work on the car such as an oil change and fluid top off and checking things. That which should have been included in the preparation of the vehicle. Of the vehicle for sale.
When we went into talk to them about refinance they totally lied to us. Denying everything they had said previously.
Because the age of the car no one refinance it even the original finance company that’s charging 28.9% interest.
Also the finance company they chose doesn’t report credit to the credit bureau‘s to be able prove someone’s credit.
This franchise of CARMELL loan is a predatory dealer ripping people off who are innocent and don’t have the Automotive buying savvy to get a good deal.
