Bought a great Jeep Cherokee with the options I wanted. - Chicken Hawk
I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I was planning on getting it in October, but Ken found four of them and this one has everything I wanted, except black upholstery. Black holds too much heat in the summer. I was discouraged until Ken told me that the upholstery could be changed...Yippee!!! I chose several colors and narrowed it down to one. Ken called me when the rep was there. They were concerned that I wouldn't be happy with my choice. The rep and Ken talked to me and explained their points. The color that was recommended was actually my first choice, I just didn't think it was available. I'm excited to get the new ones.
Ken, Dante, Mike and Carolyn were very helpful and went along with my silly jokes. Ken kept in touch with me on the whole deal. He talked with me on his days off answering my questions. That doesn't happen with most employees for large purchases. Ken also helped my son find a car. It's a great car.
I recommend Ken all the time!! I know Ken and expected him to know his business. He went above and beyond. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone with whom I dealt!.

I took my Wrangler in for a check engine light code for a cylinder misfire. The mechanics and support staff were professional, very friendly and concerned about my experience. They kept my Wrangler over the fourth of July weekend due to a burnt valve. The new head, which was in Denver would take the weekend to arrive until 6 July. The service staff provided me with a free loaner , Which my previous Jeep dealer would have never done! The car had to be returned with a full tank of gas was the only requirement. The service crew made the repairs ans returned my Jeep in a very reasonable amount of time. I am an instant customer for life with Heritage Jeep Chrysler Ram and Dodge!

We visited the dealership looking to see what our options were regarding a Ford F-350. Shay allowed us the time to browse the inventory. Once we found a truck that would fit our deeds he answered all of our questions. He was very knowledge about the truck. We did not purchase the truck that day; however Shay was never obnoxious in trying to obtain the sale. When we returned to the dealership with the intent to purchase the truck, we were treated with respect. The paper work was completed the pricing of the truck was as we had negotiated. Heritage Motor Of Tremonton is an amazing/friendly dealership. For us it was well worth the drive. They are in the business to sale vehicles, however they want the customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Before you purchase from another dealership I would highly recommend Heritage Motor!!!!

Tried to purchase a vehicle they had in Inventory. Started working with Tausha in sales. Three emails later no more responses. Tried calling, spoke with Chad. Said he'd need to ask a manager about some of my questions. Promised to call back within 30 minutes. Nothing more. You'd think they'd be interested in selling cars, but I guess not. Take your money somewhere that cares and wants to work with customers. This isn't that place.

I had multiple conversations with 2 members of the service department about a specific issue I had with my Chevrolet Truck. In those conversations, it was displayed to me that there was a very good level of understand what the issue was. The Service Department Manager gave me his advice, in which I followed. I had even told him that a third party had given me a couple more tips to fix my issue. And even those were understood. So I agreed to place my truck in the hands of this person. After spending a heavy penny, and only waiting a few short days for the service, I drove my truck away. Only for it to break down with the same issue I had originally needed fixed in the middle of the highway at 4 o'clock in the morning. I had hopes that because it was less then 24 hours since it was released to me, that the people at Performance could help yet again. They did not. Reviewing the receipt, I found that nothing that the Service Department Manager and I had talked about prior was even performed. Save a diagnostic test. I was told that what was talked about in the phone calls was (1) not written down, or discussed with anyone else in the Service Department, (2) pertaining to the fix, it was "my words against his" (Service Department Manager & Tech). I asked for a very specific operation done to the vehicle. The manager stated that it could be done, and would be done. Nothing that I asked for was performed or even considered. There is a huge gap in the communication between the management and staff of Performance. So huge that it cost me my truck. I will never go or advise anyone to go to this place for anything next to a oil change.

My 2017 Dodge Challenger had a recall for a software update, so I made an appointment with Larry H Miller. I got there about 30 minutes early but they took my car in early, did the update, explained everything to me and didn't charge me anything. The service technician who did the work was excellent. I bought the car from Larry H Miller in February of 2017 and everyone there who I dealt with was excellent and I highly recommend Larry H Miller and if I buy another car at some point that's the only place I will go to. My software update did take more than an hour but the biggest majority of the time was because the update is large and it is slow loading to the car, rather than being downloaded on a high speed connection. I have nothing but the very best to say about the technician and the dealership.

My husband made an appointment for some recalls on our Dodge truck. That was the morning of April 9th, still no truck. While fixing a recall, they blew the instrument cluster. I feel like we have been more than patient. They said they had been looking for the part for weeks. In this day and age of computers, the search should have taken less than a day. They finally found the part in a "junkyard" for lack of a better word. But that part didn't work, they had to find another one. On Tuesday, the call finally came, your truck is done!!! My husband went to get the truck, but it wouldn't start, he came home with no truck. They said they needed to charge the battery. He went in today and they still hadn't charged the battery. This is more than ridiculous. We have made a truck payment and insurance payment on a vehicle we can't even drive and it looks like we will be making another months payment.

Two years ago I came in to look at buying options for when my lease was up on my current car. I had bought my first car from Ken Garff and had an amazing experience with John Scott and Walker. I received many calls and emails from the dealership telling me they were having special deals and to come in and take a look. I did, and after a lot of looking I found a car that I really liked. I was not wanting to buy right away, but with a lot of pressure from them I decided to go for it. The man who had helped me was apparently in and out of the hospital, so Scott took over the paperwork to help me get the car. When talking to him about the details he told me that the dealership would pay off the remainder of the lease I had on my car, since they were wanting me to buy now instead of later. They paper work process was horrible and took the entire day. A couple of weeks later I received a call from where I had leased my car, telling me that I owed them almost a thousand dollars. I explained my situation and the lady told me that dealerships will often do this and then not pay what they say they will. She felt so badly that she took off as many fees as she could. She got the price down to around $500. I paid this immediately so it would not affect my credit. I called the dealership to talk to Scott, and got no where. Finally I drove myself clear out there to talk to him in person. Of course I had to wait forever just for him to have time to come sit with me. In short he said that the best he could do was give me a check for $200. I was young and trusting and didn't think that someone would take advantage of me like Scott did. I feel like they saw a young, vulnerable, girl by herself and completely took advantage. I would avoid this place! I used to feel great about working with the people here, now I continually have bad experiences when I go in for services and such. Customer service is now terrible. Today they lost my car and keys and I had to wait in the lobby for over two hours while they looked for it. Was I compensated in any way? No. I asked to speak with a manager to find out what was going on. Did anyone ever come to talk to me? No. The people from the wash bay were so kind and they walked me around the entire dealership to find my car. The management did nothing. I keep trying to give it another chance and I continue to be let down.

I am the type that does not like being pressured into buying. Buck was perfect, he showed me everything I wanted to see and answered all my concerns. I could tell he was being upfront and honest with me. I was interested in a truck but was not ready to pull the trigger and was never asked the typical "what can we do to get you in this truck today?" that sold me right there even if I did not buy right now I will be back to buy from Buck.

The staff at this dealership or involved and predatory lending. They are Predatory and how they sell the words to use on people. These phrases that make people feel bad like they have to only wear is for the dealer to let them help them. I have a friend that is put into a 28.99% interest rate. She was told that after about seven months should be able to refinance and they would help her refinance. At seven months we went in they would not do a refinance he said they don’t do that. They denied our possibility. They won’t even help getting to a credit union normally they’re high-end 18%. At the start of the original loan.
The vehicle is overpriced. They play the little lady drove this car. The problem is in 12 The car was not driven enough. Also no credit union or anyone else for refinance the car now that we’re trying to get a better interest-rate. They knew that and they wouldn’t be upfront with and be honest.
Also they charged her for the service work on the car such as an oil change and fluid top off and checking things. That which should have been included in the preparation of the vehicle. Of the vehicle for sale.
When we went into talk to them about refinance they totally lied to us. Denying everything they had said previously.
Because the age of the car no one refinance it even the original finance company that’s charging 28.9% interest.
Also the finance company they chose doesn’t report credit to the credit bureau‘s to be able prove someone’s credit.
This franchise of CARMELL loan is a predatory dealer ripping people off who are innocent and don’t have the Automotive buying savvy to get a good deal.

This place is a joke. If you own a Dodge, Jeep, or Chysler, don’t bring it here to the service department. Once I brought my car to them and they gave me a quote to fix it and by the time everything was said and done, I was charge $200 more than the quote! And I never received a phone call about the price change before I got there to pick it up! I understand things end up being different once you’re in there, but $200 is a big difference!
I also had them replace my radio that was under a recall, well now (2 months later) it has an anti theft code and I CANNOT use my radio, phone, or navigation and they want me to bring my car to the dealership (100 miles away) so they can pull the radio out to get the code, and I will STILL be charged for them to do it. Why the xxxx they don’t have the information from the new radio that THEY put in, I have no idea but I know I’m mad. And I’m frustrated. And I’ll be damned if I ever visit this place again.
You know, Stephen Wade auto. Sometimes maybe you should care more about your customers than how much money you’re making. Because eventually, you won’t have anymore customers if you don’t treat them right.
