I did some research online to find the vehicle I wanted. They had two that I was interested in. We called them before we drove to the dealership as it is a bit of a drive. They answered our questions. We were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted there at a better price than we found anywhere else. They did not try to push any other vehicles on us and gave us a good trade in on our other vehicle. Very helpful and pleasant all the way around.

Poor Service - Disappointed buyer
I recently purchased a new Malibu and the sales department was great!! There were some paint issues and when I took the car in I was treated poorly. The car was taken in a few times and at one point they had my car for 2 weeks and the paint issues still were not fixed. Two different times when I went to pick up my car there were other marks and scratches from their service department. I couldn't believe that my experience with Performance could go from amazing to poor within a few weeks. At one point I was accused of doing something to it myself. It got to the point that I didn't trust anything the service department told me. When I called to talk to the service manager he was rude and hung up on me. The service department is horrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Love my car, hate where I bought it.
My New Jeep Cherokee - Steve Friend
I turned in a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2018. The deal seemed acceptable to me and the trade in was very good. Jason in Service as well as the Service manager treated me very well in the time I had the car, but I just lost confidence in it even after all the work they did to make the car right. The new car fixes all my concerns.

Just purchased a new Jeep renegade for my daughter. Everyone at the dealership that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We worked mostly with Spencer and he was great! He even helped my daughter name her car after we got home. :) By far one of my easiest car purchase experiences ever. We will buy from them again I’m sure. My daughter loves her new Jeep!

Dont tell you about non transferable - Chrysler products
I am the Fleet Manager of our trucks, I bought there Oil change card, 4 for so much money. We decided to sell our vehicle. When I went and asked if I can transfer it to the person that buys it or can I get a refund Andrea said no.. If I would have been told that up front I would have never bought that service. That is over 300.00 bucks down the tube. What is really sad is the Answer I got. "that is chryslers rule" Why would you sell that then , if the customer is not put first.. I am done with this dealership and I do not reccomend Chrysler products or what ever they go by now.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Doug Smith Jeep Chrysler over the past 11 years. A wrangler and 3 Chrysler 300's. Mr. Di Regolo (now sales manager) was the salesman in the 3 Chrysler purchases. I found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, low pressure, forthright about the vehicles and what he could and could not promise in the way of pricing the vehicles. He has been very helpful and friendly with any concerns I have had after the sale. I would recommend him and any sales people he has trained for your consideration and to aid you in purchasing a vehicle.

Corey Liddiard did such a professional job we bought 2 cars on the same day and after only meeting him for the first time a few hours before. Everyone on staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It was my 16 year old sons first car purchase but not his first visit to a car dealership. He not only found the car he wanted, but he sincerely felt like everyone was sharp and knew what they were doing which was refreshing after several other failed sales experiences. I felt the same and was able to get a fair trade-in on a car I've owned since 1996 so I took advantage of my own personal upgrade. The sales process and coordinated team work was very evident from the beginning and never skipped a beat. Even the young man who detailed the vehicles prior to us driving off the lot took a great deal of pride in his work.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY!! - MsPosh
This is by far the very worst company I have ever had to deal with. And the nightmare is still far from over. We worked with a sales rep named Jeremy who was not very helpful or friendly to begin with. I tried to tell my husband to buy his car someplace else & he didnt listen & now we have had 2 months of xxxx & cant get anyone at this dealership to take accountability or to help us correctly. They have pulled our credit reports 3 times in the last 2 months, which drops our scores every time they pull it. With no explanation as to why they pulled it that many times. Sales rep asks for documents, I emailed them to him 6 times (have emailed proof). I ask him to call me or email me back once he has everything to confirm we are done & everything is ok. He dont call or email or respond. Then a week later ill get another email asking for same documents or other documents & this has been the consistent for several weeks. I even yelled at him the last time, stating that he needs to be more thorough & follow through & tell me everything we need so I dont have to keep taking time out of my workday to send more documents. Still he keeps doing the same thing. Refuses to call me, but will text my husband non stop who is an over the road truck driver & can not respond to texts while he is working. Apparently Justin is the manager over Jeremy, I have left a couple messages to him to voice our concerns & frustrations & he wont ever take my call or return my call. The sales rep is very petty & made little snide comments to me the last time I spoke to him, then later called & apologized, but how unprofessional is that?? And why should I have to deal with that when they are making money off of us?? I finally called today & explained the situation & asked for someone who could really help us this time. I get another immature fool from finance named Leo who is so offended that I am frustrated, he hangs up on me before even listening to what was happening. I would recommend you purchase a vehicle anywhere but here. I have never been treated so poorly when trying to purchase a car in my whole life & Ive bought a lot of cars. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & after today I will be filing one with the Attorney Generals office as well.

I'd like to support my local dealer, however after several interactions in trying to buy a vehicle here, I can say I will try no more. The listings online typically don't match the inventory on the lot, from vehicles they have, to the features and options on the vehicles they do have. I've been pushed around by the finance manager and his 4-square game. All the salesmen repeat the mantra of "purchase price isn't important; what monthly payment can you afford?" How about I tell you what my max budget is, and we work off the assumption I know my finances, I know what my rough monthly payments at that price will be, and that I've already shopped around the loan and know when you're trying to rip me off.
I know dealers are in the business of selling cars and making money. I'm willing to spend a little more of my money for the vehicle I want from a local dealer, and have. But if the local dealer isn't interested in a transparent, mutually beneficial experience, I'm out. Karl Malone Heber is a pushy dealership. Not interested in a long-term relationship with their community. Too bad. Hopefully they won't last long and the eye-sore of a dealership is removed from downtown Heber.
Don’t take your car here for maintenance! - Healy7717
This place is a joke. If you own a Dodge, Jeep, or Chysler, don’t bring it here to the service department. Once I brought my car to them and they gave me a quote to fix it and by the time everything was said and done, I was charge $200 more than the quote! And I never received a phone call about the price change before I got there to pick it up! I understand things end up being different once you’re in there, but $200 is a big difference!
I also had them replace my radio that was under a recall, well now (2 months later) it has an anti theft code and I CANNOT use my radio, phone, or navigation and they want me to bring my car to the dealership (100 miles away) so they can pull the radio out to get the code, and I will STILL be charged for them to do it. Why the xxxx they don’t have the information from the new radio that THEY put in, I have no idea but I know I’m mad. And I’m frustrated. And I’ll be damned if I ever visit this place again.
You know, Stephen Wade auto. Sometimes maybe you should care more about your customers than how much money you’re making. Because eventually, you won’t have anymore customers if you don’t treat them right.
