Overall, I’m not happy with my experience with Ken Garff as a whole. I recently purchased a used Vehicle from one of their locations and was told that it had passed a 150-point inspection. I left feeling confident in my purchase, only to find myself turning around and having to pay $1500+ to have the car serviced for issued that had “passed” the multi-point inspection. Not only that, but the car had spent more time in the Shop than it did in my driveway, and by the time everything was the repairs were complete I had a coupon that would have helped offset some of the repair cost, but since I didn’t provide “before they finished the service” it was denied. In no way do I feel like Ken Garff was looking out for me beyond just trying to make another sale. This has been a terrible car-buying experience, especially for a first-time buyer.
