This store has the worst service department in the LHM company. My truck was in their shop for 7 hours and never got a diagnosis . I did make an appointment at 8am. That didn't matter. At 3pm they told me they would have to keep the truck over night Because the mechanic didn't have a diagnosis.
I took the truck to another Ram dealer for great customer service. The poor service comes from the top down. Dave the general manager and Todd the service manager don't care about the quality service to customers. They don't handle complaints well. So if you have a problem with service . All you will get back is excuses . Just look at the responses from the dealership on this review site.

Overall, I’m not happy with my experience with Ken Garff as a whole. I recently purchased a used Vehicle from one of their locations and was told that it had passed a 150-point inspection. I left feeling confident in my purchase, only to find myself turning around and having to pay $1500+ to have the car serviced for issued that had “passed” the multi-point inspection. Not only that, but the car had spent more time in the Shop than it did in my driveway, and by the time everything was the repairs were complete I had a coupon that would have helped offset some of the repair cost, but since I didn’t provide “before they finished the service” it was denied. In no way do I feel like Ken Garff was looking out for me beyond just trying to make another sale. This has been a terrible car-buying experience, especially for a first-time buyer.

I thought they would be better to potential customers since they were far from Salt Lake but they sold a car I was interested in right underneath me and never gave me the opportunity to respond. Their response was "first come first serve." that's a xxxx of a way to run a business based on customer satisfaction. Believe me you can find much better in the valley who will take care of you and make you feel like you are someone they care about.

Didn't receive a title temporary plates expired.so I typed a letter of where they could send the tow truck so they could pick up their vehicle and made them sign it. Under Utah law if they don't complete the paperwork in a timely manner I could rescind the deal so I did found a better deal in vegas! Would never do business with a Stephen wade dealer again buyer beware these dealers are sketchy.

wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
