This is a great place to go! Whitten Brothers of Ashland is the best Dodge dealership out there. The fast lane for oils changes is exactly what they say fast. The only recommendation I would say is for them to have loaner vehicles for other services that are done instead of rental vehicles and a shuttle.

Car dealerships are not one of my favorite places to be. Jerry Gehrig made the difference for me. An absolute professional who knows how to treat customers. I was very disappointed to find out that instead of sending a customer down the road with a full tank of gas, they have a ridiculous 5 gallon limit. News Flash: If someone is willing to spend 30-50k on a used vehicle.....fill up the tank! I was also disappointed to find out the wiper blades were obviously not inspected properly even though this particular truck was inspected/certified no more than 30-45 days ago. Again, Jerry was the reason my overall experience was a positive one. He took care of me from the very beginning and I will return in the future as long as employees like him are taken care of. Going in to buy any vehicle can be so stressful and daunting. To be completely honest before walking into the dealership I was a little intimidated as this was my first big purchase as well as my first Jeep. That all changed when I met my salesman, Josh. From the moment I got to test drive my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon everyone at Lustine Jeep had my back. Josh educated me on all the features this truck offered, explained the differences between different trim options and let me know all of the benefits of buying a brand New Jeep! Kibebe who was assigned as my concierge was very helpful in showing me all of the extended warranties that were available and which ones would be beneficial to my lifestyle and what I would be using the truck for. Sham in finance was AWESOME, he worked his magic to get my payment to where I felt comfortable and explained how each warranty would impact my payment ever so slightly and how it was worth it to have the added protection for not much more per month. Shopping for a replacement vehicle, I did a lot of research on an automotive pricing and information website/app and narrowed my preferences down to two very popular models. We traveled many miles north of us and visited several dealerships but didn't feel good about doing business with any of them.
I decided to do another search and found my vehicle right in my own backyard, as it were. James M., my sales rep, responded to the inquiry I placed on the aforementioned website. We set up a morning appointment for the next day.
From the moment I walked in, on the test drive, and eventually sealing the deal, the experience was as pleasant and smooth as one can expect. James was robustly accommodating, friendly, but not high pressure at all.
The staff in the finance department were a pleasure to work with as well. They exceeded my expectations on my financing needs.
As for the vehicle. It was in tip-top shape: clean, serviced and ready for its new owner... namely yours truly.

on Tues 4/9 I ordered and paid for 2 motor mounts that I was told would be in in 2 days .today I called to check status and was told one of them will not be in until Wed 4/17. How could you not no on Tues 4/9 that this mount was not readily available so I could look elsewhere. Did you say 2 days just so I would get them?I dont like having to drive around so many days with bad motor mounts.If you had been upfront on Tues . I may have been able to make some arrangements knowing it would take at least 8 days to get a motor mount for a 2012 vehicle.Your lack of service is quite amazing.

I was able to talk with the mechanic that diagnosed my vehicle before he performed the service. He listened to my concerns and explained why each particular service was required. He also explained which items could be delayed to another visit that allowed me to control the cost of this visit.

I highly recommend Starr Motors to anyone. I have purchased many Dodge vehicles (some at other dealers) and I always bring them here. The sales department is excellent ant provide a family atmosphere. The service department is why I keep coming back. As far as Dodge dealerships in the area, they are second to none. The service folks are like family, too. Any problems that I have had have been taken care of promptly. Only once in years have I had to come back to get a problem resolved and it was taken care of quickly.

After having a horrible experience with a competitive dealership when it came to the "real" price versus what they lure you in on over the internet, I had the exact opposite experience at Dulles CJDR. Their website explicitly calls out "No Fake Rebates" and that's what they honored. The internet sales price consisted of all applicable, non-qualifying rebates, as well as dealer-based financing. Fair enough. I didn't qualify for any of the additional rebates like recent college grad, retired military, NAR member or employee, competitive/loyalty, etc. and the internet price didn't include them. Even w/o the other qualifying rebates, they still had the most competitive price in the area on the truck I wanted. Imo was our sales guy and was very patient as we took a couple test drives. He didn't try to pressure us when we said we had to think about what we really wanted. The low pressure sale is exactly what made me and my wife want to give them our business. When I went back to purchase, Imo was out, but the sales mgr, David Black, stepped in to help out and gave me the price I was expecting. During the finance phase, Mack does what all finance mgrs are tasked with doing--upselling. However, I was very clear out of the gate that I only wanted the truck with no extended warranty, service, coating, etc. He figured out quickly that I was just there for the truck and got me out the door quickly and politely. Overall, a very good experience. In today's commodity car shopping world, you have to a) have the inventory, b) have a no-pressure sales process, c) have the best prices on the internet AND honor them, and d) focus on volume. For every 1 customer you try to mess with around pricing and actually get away with it, you'll have 4 more that realize you're playing tricks and will take their business elsewhere. Not to mention, post their experience here. Luckily, for me and for Dulles CJDR, it was 5 stars all around.

Disorganized Service Department - anglophile
Bottom line: Scheduled the same emissions recall service TWICE and BOTH TIMES was told 2 hours AFTER drop off that they didn't have the kit required to do the service. That is unforgivably disrespectful of me and my time.
Details: I scheduled an early morning service for a recall about 10 days out. When I brought the vehicle in, planning to wait for it, I and was told they wouldn't be able to get started for another 2 hours (FAIL #1). Got a ride back home and received a phone call about two hours later saying they did not have the kit needed to do the recall work... Again, this was scheduled over a week in advance!! How do you 1-not have the kit (FAIL #2) and 2- not KNOW you don't have the kit so you can call me and let me know not to bother bringing in the vehicle or at LEAST let me know when I show up (FAIL #3)?? Rescheduled for the next day (more kits were due first thing in the morning). Drop the car off, and AGAIN receive a phone call about 2 hours later saying they STILL don't have the kit (FAIL #4). Service agent blamed UPS for "losing" the package... but you know whether or not you received it, right?? So why am I only finding out AFTER I dropped off the car and went home. Now I have to pay for another uber ride to pick up a vehicle that STILL hasn't been serviced (FAIL #5, and I'm done with you!)
Summary: Jeep lied to its customers about its vehicles emissions, prompting the recall in the first place (and wasting my time and money), then this service department wastes MORE of my time and money for absolutely nothing. Nope!

Awesome customer service! I purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger RT Scat Pack Wide body and had a little trouble operating the manual transmission, and the manager saw and helped me out and took me for a little refresher course on an empty lot. It only took us 2 hours to get all the paperwork and bring the car home. As her first customer, shout out for Karla for being accommodating and Jeff for giving me a refresher on clutch.
