Ben Ryan is a no pressure salesman and I appreciated that very much. My experience at the dealership was quite pleasant and I am entirely pleased with my new (to me) car.

Great Service Experience - stampguy
Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.
Best of the best - Beth H
Bought my new Wrangler from Jay LeClair tottaly awesome person very knowledgeable. Made getting my vehicle as of easy. Everyone should use them. Thanks again
Very nice overall - DAMILLAS2
Salesman Henry really did a heroic effort to get me the best deal possible. He has an injured left leg and still went back and forth to the sales manager many times without complaint. Also, he recognized a significant error in the mileage of a vehicle I was interested in, and immediately brought it to my attention. Cost him a sale, but integrity is the name of the game and I don't give cudos easy. Henry and the sales manager were both "top notch". I will absolutely brag you up with my friends. Thanks.

Stand in line someplace else. - OttoMatick
If you like standing in line inside the Service Department waiting to speak with a service writer then be directed to a different line this is the place for you. I need the turn signal PCB LED assembly replaced on my drivers side mirror. I waited in line for 30 mins with my cane behind several people to speak with a service writer thinking he would order the part for me, schedule service and call me when the part came in. When I told him what was the matter with my 2008 Grand Caravan he told me I waited in line for nothing and that I should go to parts window and stand in that line to order the part. With my bad legs and cane in tow I stood in line again at the parts counter. I ordered the part and then was directed BACK to the service line to schedule installation of said part. Where is the customer service in that?! I absolutly abhor going to this place to speak with this is the way we do things if you have a problem go someplace else people. Not even a phone call to the service department manager was returned. I would rate them ZERO stars if I could. They always know your name on the show room floor and then ask for ID when you pay for service. Once I get the actual part, I am going to shop around for who can replace it.
Great Service - Christine
I took my Jeep in for a recall and in the process decided that I wanted an oil change. My service advisor, Shad was very accommodating and fit me in to have that done, as well. He stayed in constant communication with me to update me on the progress. I truly appreciate the personalized service I received.

Awful service department - TheLand1976
I did not buy my 2017 Chrysler here but the dealership is 3 miles away from my house and under warranty. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on a Monday. I dropped my car off at 8:00 am that morning. I I was having a problem with that U connect stereo and my e-brake or transmission. I couldn't tell which one was causing the problem. After having my car for 3 days and only calling me once to give me an update I finally got my car back. I had to rent a car thinking that it would be covered under the service agreement since I did not hear back from the service advisor. I use the chat feature on the website to request to speak to a manager and never heard back. I did this twice. To this day I have never heard back from anyone. I reached out to several people within the Larson organization and never heard back. I will never use the dealership again or refer anyone to any of their dealerships. My family and I have purchased several cars from the various dealerships that Larson owns. To think that you get treated this way if you do not buy your vehicle from Larson is ridiculous. I paid $160 in rental car fees and over $300 for diagnostics. Nothing was fixed. I took my car to a different dealership and they found The issue with my transmission and replaced the factory Uconnect system. The only bright spot of my visit was the shuttle driver. Gene was great. I hope he finds work with another dealership that treats him with respect.

Took our Jeep to Rainier Dodge today for an unexpected repair. The service department was pleasant and efficient and I was back on my way within five minutes. Thank you, Rainier Dodge!
340 Mile Round Trip Was Worth it - RamMan
Seclected a hard to find RAM 1500 from their inventory and requested an internet price. Corey got back to me with a very good price that itemized all costs. We cut a check for that amount and picked up the truck the next day. There were no games and no pressure. All very straight forward. Our 340 mile round trip from central OR was worth it
Poor warrenty service - dljdad
(Note to 5-Star Dodge in Aberdeen) I am not sure where to start, but I am not impressed with your service department. I'm an educated fella, life and school, having been a NAPA parts man/machinist for 16 years, a Snap-On dealership owner, and ran a small car lot before returning to school and am fairly successful in my current profession. Been there...done that. Almost 2 weeks have passed since my Ram was brought into your dealership on a flatbed. I didn't buy from 5-Star, simply because you didn't have what I what I wanted for the price I needed. Should not matter. This is a Dodge/Ram warranty issue. As of today, and for the past almost 2 weeks, my perception is, your service department has put my truck on the back burner and, while I'm a tough guy to get past understanding and into the pissed off mode, you have succeeded. I have been told for the past several days that you are still waiting to hear from Ram how to proceed. There is no reason for the balony....I am obviously not a priority, rather quite the opposite, because I did not purchase the vehicle from 5 Star. I am, by nature and by training, a patient, understanding fella. I worked in the automotive industry longer than I have been in education. I get it....things take time but this is a travesty. That time has passed. Is there a reason this issue cannot be resolved as soon as possible? I will be a car buyer for years to come but am totally unimpressed with the poor service and communication I have received from 5-Star so far. I know when my first old, 2004 Dodge 2500 hemi lost a valve spring, costing me a head, cylinder, manifold, it was taken in and dealt with with pride and a degree of urgency, by the Dodge dealer in Aberdeen at that time. If that was 5-Star at the old Dewayne Deweese location, kudos. Should have kept it up. That is customer service. I would appreciate your attention to my issue. I will contact Ram Corporate to see if this issue can be facilitated. BTW....takes a lot..A LOT...of poor service to get me to this point. I look forward to your attention to this matter.
Above and bedpan - RJW
Denver and Sarah Morford run a tight ship with ethics and morals we all can appreciate. I had a big and involved maintenance issue on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was communicated every step of the way including why the part failed. When I picked up the Jeep it ran like new. They Aligned it and washed it which was above and beyond. Finding this kind of service is unique, unexpected and appreciated.
No Service - Stheman789
Made a 9:00am appointment two weeks ago to have my Ram pick-up trouble-shooted for a electrical problem today. When I got there I was told their computer did not have a scheduled appointment for me. But could work me in and all trouble-shooting is done between 8am and noon. Sat there 4 hours untill noon and my truck did not move. After 4 hopurs I asked for my keys back and left! NEVER WILL RETURN!
Totally unreliable. Irresponsible. Rude and absolutely bad - Janet
Totally unreliable. Irresponsible. Rude and absolutely bad sales representatives and manager. Never do business with these folks.
One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the price of the Chrysler 300 2018 car on the official website and after I made all the effort to talk to the sales guy and manager and drove an hour and a half to get the car, they told me they marked the price wrong. Like seriously. I called the an hour before I went in. Also, they said 18000 the 1 was mistakenly marked as 1 instead of 2. Come on man. Even if that was true, the new car isn't the same price, leave the pre-owned we were trying to see.
I spent my afternoon driving to the location. After the manager told me they marked the price wrong and they now can sell only for 5k more, the manager was extremely rude and spoke about how they can choose to not sell the car. Like seriously, I was just accepting an apology for all the time I wasted making all the effort. Is that how you treat your customers. Extremely bad. Please be very cautious doing business with them. Very very displeased and disappointed.
Watch out, this dealer has double standard service - LemonJuicer
if you use coupon for car service, your car will be serviced by a "non-master" technician with lower pay rate! I cannot guarantee if that technician knows the difference between gasoline or engine oil!
Here was what happened to me:
I was trying to use a standard Mopar coupon for a full synthetic oil change at the time of checkout. Very interesting things happened...The cashier did not allow me to use it and explained that I have to present the coupon at the time of the service order. I have been doing the same thing with another Jeep dealer without any problem, so I asked for an explanation. They asked the manager Tiffany and here is what she explained:
If I use a coupon, they will bill a lower rate which would have distributed my service job to a "non-master" technician who has a lower pay rate.
They even uses examples that if I pay less, they have to hire a "JixxxLube-level" technician to do the job. Ouch...This is shocking to me that this dealership or Mopar has such double standard to discriminate service jobs by whether customer uses coupon or not? OMG, this is unbelievable in today's industry...
What's worse is this manager is a total denier...I asked her to write down this reason in paper so that I can use this to check with Mopar if this is company policy. She refused to record her words and reworded it to be "Service will need to be distributed accordingly when customer presents a coupon". She claimed they have used the "express lane" technicians who are all master-level. But listen, even the original service confirmation email said "express lane", I didn't even have a choice.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated with this dealership. I think I will try to avoid AutoNation entirely in PNW.
Guys, if you want to keep your cars for longer, make sure you can make more money so that you don't need to use coupon on them, or just move away!
Came through; fair; easy - Memememe
This was a good car experience for me! Brenda was so kind and made my daughter (4) feel at home. My daughter still asks about her.
The finance was great. Heat my rate. If I had one thing to improve was time it takes for all the paperwork but that is ok since they are so accommodating.
Great experience and great vehicle.
They Sold A Car I Was Buying To Someone Else For More Money - starshine
I searched for quite a while to find an SUV I could afford and that met my needs. After negotiation, we agreed on a price and I was given a copy of the purchase order. I had complicated circumstances to get my funding through an estate attorney. The primary people at the dealership were all aware of my situation and I called them to keep them posted on my progress with the attorney.
Within a few days, I had the funds available to pay for the car and called the dealership to complete the purchase and arrange to pick up my car. That is when I was informed that another salesman, with the approval of management, ignored my purchase order and sold the car to someone else for a higher price. As you can imagine, I was furious!
They could have at least called me before proceeding with selling my car to a higher bidder! I do not recommend doing business with them because their word or even their purchase order means nothing to them. They did not follow good business practices or common courtesy when they ignored the agreement that everyone involved had approved.
