We brought in our 1999 Jeep for a new headlight and hood struts. The lights were fixed quickly but the struts had to be ordered, We returned the next day for the strut installation and were in and out within 30 minutes. Great service. Efficient, courteous.

Have been dealing with Dodge dealer in auburn got very poor customer service , ask for call back on vehicle calls were never returned , 6 weeks to fix transmission .
Enumclaw Dodge called me twice to let me know what was going on with the vehicle , even washed my vehicle part of the service , highly recommend this dealer . I will not go back to the Auburn Dealership

I bought a truck from them and they refused to cancel the deal when I discovered they slid in gap insurance. They said it was not being charged and "worked in to the deal" when I questioned it. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork....I noticed that I was indeed charged it and was put in to my payment. They did more than happily to refund the money when called out that this was illegal. But, I don't trust them!!! I want the deal canceled and they next said it was impossible. But, other large, reputable dealerships have this in their policy. I would think that Lithia would want to have exceptional customer service....Boy was I wrong!!!!!! Lie, cheat, try to hid things.....they didn't even give me a copy of my gap insurance or tell me it was refundable.

It isn't often you can say that your experience in buying a new car was satisfying in every way. This dealership is highly dishonest, rude, and all around shady. I went to trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee on the exchange program that they were to honor. When I went in they said, " You paid way to much for my Jeep, so I am upside down on my loan." Guess who sold it to me, Rairdons! They were unwilling to make a wrong right, so I am moving on to a new car manufacturer. Shame on you Rairdons!

Lacking customer service - .
The service department at this dealership leaves a great deal to be desired. It should not take over two hours after dropping your vehicle off to get an oil change. You shouldn't have to go looking or asking someone the status of your vehicle in order to avoid having to wait an extended period of time for your vehicle. In addition, a customer should be notified of all if any recalls that are on a vehicle and time may spent verifying said recalls. Overall, not impressed with this dealership and will not return.
Horrible service department - Yepyepyep
Be very aware of this dealerships service department. I had an front axle replaced well kind of. My pinion on my ram 2500 with 61k miles on it had sheared off and slammed the drive shaft in the transfer case and into the ground. Prior to picking up my truck I got a call from justin in the parts department he told me they sent the wrong axle and had installed in on the truck and needed to order the new one. Justin then told me that they had installed and 1500!!!! On my 2500 don't understand how that was possible. Well i will give the whole story its now been over 2 months and my truck still is not fixed correctly by them. Well here we go. I picked up my truck the Thursday before memorial day weekend just in time for Camping. Well after I picked it up I went right back. Told Sadie Ball the service advisor that its making a weird noise rhat it has never made. She went and talked to there technician she vame back td me it was just rust from my old hubs on the new axle and that everything was fine. Well went and picked up the camper after unhooking the truck from the trailer I had noticed cables haniging down underneath well that was my brake cables and wheel sensors not attached to either side. Called them the next day told them what I found which they didn't really care and thanked me that i got it fixed. Left camp got to Wenatchee i needed to really know what the nosie was whell my heag shields where both slammed up tight to my rotors there technician must not know what he's doing. Got over to rhe Seattle area and the vibration and noise was just unbearable so I took it to another Ram dealership. This dealership found that there was a number of problems heres the list.
1) bent drive shaft
2) Crack in the transfer case
3)bad wear pattern on the new gears.
4)gear contact is way off.
5) metal in the differential fluid.
6) crush sleve installed wrong
7) bad bearings
8) rotors where hammered on and off hammer marks all over then.
9) wheel bearings both sides bad. Cause of that is from taking them off my axle putting them on a 1500 axle taking them off again and putting them back on again!!!
I dont know where they hire there technicians but he might want to find a different career. The peoples lives this place put in danger while pulling my 40 foot travel trailer down the road on memorial day weekend is unreal and my and kids as well. They will not work with me to resolve this issue. Cindy there service manager is just a liar, Rebekah the ceo won't return phone calls. and Denver the owner is just as good at not doing anything as the rest if the.. Do not trust these incompetent mechanics at this dealership you will wish you just drove on past

Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.

Came in with my 2014 jeep latitude because it was leaking coolant. I spent 4 days arguing with a guy in service because he kept saying i had to pay $1300 and it would be done in 2 days and i didnt have warranty. My jeep only had 28k miles and i had purchased extended warranty as well. When i went in one day with my paperwork turns out they fired the guy. The next guy told me that parts had been ordered and it would be a few days. When parts got in they gave me a date and told me that it would be ready. They changed the date and time 4 different times. After being in the shop for 15 days they told me that when they were putting everything back together they found 4 stripped bolts and that i needed a new engine! They finally got an engine in and locked my vehicle because of the Blow and Go i had. I had to get my vehicle towed to a different shop to be serviced for that then towed back to the dealership and they said it was my fault i had that on there. After all that they triggered the blow and go AGAIN so i had to pay for that to get serviced again. They finally gave me my vehicle back after 36 days and they forgot to plug my fog lights back in. So i had to take it back to them once again and after 3 hours i got it back and had to get my battery replaced because of it. Worst service i have ever received. It is better to pay to have your vehicle towed to another dealership than to deal with Bud Clary. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

Service manager was being a loud total xxxxxxx. Hmmm not good. !!! Horrible in front of customers !! Not very knowledgeable in product either
