I had planned on saving up and eventually buying a Jeep next year but with carpools getting shut down and my commuter vehicle giving up I really wanted to move that time table forward rather than purchasing something just to get me by. I was skeptical that I'd be able to find something I liked for a decent price, let alone so close to home, and Kevin Hernandez with Karmart worked with me remotely make it all happen seamlessly after explaining that I needed a vehicle to travel for essential work at a Hydro-Generation facility. I came here thinking I wouldn't find what I wanted, but then a gentleman named Bobby helped me look around. He was a good listener and never once tried to sway me to something else. After about an hour of looking at all the lots, he looked at all their sister locations to see if there was anything matching what I wanted. Ordered a RAM truck from Dishman back in August. I had the pleasure to work with Shawn "Vandy" Vanderberg. I only knew of him because of other reviewers and their experience they wrote about. I went into the dealership and specifically asked to work with him. He made the ordering process very simple. Took less than an hour and my dream truck was ordered back in August. Took almost 16 weeks but my truck finally arrived. Big kudos to the detail guys who finalized the truck and prepped it for me. It was sparkling and ready for me to drive off in. Again my overall experience working with Vandy was great. Highly recommend his non-aggressive approach. Only drawback you mind find is that he is busy, due to his excellent customer service skills. Brought my Jeep in to complete routine maintenance. They had no access to my vehicle's history which has consistently been done at Jeep dealerships. (first time I ever encountered this). Service manager gave me a verbal quote and had me sign it but never supplied me with the written copy. Having realized I had an appointment later, I tried to call to get a status and make arrangements regarding pickup. After 15 minutes of being looped back into the automated system, I was finally connected. When I had to call again, I went directly to the number on the business card and left a voicemail. No response to my voicemail. Service manager called the next day with an additional $1100 in needed repairs. Told him I could not afford it and asked what could be taken off. I told him I needed to keep the cost down and he said he would find some discounts. No followup communication from him. Received a text message from him saying he would get back to me with a proposal. Never heard back from him. Texted him that evening saying I was not authorizing the additional cost. Dug up my previous service from a different dealership which indicated the work he suggested had been done approximately 5k miles previously. It also had prices for the items to be addressed. Called the next day and went through the line item costs and verified the services previously suggested were being completed. Cost was approximately 150% more than quoted by the previous dealership. Agent indicated all of the work was completed and there were no discounts applied to the bill. Requested a call back from the service manager. No response. Called again at the end of the day and again got looped to the automated service. Called sales and told them my situation and they told me that service doesn't respond to them either so I shouldn't feel bad. Went in early the next morning and service manager told me he found a discount coupon online at their website. We had words, he denied texting me and told me they have an automated bot that sends out texts with his name on it. Hope this review helps you make a good decision for your vehicle. I'm going back to the other dealership because I want to upgrade my Jeep, but want a dealership with some integrity and honesty, who can communicate, be prompt and set clear expectations.

I had had the most awesome service and experience I have had in over 30 years of automobile purchasing. My sales consultant, Sam LeBlanc is the most professional, courteous and devoted gentleman I have ever dealt with when it came to purchasing my 2013 Chevy Volt. I had explained to him over the phone what exactly I was looking for for a vehicle that would best support my work commute and he was able to have the volt ready for me to look at and take out for a test drive the minute I pulled into the dealership. First impression is everything to me and the fact that Sam came out to greet my son and I before we even had gotten out of our truck and welcomed us to the dealership, told me right off that we were going to be welcomed into the dealership. He had the 2013 Chevy Volt ready for us to look at and take out for a test drive after he showed us the car and ensured we had all the proper documentation we needed to take the car for our test drive. The car is in mint condition, the price was exactly what I was able to afford and the entire sales staff were extremely professional. The financial dept was able to provide me with a very unexpected but spectacular warranty coverage plan for my Volt and the were able to keep my payment where I was wanted to keep it at. What I love the most about my experience is that the second we pulled into the lot, I knew we were going to be in great hands. Just the conversations that Sam and I had prior to my son and I making our way there, told me I was going to be headed to the right dealership. There was no hassle, no hidden surprises. Everyone and everything was up front and honest, sincere and it was I must honestly say the most enjoyable experience that I have ever had at any dealership since I have been driving for the past 32 years. The sales department is 5 stars! If I could give you guys more I would. The sale manger and GM worked so hard to come up with the best deal to finally get my dream truck and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Although, I did have complications with my ride and tried to work with the service department to get these issue resolved, they did not meet that expectations. When I brought this issue to them multiple times, they informed me that "due to covid we would not be able to figure out this problem (because they needed to add people/weight in the vehicle for this issue to basically pop up which is a loud drone like sound coming from the exhaust to inside of the cab, it’s weird I know) she continued "we are short staffed but we can see if it’s a safety problem but we can’t be pulling out guys from the bays" okay fine. it wasn't a safety issue so I decided to give them a few months hopefully this covid thing would end haha so I had them do a fuel service which was recommended by Ram and also to work on this said issue since I wasn't going to be picking up the truck for a week. It wasn't a safety issue but it was an issue for me since it was super loud and annoying and my warranty would expire soon.
I called them to get an update and they told me that “they couldn't mimic the sound. We took it out multiple times around the block” this problem that it just wasn’t coming out for them. Which is hard to believe since my dog at 77lbs would make that sound go off when he is sitting in the back seat. Anyway, before picking up my truck I showed them an example of the issue on YouTube and the person who they assigned me to as my representative told me that even “she got in the truck didn’t hear that sound. However, she would bring it up to her manger/supervisor so we can work something out together like me coming in and having me test drive it around.” Sounds fair, okay let’s do this another time. Come to realize something when I drove out the lot. I installed a camera in my truck a while back, so I Checked it. The representative lied about going into in my truck and them driving it multiple times around the block. After the fuel service was done they drove it around the block once and parked it and left it sitting for a week. Never touch it after that. Videos clearly show 2 technicians working on it for the services I paid for but they did not listening to my instruction to prove this drone issue existed and lying about it how hard they worked on it “taking it out multiple times” “Even I got into the truck” That was the icing on the cake. I contacted the service manager and left a voicemail between August, September and I never heard back from him till this day. I did not state the video nor was I rude on the message just asked him to call me back at his earliest convenience about the issue in my truck. It really felt like they were prolonging so when my warranty expires I would have to pay out of pocket. I get it, nobody wants to do things for free but it was still under warranty.
These are clear examples why we can’t trust mechanics. It makes me sad wondering if these guys really did the work when I brought it in for oil changes. Sadly there is no way of knowing.
Thanks to a different dealership (Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Everett) they honored that complaint and didn’t charge me a penny for said issues that my truck was having. They fixed it! Like it was so annoying that I got emotional knowing that this sound wasn’t coming on anymore. The best part is that they were aware of this problem and highly educated on it. I was amazed on how fast they took care of me. I hope my experienced helped whoever is reading this and I really hope they did change their ways in the service department at Bud Clary. I will never do business with this dealership ever again and sorry for the sales staff, I really like them for all they did.
