I’ve been buying trucks from Mccords since 2000 and I get a new one about every 4 to 5 years for my business and have had nothing but top notch service whether it’s an oil change or something bigger Richard in service has always gone above and beyond in his friendliness or hunting for a part I need I send all my family members here 1 st when they are looking for a car or truck and Vonya tge service manager is head and shoulders above any person in her position I have ever worked with she takes the time to come out and say hello make sure you had a great experience and makes u feel like your part of the family I won’t go anywhere else I’m on my 5 truck 3 jeeps for my wife and all 4 of my kids have bought rigs from them you always here about bad interactions which if u run a large company you can’t please everyone but in my opinion these folks are the cream of the crop and wanted to let them know how much I appreciate all there hard work for the Hass family

Came in late in the day looking to trade in my truck pretty fast. They found the truck I wanted at another dealership hours away. They picked up the truck the next day, drove it back and had me out the door. All this in less than 24 hours. Very impressed.

Richard in service is an absolute rockstar. Communication? Impeccable. Updates on parts, timelines, next steps—always clear, always proactive, always honest. I never once felt out of the loop, which is basically unheard of in car service world. And Ian, the manager?? Truly next-level. Beyond amazing doesn’t even cover it. He genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy, satisfied, and walking away feeling confident and supported. I am pretty disappointed with the sales team. I had an appointment set up to buy a new truck but I live 1.5 to 2 hours away and all I ask for was a some good base numbers to go off of before I come. I had a 2020 ram 2500 trade in and I was looking for a 3500. Communication was really poor over text and they acted like they didn't want my business. for a returning customer does not look good at all. If I was in sales I would work my butt of to make the sale and make the customer want to return for years to come. I was trying to buy a truck and it didn't happen you would think they would want me to. They just quit texting me with no more info.

Chill, laid back, helpful. This place knows how to find and train their sales staff. We worked with Wyatt for a few days trying to find a pickup truck. They ended up not finding anything in our limited time frame, but they worked hard on our behalf and were always respectful and kind. This will be the first place I will shop again when I'm in the market for a new car.

This was the most seamless, easiest transaction ever buying my 2025 ram 3500 Dooley from Dick Hannah ram in Vancouver! From the initial phone call through the purchase and signing for the vehicle the staff was nothing but a class act! They were all professional attentive and made it extremely easy to purchase this vehicle, when I and my wife had very little sleep and traveled to do the deal on the vehicle and they made it the best experience we’ve had in a long time at a car dealership! Leadership should be thankful that they have staff that takes care of their customers as well as these people did! Would strongly recommend buying from this dealership? I would like to give a shout out to Johnny, Joe, and Tyler, they were the best! The finance manager whose name slips my memory, was also excellent and explained everything on the contract to a T!

Worst place to take your car for any repairs. You can only get updates from one person and they are always to busy to answer the phone. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for a manager to call me back. Also calling everyday day. Then when I finally get answers I was told 45 plus day minimum for the part to come in. So far I dropped my car off on 9-23-25 part was ordered 9-24-25. And was told they are back ordered 3000 on that one part. And they ordered 88, out of those 88 they said hopefully one will be for my car or will have to wait another 45 days. Today, 10-8-25 They double expedited it for me and got told I could get it one day earlier on 11-7-25. But no garentee. I could have ordered the same part from Mopar and got it in 2 days. This car is still covered under manufacture so no cost to me otherwise I would have ordered the part my self. If you need repairs do not come here for any reason. Go to tacoma dodge or literally any place. I will update after or if I ever get my car back. Update 10-16-25 is there is still no ETA for this to be resolved. Update 10-27-25 the repair on my vehicle is postponed from November 7 to November 29 or later. Looks like I will have to get a lawyer to git this fix.
