Let start with this place sucks. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely terrible experience with Cronin of Richmond. After my vehicle was totaled with only 6,000 miles on it, I tried to get a refund for the warranties that were never even used. Nobody ever explained that the warranties were refundable, and nobody mentioned anything about cancellation policies when I purchased them. Trying to get answers from this dealership has been nothing but frustrating. Nobody answers the phones, nobody calls back, and every conversation feels like a different story or another excuse. Kaleb and Stephen both seemed completely unorganized and unhelpful throughout the process. It honestly felt like nobody knew what they were doing. Customer service after the sale is nonexistent, and they make you feel like they only care once they already have your money. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values honesty, communication, and customer service. This was being nice, i wish i could say what i really wanna say. This place deserves zero stars.

I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and it's beautiful inside. My husband and I noticed some scratches along the sides like somebody keyed the car, a few scuffs on the bumpers and the wheel had some scrapes on it. We were told that they would buff out The scratches and make it look nice. I brought it back in and they gave me a loaner. A week and a half later I went to pick it up and nothing was done. They said they couldn't get the scratches out. Why would they promise that? I know if they sent it to a regular body shop there could be something done. I would have never purchased the car if they hadn't made that promise! I'm waiting for the manager to call me to see if we can rectify this problem

I told him I was putting my car search in his hands, and he earned that trust immediately. A few days later, Lou had my SUV picked out. I told him I wasn’t making the trip unless he was truly confident—and he didn’t waste my time. When we arrived the next day, the Nissan Rogue I came to see was parked right by the front door, ready to go. I was extremely tired and emotional the day I purchased the car. I felt pushed into a purchase I was unsure of. The vehicle was a certified Pre-owned car. I was pushed quickly through paper work and not given time to read everything and had papers laid over top of papers so I could not see what I was signing, and pulled quickly away from me and told I would get copies at the end. The car I was told by Audrey had not been cleaned but while I was signing papers she would take care of that. Well the car was filthy!!! The floor mats were stained and filthy and very cheap looking and coming apart. The cameras stopped working on the car as soon as I got home. Then the key fab message popped up in the car for low battery, which are all things on the certified pre-owned checklist that should have been replaced and cleaned and thoroughly went over. I don't feel confident that the car went through the full proper INSPECTION EVEN THOUGH THEY CHECKED ALL THOSE THINGS OFF ON MY CHECKLIST THAT IT WAS COMPLETED WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS NOT DONE!! So then how do I know it was properly done at all because I can't trust the information filled out on the checklist because they checked off things that were not done, but check it off as done anyway! So now my car still needs to be fixed, which they did order the part for thanks to TJ, Jake, and Louis, but it also needs a thorough deep detailing inside and outside which I am told should might be done when I drop the car off to get the cameras parts fixed. I even tried to reach out to the GM of Bosak Nissan in Chesterton to talk about the problems I was having and I left a message on his voicemail I was never called back. When I mean filthy I mean foot prints and animal hair everywhere and sticky stuff on my light switch and door handle and many other gross things you would not appreciate putting your hands on while driving! I also had a problem with my car being left at the dealership until I could get someone to drop me off to pick it up due to I work midnights and am in the middle of a family emergency as my great uncle was in the hospital and now in hospice in Illinois and I needed to be with my family and had family coming in from out of town that I needed to be with. This is why I did not want to take the new vehicle home that day plus with Audrey saying that the vehicle had not been cleaned I wanted it to be properly cleaned but she would not take NO for an answer! But then was getting pushy in the voicemail she sent me about picking it up. Which I begged and had to pay someone to drop me off to get my old car as it still had all my sentimental things like things from my husband that had been killed in a motorcycle accident that i keep close to me for comfort in it and I was terrified that she would have it towed away with all my important cherished items!!! I would not recommend anyone ever have to go through such an experience ever and am still really upset and sad with how I was treated.

These people were okay until I made it obvious that I was NOT going to buy there! Then, they rapidly disappeared!! No one wanted to deliver me the final number of their offer on my car!! The number was a flat out insult to me, my car, and my womanhood!!! They would NOT have dared to give a man such a lowball offer, and then be pissy about it when I walked out!!! They followed me to my car promising me the moon, and to call me, which did not happen!!!
