I visited several different dealerships and Philpotts was the only one with a large selection of different vehicles. Other dealerships only had a couple of the vehicles I was interested in or non at all. Did not have the color I wanted with the options I wanted and they were able to get the car from another dealer the next day.

My experience was the best of any service department so far. Michael took car of everything I needed and explained all in detail. He gave me options without any pressure to influence my decision. Michael kept me informed via texts and Dale, the Hyundai technician, sent a video of my car in the shop and commented on the service schedule at that point. That was a first for me and I appreciated it very much! Everyone was very nice and the lounge, where I did stay for a few hours before my husband came to take me to lunch, was very clean and comfortable.
