While the salesman and finance manager were both courteous and professional during my visit, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding the vehicle I came to test drive. The listing on the dealership’s website showed the car with only 16 miles, but when I arrived, I learned it was actually a service loaner with over 3,000 miles on it. This critical detail was never disclosed beforehand.
Additionally, I was surprised to find that the car had over $3,000 worth of accessories added—none of which were included in the online advertised price. These unexpected costs and omissions felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics, which really turned me off from doing business here. Transparency and honesty are key when making a major purchase, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience.
