He is knowledgeable and has treated me with respect from day one (not always the case when car shopping as a woman). Just finished buying my fourth Subaru here and don’t plan to go anywhere else even though I live an hour away.

Outstanding, five star service. Mark in the Service Department and the younger mechanic who serviced my car today, December 30, deserve a bonus. I walked in this afternoon in a panic because my Subaru, which I need to drive back to DC, had a complete system failure. Mark was extremely patient with me and helped me get the claim number associated with the battery defect class action suit. Once Mark got that, he set up my car with an excellent mechanic (I wish I got his name) who did the diagnostics and needed repairs in about an hour. My Subaru is working like a charm again. I cannot thank North Reading Subaru enough for getting my car ready to go again for my drive back to DC. Your team is the best.
