I love Portland Volvo and my car! - Pj280855

I love Portland Volvo and my car! This last visit was disappointing as I was given a number to text if I had questions, no one replied, no one told me an estimated wait time like they usually do and upon leaving my tire pressure light came on so I had to go back a day later. I had my tires rotated and balanced. Not my usual experience at all I also asked for extended warranty plan info and am still waiting. Thought I would have it sooner.

This was my first experience with Belknap but not my first Subaru. Evan was my sales rep and sucessfully helped me find the car I wanted. He was very familiar and able to communicate the features and functionality of my new Outback Wilderness. Dave was very helpful and listened as we agreed on a fair price for my 2020 Outback which I was trading in. Great group of down to earth individuals

I worked with Jimmy Breitmaier ten years ago when I bought my 2017 Tiguan. He was helpful and confident with the product. Ten years later, I was toying with the idea of a new car and low and behold, Jimmy Breitmaier was at the same desk he had worked 10 years before. He and I worked out the particulars and He went way out of his was to find the color I had chosen. I am a proud owner of a 2026 Taos. Thank you Jimmy Breitmaier. Liz Dickinson

Wanted a Grand Cherokee L for years but was scared of - Giles Jamison

Wanted a Grand Cherokee L for years but was scared of buying somebody's neglected problem child. Three listings elsewhere all had something off. The one at ecodrive automall had records all the way through and a clean history report, plus they fixed a leaky washer nozzle before delivery without me asking twice. Almost a year in, only spent money on tires and oil.

Benson auto group in my opinion is a great group of folks to do business with. They went above and beyond to make a fair and reasonable deal and to earn our business. We are in the infantsy of our relationship but I have high hopes that they will become our go to dealership for many purchases to come! Thank you Bob for the phone call! You made it worth our while and my wife is one happy lady!

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had! - Chris Hadley

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I live close to 8 hours away from the dealership, so I was a little hesitant about doing a deal from that far away; however, Dorian and the team made this a very easy process. They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me, and they paid a high value for my trade. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, and I received timely answers throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Macdonald Motors and would definitely shop here again in the future!

Daniel K was extremely knowledgable about EV cars and chargers. The IONIQ 5 we bought was our first EV and Daniel made us extremely comfortable in making the switch. He knew much about the car but also helped us understand the issues in getting a charger setup in our home garage. Was very friendly and easy to access through the whole process, test driving, investigating, and the final sale.
