Well I can say I was very happy to work with CJ and he made it so easy to lease a new truck and he dealt directly with a dealership to locate a new truck for me. I was recently recommended to Lux Automotive Group by my future brother-in-law. My lease was coming due and having a demanding job that only allows me to visit car dealerships on Saturday's, there was no way I was going to be able to shop around in the amount of time I had left on the lease. I was a little skeptical at first as I had never worked with a lease broker in the past, but fast forward through the experience, I can now say that it is hands-down the ONLY way that anyone should go about getting a new car whether it's a lease or finance. The representative I worked with (Robbie) was excellent, let me explain. He was very attentive and asked all the questions he needed to ask in order to get me to the vehicle that I was undecided for. My Salesman Al was great and went over the monthly specials and we decided on the bmw x5. I went to my the BMW Dealership near my house and loved the truck. Al quoted me a price 110 dollars less. I am a new college graduate and a newlywed. When I wanted to get out of my car ASAP and wanted to get into a brand new vehicle, Luca accomplished this in a 24 hour period. No games, no hassle. He was straight to the point. I was dealing with another leasing company previously and let me tell you...United Auto Leasing is definitely the place to go. I was having trouble getting approved because my credit was light. Turns out that the other leasing company was the problem. They were telling the finance managers that my car was upside down $7000; this was a major reason I was not approved for ANYTHING. This place was a TOTAL scam! Car listed as "excellent paint" had numerous chips and scrathes. White paint spilled in rear of "excellent interior". "Fully loaded" meant it has all the standard features. Obvious signs of an accident which was NOT listed on a carfax report. Bogus inspection sticker. AND on top of all that, tried to sell a car that was KBB listed as worth $7,500 for $17,000 (dealer financed and in violation of NY State usury laws). The only way you should buy a car from him is at the liquidation sale, as I intend to make a stink with both NY City and NY State Attorneys General until SOMEONE does something about this obvious CROOK. The other "excellent" review here was obviously a schill for the dealership.
