He even came to my house the next day which is 90 minutes away, to pick up the title for my trade-in.. Beau in the financing dept was wonderful asI well. I'm appreciative of Jeep and Carlos has always stepped up and helped me get my Jeep to proper running and I love my new tires. Carlos was able to get me the tires that belong on my Jeep and get my Jeep back in better running order. No more oil leak too! Carlos is easy to talk with and listened to my Jeep concerns. He helped me get a rental as well while my Jeep was being serviced. I am grateful you have him as your Service Manager. Thank you for the great service.

They worked hard to get our payments where we could afford them, but then the payment went up $20 a month which doesn’t seem like a lot, but after my husbands credit was ran which he has good credit, then they tell us it is $20 more a month. We also have some scratches on our jeep before we signed paperwork which we did not know about, nor did they that I am aware, the sales guy said the manager said the dealership would fix them, but my husband is the type that wants to speak to the manager directly about issues. I told the sales guy which he went and told the manager and the manager didn’t come out to talk to my husband. Instead he sends him out with a paper signed off showing fix scratches, add hitch. Although the manager was really nice over the phone, helpful by trying to get out payments where we needed them, I feel like our payments should have stayed where he calculated them before the application was ran and not be told after it has already been done payments are more. To show customers you stand behind your word and appreciate them I feel like he could of at least come out and spoken to my husband about the scratches he found to see the problem and given him the paperwork signed off on to explain what it was. As far as the sales guy I feel he did a great job. He addressed every issue by telling the appropriate person, so no complaints there.

What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. Beyond the beautiful new building, it seems the crew has new life as well. Actually had the chance to speak to Cameron the Service Manager. I appreciate him being accessible to customers. Shows that he cares. Both advisors are great but my big shout-out goes to Michelle. She is so personable, explains things very well, and has the patience of a saint as I observed her talking to a few more difficult customers. She even checked on how I was doing if I needed anything. I think I saw more technicians than every before, and they weren't just standing around but actively working!! I will be back and I will bring others as well.

i was sold a 2021 dodge charger,over priced45000.,to discover it was in a front end collision,since air bags installed.sway bat .struts.front end alignment winshield washer containerr.took mikes autobody was told it was fixed with all after markey parts,when i went back to dealership i was again lied to ND BLOWN OFF. now monday 2023 it being repossed becuase i am out of woek(surgery) and connot afford the payments,had i known about the collison (air bags deployed) i would have walked away they got a jeep renegade20217000 in returned...now they are owned by another company.......thanks for ruining my creit ron and brandon collins (brooksville) i only heard SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU.....i guess its attorney time,,,,,,,,lol....good luck finding one.....if i do ill post it here.....
