We were greeted by a very pleasant sales consultant Steve Caudill . He was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory and was very easy to work with. After test driving a 1500 V8 Silverado 6.2 High Country my Ford man is now a Chevy guy. We highly recommend this dealership and the friendly staff. They make you feel like family.

This is for Michael Olson in the service department ! We were in Louisville on vacation from Wisconsin when our truck window was broken out in downtown Louisville by thieves. I contacted the service department to help and Michael Olson was fantastic from the beginning. He was able to get us a window locally, get us into the service department the same day and get us back on the road by the next morning to continue our travel plans. This was a life saver as there was no way to secure the vehicle . It would have been easy for Michael to tell us they were booked when everyone is busy and everyone wants their stuff done right away. Michael’s kindness and willingness to help was incredible . Indoor this reviews makes it to the management of Montgomery Chevrolet and to other dealerships across the country . Dropped off my Equinox for a 9:00 am appointment to diagnose a noise coming from the engine compartment. They said they would get back to me that day when they looked at it. They also texted me a phone number I could call and a hyperlink to use if I wanted to check on the status or I could simply reply to the text. In the later part of the afternoon I texted and got no reply. The following day I texted again with no reply; I utilized the hyperlink and it only showed that I dropped off the vehicle but nothing else. I called a minimum of 5 times only to be told by the call center that no one is picking up in the service department. I finally just drove back to Cronin to find out that they haven’t even looked at my car yet. I told them to give me my keys and I would take it somewhere else. They did not treat me very nice when I told them that. When Hirlinger owned the dealership I never had a problem with them. I can with 100% certainty say that I will never go to any dealership owned by Cronin again. I will also have to give a lot of consideration to purchasing Chevrolet again if this is what their car dealerships are heading toward. Big disappointment!

Yes, I am very dissatisfied With Big M, Radcliff, KY. I have had more issues dealing with these people from getting financed to having to pay hidden fees before I could drive the car off the lot. Additionally, I was told we would keep our old plates, "we will take the tags off the trade in and send them to the clerk and they will be reassigned them to the new vehicle," so they said. That was a lie. Also, we have had the lender reach out to us concerning things that should have been taken care of at the dealership. The lender was close to reversing its decision on the loan. One would think that someone who has bought 2 cars from these people would get a bit more respect. I made the mistake of dealing with them twice, but never again!
