My granddaughter just her first used from Rob Sight Ford on February 13th. She was experiencing a problem with her new used vehicle so I suggested that she call the dealership and I would take it into have it checked out. Sam the service advisor got right on it spending a good amount of time checking everything. The service tech did all the pertinent checks and couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. Sam suggested to my granddaughter to keep her eye on anything unusual and if it occurs again to bring it back. Happy with the service department.

Repairs we're done within the estimated time frame. I usually go to my local dealership but they couldn't handle the heavy repair. No problem for these guys.

Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out financial package that we didn't understand. Jordan set up our cell phones in the vehicle. We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Both Duron and Jordon were very friendly and receptive to letting us call with questions. My husband and I both realize we should probably have had one of our children help us make such a big purchase.

I have been bringing them my 5 vehicles since 2018 for service, brakes, exhaust, tires & alignment and the big stuff like engine and transmission replacement as well as all the other odds and ends of maintaining and repairing my vehicles when they need it. Looking for a new or used vehicle? RUN, don't walk, to see Jake in sales for your new ride. I sent an email the evening prior specifying which vehicle I was interested in, and Jake called the next morning. I expressed my concern that the vehicle would sell before I was able to make it up to Rolla. He held onto the keys so any sales person would have to go through him before arranging a test drive of that particular vehicle, so he could notify me, which tickled me to death because I was really concerned this car could just sell before I had a chance to get up there that afternoon. The best thing about Jake? He isn't pushy, and he works well with folks that have those xxxxxxx personalities, like me. Jake took all my questions in stride, was knowledgeable, and a down right pleasure to deal with. Now the GM, Chad... he's like that best buddy you had 15 years ago that you've not seen in ten years and makes a mean grilled ham and cheese. Is it part of the sales gimmick, you're thinking? I don't think so, I believe it is truly genuine. We had a miscommunication with the bank that left us agitated, unsure where the error occurred; Chad was transparent and handled the problem efficiently and smoothly. My husband and I left there incredibly impressed with the entire team and excited to purchase our next pickup with them... which says a lot because the last two dealers we dealt with, I was ready to rip their heads off - and I'll never do business with them again, but Sakelaris will have our loyalty, as long as these three remain in the fold. Finance overall can be pretty boring, BUT Regina kept pleasurable conversations during the entire exchange, we could have chatted all afternoon. She is also a retired volunteer firefighter, so if you see her, thank her for years of service!

I took my car in for service (oil change, tire going low pressure, and my battery was not charging. Come to find out, it was operator error. Nathan, very nicely, explained to me how the battery feature worked. He took time out of his busy day to explain every thing to me and showed me on the vehicle the features and what buttons to push. Very nice guy. Definitely going back to have them do any other work that needs done.

Dennis Horne handled my sale and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time after the sale to run through all of tech on the vehicle. I've never had any sales rep do for me. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they offered me the least amount for my trade-in of the three dealers I went to. They had the best vehicle for the money and that's why they got the sale. I would definitely recommend if they have a vehicle you're interested in to go check it out give them a chance to earn your business.

Took a pickup in for a recall repair on June 28th. Asked service people to look into a performance issue and give me a quote for repairs. Heard back pretty quickly with diagnosis and quote. I told them to proceed and asked them how long they would need vehicle. Service attendant said part a available and would have next work day and would get repair completed. Vehicle wasn't need immediately so left it there longer than what they indicated. After four days they said it wasn't ready, to give them a couple more days. After a couple more day I contacted them and vehicle was still not done. When I asked what the hold up was service personal said parts never got ordered, and it would take a couple more days before part would arrive. On July 5 I sent someone to go and asked if vehicle was ready for me to pick up. They replied NO, that part was in but not put on vehicle. There was only one vehicle in shop and no activity on or near it. I waited until Wed the 10 and called and asked if vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. Once again they replied NO, need a couple more days. Monday morning July 15 drove to dealership to inquire about vehicle. They told me that technician was on vacation for two weeks and i would have to wait until they returned. I demanded that they find a technician to complete the repairs on my vehicle and have it ready to pick up by wed the 17th or provide me the parts and i would complete it myself

The last two times we have been to Matt Ford we have had bad experiences! We have left both times and went to other dealerships and gotten what we had asked for on trade in! Both times they tried to steal our trade in and both times we walked! Each time they said good luck getting better deal! Both times we went elsewhere and I received over $3000 more for my trades! Unbelievable experience! Then when you say something to them they have a million excuses!

TOOK THEM OVER 3 MONTHS TO FIX IT AND THEN WANTS TO CHARGE MORE FOR MORE PARTS, SAYING IT ISN'T UNDER WARRANTY. MY SALES PERSON WAS GREAT BUT HAS NOW SAYING NOTHING HE CAN DO. BUT THE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP AFTER I HAD TO KEEP BRINGING MY VECHICLE BACK SEVERALY TIMES RUDE HATEFUL AND REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES UNTIL IT BLEW UP. I have stopped at Auffenberg motors for years. I have never purchased anything from the dealership because of the sorry approach and gloomy attitude I received when I did stop. But now is different. There has been a complete change of attitude and atmosphere in the dealership. I met the new GM that actually lived in Alaska for some time. Great stories and great attitude. Very refreshing from the previous managers that were there. The good ole boy club gets old after a while. Stop by and see Ryan and his new crew. New Service manager, New Parts Manager, New office manager and last but assuredly not least a New Business manager and his name is ACTUALLY Ricky Bobby!! Great new team----- Get some advertising out there Ryan!!! People need to know you are there!!
