The salesman was great, he came in on his day off. - bigwall2016

The salesman was great, he came in on his day off. Helped with everything we needed. We were so thankful we got a good price on an extended warranty. Over all experience was a 10.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews, and - simplyamyj

I don’t often take the time to write reviews, and probably even less often when everything goes right — but my experience with CARLOS ANDRADE and the service team at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown absolutely deserves one. Carlos was exceptional. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced this level of communication and follow-through from a business. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, informative, and consistently kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. My Forester had an electrical issue that took some time to isolate, and I was extremely impressed with how thoroughly the team approached it. They worked through the problem, communicated with Subaru at the national level when necessary, explained what they were finding along the way, and made sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being diagnosed. I really appreciated receiving detailed information instead of vague answers. They ultimately identified and fixed the problem, but what impressed me just as much was how smoothly and professionally the entire experience was handled. The whole team was wonderful, but Carlos deserves special recognition. His follow-through was incredible, and I felt genuinely well taken care of from beginning to end. I will absolutely return to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown for future service. Carlos showed up as an exceptional advocate for my safety and peace. THANK YOU. Five stars without hesitation.

No codes but a $5000 bill for gaskets and multiple items - Mark Touareg

No codes but a $5000 bill for gaskets and multiple items and 150 miles later another $1000 for a sensor replacement that only sees if there is a leak in the rear pan. This is the end of using Strong for service! Kept on hold and slow responses to texts. I just think I'm being played. ... sheesh just because it is a Touareg.

I drove from Twin Falls, Idaho to Mark Miller Subaru - tracysmithmiller

I drove from Twin Falls, Idaho to Mark Miller Subaru South Towne specifically to purchase my new Forester from Cameron, and he absolutely earned my business. We handled almost the entire process remotely before I ever came to the dealership. Cameron was straightforward, responsive, provided actual written numbers, answered my questions without pressure, and worked hard to locate the exact Forester Touring Hybrid I wanted when inventory was limited. By the time I arrived, there were no surprises. He had the two vehicles I was considering ready so I could compare them side by side, and the numbers were exactly what we had discussed. The entire experience was professional and relaxed—no games, no pressure, and no stereotypical car-sales tactics. There are Subaru dealerships much closer to our home, but Cameron made the 3½-hour drive to Sandy worth it. I would absolutely make the drive again to buy another vehicle from him. If you're looking for someone who will work with you remotely, respect your time, and actually follow through on what he says, ask for Cameron. Stacey in Finance was fantastic to work with as well. She was excellent—professional, extremely patient and transparent. She explained the options clearly, helped me cancel unused warranty and service coverage on my trade, and tailored the new coverage to what I actually wanted. She even noticed my car-wash sticker on my trade and removed it for me so I wouldn't drive home without it. That kind of attention to detail was appreciated.

We had a great experience! - aleclee2222

We had a great experience! The entire process straightforward, and completely low-pressure. Esther was very friendly and wonderful to work with. She did an excellent job helping us purchase our vehicle. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend Esther and the team at AutoSavvy to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had two previous bad experiences attempting to purchase - Andrew Cravens

I had two previous bad experiences attempting to purchase a car through Carmax. I decided to try one more time because I found a car I really liked. Chris Birrell went the extra mile to make sure this third transaction was successful. If it hadn't been for Chris I am fairly certain I would not have purchased from Carmax. Chris verified the condition of the car before it was shipped which eliminated the reason for the previous two failed purchase attempts. Chris Birrell went the extra mile and followed up with any issue I had. Excellent customer service skills. Chris was instrumental in my purchase being successful.

Deceptive sales practices and zero integrity. - arcane1

Deceptive sales practices and zero integrity. Orem Toyota leased us a vehicle at standard "brand new" pricing, only for us to discover after signing that it had already been used for an external golf tournament with nearly 900 miles driven. At no point during negotiations was this commercial event use disclosed. In fact, on Page 10 of their contract ("Contract to Enter into a Lease Agreement"), they explicitly marked the vehicle as "New" and left the "Demo" box unchecked. That prior usage burned nearly 1,000 miles off our Toyota factory bumper-to-bumper warranty before we ever took delivery. When caught, Sales Manager Ross initially asked what compensation we felt was fair, then ghosted us. General Sales Manager Erik then stepped in and bluntly stated they "will not be compensating for anything or renegotiating a done car purchase." They hide behind the technical Utah legal loophole that a vehicle under 7,500 miles can legally be titled as "new" to justify withholding that they loaned the car out for an event. Legal loophole or not, selling a used event-shuttle car as untouched new inventory without telling the customer is sleazy, deceptive, and morally bankrupt. Inspect every line of your paperwork and take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a car a year ago from LHM Super Ford and - lotharcross

I purchased a car a year ago from LHM Super Ford and recently had some issues with getting scratches repaired under the warranty. The service manager, Ryan Rasmussen, stepped up and went way above and beyond to solve my issues. He turned a frustrating encounter into the best customer service experience I have ever had! I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with someone who truly cares about me as a customer.

Surprised that Brian Johnson is still employeed as - Jarrod

Surprised that Brian Johnson is still employeed as general manager given his unethical sales practices. Disappointed that both Larry H. Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned with his shady tactics. It says a lot about the company when they allow behavior like this to continue unchecked. Brian Johnson is a real piece of work — and unfortunately, so is the LHMiller group. I'll be taking my business to Ken Garff from now on, and I’ll continue sharing my experience to make sure others are aware too.

We just bought a beautiful, brand new car from LHM. - jfeller89

We just bought a beautiful, brand new car from LHM. Clayton Perkins was our sales person. The whole experience was five star. The showroom was beautiful and clean, with comfortable places to rest and complimentary snacks and drinks. Clayton and Cody took time -- a lot of time -- to make us comfortable and help us find the perfect car (and then a lot of time helping us figure out how to work the gadgets on it). Financing from application to signing was a breeze. Honestly, we were expecting less and couldn't have been more impressed.

I recently purchased a Ford Bronco from iDrive Utah and - teenatolbert

I recently purchased a Ford Bronco from iDrive Utah and had a wonderful experience. The sales team were professional, transparent and not pushy. My salesperson David took time to understand what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Paperwork was handled quickly by Justin. The vehicle was detailed and they offered a free fill up. The facility was clean, the staff friendly and communication was excellent throughout the process. I will be recommending iDrive Utah to friends and family.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership. - flagrin533

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership. The first salesman was nice but once the deal started they became impossible to work with and rude. Constantly changing the deal and going back on previously agreed upon numbers and items. Worst place I’ve ever visited.

We are from Colorado and were in Utah seeing some - delmarjwyatt

We are from Colorado and were in Utah seeing some grandchildren. The water pump and radiator went out in our GMC Sierra Denali. Brittany Holt at National GMC fit us into the shop’s busy schedule and we were able to get the repairs completed and were on our way home the next day. She is a professional service advisor and she and the team deserve a 5 star rating. Completely first class customer service. Thank you, Brittany!

Brock Hambley at Tim Dahle Mazda was absolutely awesome - Sienna Hathaway

Brock Hambley at Tim Dahle Mazda was absolutely awesome to work with! From start to finish, he made the entire car-buying experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Brock is extremely knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles and took the time to explain the features, performance, and safety technology in a clear and honest way. He really knows what makes Mazdas stand out—like their reliability, great fuel efficiency, and sporty yet comfortable driving feel. Whether it was explaining the benefits of models like the Mazda3, CX-5, or other options, I never felt rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and professional Mazda salesman who truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Brock to help you out

Took my son's jeep. - DeanNewtown24

Took my son's jeep.in fir a prescheduled appointment on 6/30, had to go get $100 cash fir a loaner because they wouldn't let us wait. The loaner was filthy and too small for my son. They were authorized to diagnose turn signals and headlights and wipers. They sent us a video showing diagnosed water pump, thermostat and fog lights. Spent $4.62 fir parts a supposed faulty wire and charged $501.58. Today the wipers don't work, no turn signals or headlights. They fixed nothing. BBB and disputing the charges is next. The service tech was beligerant and rude. Texted my son saying he wants to get it back in and maybe there is more damage they didn't diagnose or find. Run from them, take them to small claims and tell everyone they are crooks.

Buyer beware. - Happy Girl

Buyer beware. This dealership is sneaky. If you have purchased a car here in the past, you should look through your invoice. You may have paid extra for things like "gap insurance" without your permission.

I attempted to buy a full size pickup after telling me - Richard Farnsworth

I attempted to buy a full size pickup after telling me the price at 42,000 they then said 52,000 with a 941.00 monthly payment. I had 7,000 down and they never even ran my credit which is decent. Once I declined they then tried to down sale me into a Colorado when I told them I already have a Colorado. This place completely insulted my intelligence and I would never buy a car here or recommend them. They are desperate to rip people off.

If you purchase a vehicle from Young Subaru, make sure - JJRWD

If you purchase a vehicle from Young Subaru, make sure you are aware of being charged for a TLP/GAP insurance plan stacked into your finance contract. I paid my loan off 1 year and 11 months earlier than the contract's maturity, so I am owed a refund on the unused pro-rated portion of the TLP/GAP insurance policy. My requests have been ignored by Young Subaru's finance department since back in April 2026. So I have applied my complaint to the Utah State Insurance Commissioner's office. Let's see if they ignore them.
