Greeted me promptly when I arrived. Discussed what was wrong with my vehicle with Jonathan. He offered some possible issues but stated would start with scan. Within 2 hours of dropping off my vehicle I received a call to state it was done. Very pleased with the speediness in which it was completed.

I was greeted several times upon my arrival. Then Jonathan Hernandez took over. Jon communicated clearly with me throughout the service, and I was especially grateful that he listened and took action on an issue that I have tried to get corrected at least once before. The windshield reservoir on the right side of the screen hasn't been working for some time; Jon is the first service person to actually look into it, and discovered that the problem required a replacement part which had to be ordered. I welcome opportunities to work with Jonathan again!!

They took the time to walk me through all of the Mirai’s features: hydrogen fuel cell technology, the impressive range, safety systems—nothing was glossed over. I never felt pressured; instead, they made sure I understood the benefits and answered every question I had with clarity. Everything was laid out clearly, and the Sales Manager Jose Espinoza made sure I got a great rate. What usually takes hours was done efficiently, and I left feeling confident I was in good hands.

I had a routine service on 9/30/25 and Tom Anderson told me that I have 2 recalls which need 2 days to fix them and just schedule it as the parts are available. I schedule the recall service on 9/30/25 and dropped off.my car. The technician told me only one recall can be done today because inly one part is available. But then Tom Anderson called and said the parts are not ready and I need to pick up my car. It was waste of my time and it was unefficient and unprofessional from Toyota service department.
