I apologize for taking so long to write a review. We, {my daughter, two grandchildren and myself), purchased a vehicle in August 2025, with the extraordinary help from Ms. Keila Maria and Mr. Ben Hyde. We were there for almost three hours. They were kind, patient and diligent. I have worked my share of customer service jobs and was 900 percent impressed with this team. They never appeared to be annoyed with the children or because it was taking what seemed like forever. They never gave us the feeling we were wasting their time! We felt we had their undivided attention and they were straight up honest with the details of the sale and the condition of the vehicle. This alone was the major point that helped us to stay at Safford and continue to find a deal without disrupting our budget and they absolutely did just that! They were genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. Will definitely be a return customer!!!

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspections. Unfortunately, the service center failed at the most basic level. The oil filter was improperly installed, causing the engine oil to drain out completely. This left my wife stranded on the side of the road late at night and caused significant oil stains on both my driveway and a friend's property. I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. To his credit, the service advisor was professional, apologetic, and covered the remainder of my insurance tow bill. They cleaned the engine bay and performed the service again. Even after the "fix," the attention to detail was non-existent. When I picked up the vehicle for the second time, I checked the fluids and found that none had been topped off; my coolant was actually below the minimum line. This is despite the fact that a multi-point inspection was part of the original service. My experience soured when I spoke with the manager, Afton Caldwell. She was dismissive and lacked empathy, treating a major service failure as "no big deal." Despite the risk of long-term engine damage due to their negligence, she refused to offer a refund or an extended engine warranty. Offering a free future oil change is a hollow gesture when the trust has been completely broken. They did admit fault on the service receipt, which is the only reason for the second star. However, due to the poor management response and the safety risk involved, I cannot recommend this service center.

Horrible customer service! I drove 4 hours round trip yesterday to look at a Jeep and worked directly with Sales Manager Gary, GM Niko, and Anthony. We spent over an hour going back and forth and ultimately agreed on a price. I was approved through financing, but they only had one finance person working on a Saturday, so we couldn’t complete the paperwork that day. Anthony and Gary both told me they would call me later so we could finalize everything over the phone and sign documents at delivery. I specifically asked whether I needed to leave a deposit, and Gary told me that would not be necessary. Anthony even said he had the keys and had already moved the Jeep to the “sold” lot in the back. I never received a call. When I followed up the next morning, I was told the three people I had worked with were off, and the manager on duty, David, informed me they had sold the Jeep to someone else later that night. His only response was “our bad” and that this “happens a lot.” That is extremely disappointing after driving 4 hours and being told the vehicle was secured. If Lindsey Automotive does not have adequate finance staffing on busy days, that should not become the customer’s problem—especially after a price agreement and financing approval. If you are not local and can’t sit in their waiting room for hours, be cautious. Based on my experience, verbal commitments and assurances that a vehicle is “sold” may not actually mean it’s being held for you. Customer service did not feel like a priority here.

It took days to get the vehicle at the dealership before they could even show it to me. I purchased the car one evening so wasn't able to exactly go around and check things it's a two-year-old car. The very next morning the car wouldnt start. I missed a day of work due to this. The dealership did come get the car and replace the battery. Immediately the car is hesitating during driving making a rattling sound in the wheels up front and a rattling in up under the car in the back. I took it in they tried to charge me almost $300 to take a look at the car that I had just purchased I argued that they didn't end up charging me. Come to find out there were bolts loose on the front axle and the heat shield from the gas tank was falling off broken. After complaining they finally got my car in and fixed the axle bolts and the heat shield but I still had to pay $105 deductible for things that were a safety issue when they initially sold the car to me and they couldn't find the same issue I was talking about with a hesitation of the motor while driving. So I went to an independent mechanic and he diagnosed the car as needing a tune-up new spark plugs and wires and they refuse to replace them telling me that they're 100,000 miles spark plugs in the vehicle. I've been given the runaround since the beginning of getting this car and now I have no recourse because cars are obviously as is but I feel like they sold me a car with issues and refuse to take care of the issue even though they state that it's under warranty but no one can diagnose it there. I would highly suggest not purchasing a vehicle through these guys as they will give you a run around and try to get out of anything that they can do not put money back into a used vehicle that is only 2 years old. I've purchased many vehicles from several different dealerships in the area and this is by far the worst customer service I've received to date.

An underpriviledge mechanic service area review-dirty service bays and mechanics with dirty clothes entering your vehicle-- scratched my wheels and did replaced them and scratched the new ones! Ram truck as expensive as they are and have a service area as this in Berglund JDR. I had a professional wheel repair person of 21 years analyze the wheel scratches and determined that Berglund JDR's tire changer and wheel balancer caused these scratches along with mechanic negligence. Of course they denined any wrong doing as corporate management would. Evening the new hired service manager agreed with my analysis of the mechanic area. As a veteran, I would not TRUST BERGLUND for car service! On a scale of 1 thru 10, I give them a negative 5!! Joe US Army veteran!!

I purchased a Certified Used 2016 Ram 1500 pickup from - rtomhave

I purchased a Certified Used 2016 Ram 1500 pickup from Marlow Motor Company on March 16, 2024. The vehicle was purchased at 80,000 miles. Since that time I have had two service appointments at Marlow Motors with oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. I have had the battery replaced, replaced the serpentine belt, replaced the CPCH and valve-purge control, and spent $970.50 in parts and labor along the way. Then, on March 3, 2025, after just over 10,000 driving miles in the first year, I was due for inspection. I confidently returned to Marlowe for the inspection thinking that since the purchase of a Certified Used Vehicle, regularity of service and inspections, and just over 10,000 miles of usage in the first year, I would pay my $20 for a successful inspection and be on my way. Some time later while in the waiting room, I received a text telling me that my vehicle had failed inspection and that there were 5 items that "required immediate attention" to the tune of $1683.58. Fourth on the list of these items was "Replace Rear Brake Pads and Resurface Rotos." A service representative soon joined me in the waiting room to further explain that it was the brakes that had failed inspection. The first three items on the "requires immediate attention" list included brake fluid exchange service and four-wheel alignment, and differential service. The fifth item was "replacing cabin air filter" which I was pretty sure did not "require immediate attention" in relation to a state inspection. I asked the service representative what it meant to purchase a Certified Used Vehicle and he mumbled that everything is in working order and safe. When I queried how the brakes of a Certified Used Vehicle could be deemed unsafe with only 10,000 miles of usage, I was told that the inspector did not look at my purchase and service history. I told him that I had lost trust and confidence in Marlowe Motors as my service shop and how disappointed I was in that I was planning to continue my service with them for the vehicle, but now simply wanted my vehicle returned. They had lost me as a customer. For the cost of $22.87 and a failed inspection sticker in my windshield, I went to another local state inspector, paid my $20 and passed inspection. Lesson learned.

Unnecessary repairs? Valve cover ($400) and both batteries ($700+)? This was my 4th visit to CMA Chrysler for service and the first three were fine and reasonable. Perhaps this time the unneeded repairs are just coincidences? Or was the staff looking for end-of-year bonuses or quotas? My check engine light had come on and the engine was rough. A friend-mechanic ran a diagnostic and told me I had a cylinder 2 misfire. So I left my Pacifica, and they concurred, and told me I needed a new ignition coil, and that I should replace all my sparkplugs. Since the car had 120K miles that seemed reasonable. About $1k so far. A couple of days later they called and said I had a valve cover leaking oil for another $400. I hadn’t noticed an oli leak but I accepted the recommendation. But a few days later just before pickup I was told that both my batteries were weak and needed replacement. (I had not experienced any issues) Well, my start-stop battery was replaced a few months ago, so I told them they would have to do it under warranty. And when I inquired I was told the new main battery was $300+. I left the car another day and I was told that the start-stop battery now tested fine and did not need replacement. And the regular battery which tested weak (so I was told) had not cause me any problems so I left it alone(another month in the cold with lots of down time and I have had no issues. So, bottom line – I didn’t need either battery replaced and saved myself $700. I have lost trust in CMA Chrysler. Not sure if I should give them another chance, perhaps this was just coincidence/bad luck? . Three stars because I am unsure if the unnecessary work was coincidence or dishonesty. I wont recommend CMA for now, although I did in the past. Everyone including Matthew was nice and professional. But when they recommend work, then dont do it because it is under warranty and it no longer needs it - that is a red flag.

This review is a community review of Mr. Kenny Long, Sales Consultant with Greenbrier Motor Company in Lewisburg, WV. I do not know Mr. Long personally, but I recently ran into him one evening at Kroger when I was having difficulty with one of my tires and I didn't know what to do. I drove around the gas pumps and stopped to ask for help. He came right over and looked at my tire and offered to help me. He met me at the air pump, put air in for me, talked to me the whole time, explaining what to do and giving me helpful advice. He was exactly who I needed at exactly the right time, and he didn't want anything in return for the help. We shook hands, and he did give me his business card. As I drove home, I reflected on how helpful he had been and my thankfulness, and how he is an asset to our community, and I'm sure he is to the company as well. I don't need a vehicle right now, but I can say that Kenny would be the type of person I would want to deal with if I was looking to purchase a vehicle. Based on the character traits that he showed towards me that evening when I needed a helping hand - compassion, willingness to help, honesty, trustworthy, resourceful, positive attitude - I would confidently highly recommend Kenny Long. I could not submit this review unless I selected a reason for visit, make/model of vehicle, etc., so I did have to select answers for those questions. However, this was only a community review that I hoped people would find helpful - I didn't actually visit the shop.

Christian Johnson and his Manager, Pete Bilodeau were very kind and provided excellent customer service despite us being difficult. In the end, their customer service and value won, over the vehicle that honestly had better mileage and more bells and whistles!
