                                                        The sales people were all very helpful.  The service department took care of most issues I had with the vehicle, and gave me a voucher to have the remainder of the issues taken care of in my hometown.  
I have one issue with trying to get help via a phone call.  I received a package with my paperwork, and had a question about something, so I called the number on the letter enclosed with the paperwork.  The recording said the store was open, but i needed to talk to the business office, which was closed.  It gave me the option to press a number for the hours for the business hours, but when i pressed the number, it took me back to the main menu, and asked me what i needed.  I said i had a question about the paperwork I received, and the recording advised that the store is open, but the business office was not open.  It asked if I wanted to know the hours of the business office, and told me to press the number I had already selected.  I pressed the number, which took me back to the main menu.  I said I wanted to talk to a person, then it asked what my question was, and I repeated I wanted to talk to a person.  I was transferred to a person, who was not at the store.  He advised that the business office is too busy to answer their phones on saturday mornings, and advised that I might have better luck, if I call back this afternoon!  I've got plans this afternoon.  I was really disappointed with your phone service, and the fact that I couldn't figure out what hours the business office is open.  I think it would be much better for customers to hear that all representatives are currently busy, and they could have someone call me back.  I didn't enjoy being on a merry-go-round, and still not have my concerns taken care of!  I made 3 calls, and still have no answer to my concern, and I'm not looking forward to calling back later, hoping there just might be someone who is not too busy to address my concern!  😡
