Drove from Riverside to Hemet to get a car and I'm so Im so happy I did! Everyone was so helpful! Marquise helped me find the perfect car. I got to meet Betty who stepped in place when I couldn't meet with someone else. She made the process of buying a car feel like I was visiting a friend. So kind and friendly. She was patient enough to explain everything. And Michael in finance got us the best deal he could find. Every person we worked with were doing all they could help us as much as possible.

I had a good experience with the dealership. The location is in a strip of dealerships so it’s easy to find. The showroom floor is very clean and had a nice assortment of M cars to look at. The rest of the facility was great. Overall, I’d rate my experience a 4/5. I wish they were a bit more lenient on the price I was trying to pay for my vehicle but overall I can’t complain.

I when to dealer at 830am for oil change was done at 1120am was never contacted that vehicle was done. Was inform would take 2 hours, but took way longer. Gave inform to staff for service mgr to call at 1120 was busy and 619 pm now and did not get call back

Our salesman, Adam LaFranchi, made the experience of buying our Crosstrek as smooth as any new or used car buying experience I've ever had. The rest of the staff was equally as helpful. The follow-up by Hansel Subaru has been unlike any dealer I've dealt with, including Hansel Toyota and Hansel Ford.

We bought a car at Redlands Nissan with my wife, since I was not present in the city, they sent me the documents for me to sign and assured my wife that as soon as they receive the signed documents from me, they will send us the second key of the car, since they received the signed documents from me, it has been almost 6 months since we have not received the duplicate keys of the car, I tried everything so that they send me the duplicate keys as promised by their salesman called "angel", but nothing at all. I called there, they send me all for a walk, from the simple employee to the manager, all are unprofessional, bad place to buy your vehicle. Go elsewhere to buy your vehicle, they have an employee called angel who does not care about anything after he sold you a car, all that interests them is earn money quickly, after you have signed the papers, they don't care about you, go buy your car elsewhere, don't fall into my situation. This car dealer should be closed, it's incredible that a business behaves like this in a state governed by the rule of law.

Stay away from this place. The service was awful. For starters I was very much pressured into buying the car even know I wanted to sleep on it for a night. I do not blame the sales guy as he was trying to close a deal, but I did not receive that same pressure at Fletcher Mercedes Benz Newport Beach. Besides the pressure I was sold a certain warranty and then later realized I was not given the warranty I was told I would have. It took weeks and weeks to resolve this and at the end of the day the dealer never fully fixed it. I had to deal with the warranty company myself to get it activated. Also, I was told I had to get the Zurich Shield which is a protective ceramic style coating. The car did not look like it had it applied so I took it in to get reapplied and they simply just didn’t do it. The claimed they did but it was obvious they didn’t. The car was given back to me dirty and the inside wasn’t even wiped down, so how could they have done it? Do yourself a favor and go to a better dealer. There is a reason why Mercedes Benz of West Covina is 3.6 on Google and Fletcher Mercedes Jones is 4.3 Stay far far away! The worst!

Terrible dealer. - Salavon

Terrible dealer. Had over $2000 in worthless add ons that they did not disclose until after working on paperwork. No negotation on price. Sold me a car with a crack in it and said they would take care of it. Took a month to actually get me scheduled and then did not do anything but “seal” then said that’s what the contract says. Yep the contract sure scammed me all right - I expected the crack to be fixed. Obviously have zero care for you as the customer. I like the Jeep I bought and it serves my purpose but I won’t be back and I would stay far away.
