Made it right - mpg051583
Dealership made things right. I should preface this review with having the wrong LHM. The LHM that I dealt with is in Aurora, CO not on 104th

They made buying a car fun and very easy - Bill303
The folks at Brandon Dodge are great to work with and very no pressure professionals. We were looking for a Challenger and they had a great selection. The building is very comfortable and everyone was professional and very helpful. Michael Kern treated us great
Amazing experience - BRamos23
Overall best experience buying a vehicle. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive and Tony took the time and put in the effort to get me what I wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a new vehicle and trading in my last one. Thank you Prestige!

Service Delivered to My Home! - Happy Pacifica Owner
My 2017 Chrysler Pacifica had 2 recalls and Joe Segura, Mobile Technician, John Elway Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Greeley, CO drove to my house in Johnstown to complete the 2 recalls! He was so courteous and helpful on the phone. He arranged the work on the same day I was available. He worked in the hot sun and professionally completed the processes. It was such a convenience for me! I was impressed with Joe and I am thrilled with the mobile service. Joe definitely has a great personality - friendly, but straight to work. He finished in a short time. Thanks, Joe!

Pleasant experience, John is great, so is the new management - ALC
I really wanted a new vehicle, but didn't know if my less than perfect credit would qualify me or not. John had me qualified in minutes! I have never been somewhere before where I bought a vehicle and it was this smooth or laid back like it was at Steamboat Motors. From my understanding, they are under new management now, and wow, they are great!! There was zero pressure, they were flexible, quick, and very accommodating. All I had to supply was a one page application, my insurance card and drivers license, and in 5 minutes they already had me approved! Also, I am a Veteran, (so were many of them that worked there), and they had Veteran incentives I have never seen at any other dealerships before. They even offered to drive my other vehicle home which was 45 minutes away! Everyone there was so much fun, and easy to work with, I felt like I've known all of them forever after only spending an hour with them. If I didn't already have a job I love in a different field, I could see myself working here having co-workers like Patty, John, Marcus, Tim and Ralph. It was clear that their management appreciates their staff and their customers because he puts on a free BBQ every single Saturday for everyone. THANK YOU Patty for selling me my new Jeep Compass, and Marcus for shuttleing me around and getting my other vehicle home, John for getting me approved so fast and easy when I thought I wouldn't, Ralph, it shows that your management style and appreciation for your staff and customers is number one, you are laid back and funny and I really felt welcome, and Tim for being so personable, accommodating and inviting on the phone when I called about an oil change that morning - instead of saying "We are full today" he said "We will get you in, and we have free food today too we are BBQ'ing." I thought wow, how personable, that was great! So was the oil change! And I love my new Jeep! You guys were so great!
2nd Time RAM Purchase - Diamond Jim 2019
I had been looking at a new RAM for months. After doing some research I was convinced that the 2019 RAM was the truck for me, although a bit partial as my last truck was a 1998 RAM Sport. I love the redesign. Dodge did it right on this one. Additionally, the dealership, Christopher's Dodge World was an absolute pleasure to work with. The salesman, Lloyd Padilla worked with me throughout the entire process and although I changed my mind a few times regarding the model to purchase, Big Horn or Laramie, Lloyd worked diligently and did an awesome job meeting all of my needs and requirements. Brandon in the finance department did an awesome job getting the financing set up with my credit union and explaining all of my options. The experience was actually fun rather than being the typical high pressure, stressful pain in the rump experience. I have already recommended Lloyd and Christopher's Dodge World to a friend and will continue to do so going forward.

Buying a Jeep Made Easy - TROUTBUM
After studying the various models and comparing other brands I came to realize it is true when they say "Jeep....there's only one". However none of the models on their lot were just what I wanted so Randy Hawks said "no problem, lets build you one". He spent quite a bit of time helping me decide which Jeep would be just what I wanted/needed, and then when it arrived making sure I knew how to operate it. A very pleasant experience.
tifany - Bradlois
Tiffany was great car was done when promised just recall work but it was all explained d done in a timely fashion thanks a lot
Great experience when buying our truck - cjb
Rich was great to deal with - no hassles at all, and he even found us a better interest rate than our credit union. We were in and out of the dealership with our new (used) truck in less than an hour and a half. Not only will we go back to buy our next vehicle, we will refer everyone we know who is looking for a vehicle to Rich.

Let Berthod users Beware - Berthod Buyer
Berthod Motors sold us a brand new Jeep with headlights that are so dim that they are dangerous at night. They cannot fix them, and they cannot offer any solutions or offer any suggestions that they will stand behind as to after market bulbs or light assemblies. Don’t buy from Berthod or you will be caught in the dark. Let Berthod Buyers Beware!
New Ram Truck - Higros
The people there took really good care of me and my family! I’ll be back again when I need another car! Thank you much!
Car Buying Made Easy - Shannon Winkelman
We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here. We came in late in the day, approximately 4:30. Matt Leo was so incredibly helpful! He met us at the door with a handshake, listened to what we were looking for, and took us out to show us what they had. We narrowed it down to between a new and used vehicle. Matt gave no pressure to buy the newer vehicle, just answered our questions and told us pros and cons of each. He stayed far later than their closing time to make sure that we were satisfied with our experience and the sale. Once the sale was complete, he didn't give us the bum rush out the door so he could go home. He made sure that we were familiar with every aspect of how to operate our new car with all of its features and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this dealership and, in particular, Matt Leo to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!
Horrible - salidadodgesux
Any good reviews are probably fake. They do not care about their customers and will take any opportunity to royally **** you over. Go anywhere else!
Poor customer service - Customer 2018
We own several Jeeps/Dodge/Chyrsler vehicles we bought new and have had no problems at other dealerships. The customer service in the service department at the Grand Junction Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership was very unprofessional and dishonest. We bought a new Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited Edition from them and within a few months had a malfunction in the rear latch resulting in a broken rear window. The main Chrysler corporation assigned a case number to our vehicle because it was covered under warranty . Our new vehicle was in this dealership for over a month with no updates or correspondence from the service manager assigned to our case (Mark). We paid the individual who placed our rear window that is contracted through the dealership out of respect. When we picked up our vehicle the service manager (Mark) closed our case without reimbursing us for our window. I had to go back to the Chrysler Corp and get a new case assigned to us to get reimbursed for the window. The chiseler corporation indicated the previous should not have been closed by the dealership until everything was complete. Again, terrible customer service, I would not recommend this service department to anyone.
A Very Dissatisfied Customer 06/07/2018
Dwight was great, all others were well below average. Manage - Jharsy
Dwight was great. All others were not responsive and hard edged. I had to call twice to make offers, and they didn’t respond until I called twice. The vehicle was on their lot 90 days and was a fair opportunity but seemed they were waiting for the “sucker” to come along. Best of luck.
If you go to Boulder Dodge, ask for Dwight. Young, but great instincts and wanting the best for the buyer and seller.
Terrible, One Star Customer Service - camelhairy
Judge a business how they handle a difficult situation when problems arise.
Vista Jeep in Silverthorne fails and ranks poorly in this aspect.
Vista Jeep dealership lacks the integrity and the professionalism to solve problems, to honor their commitments, and to provide an acceptable level of customer service in their service department.
The Vista Jeep service department called me to reschedule a service visit to reprogram my computer (45 minute task I’m told) because they were too busy to service my vehicle before July 4th.
Obliging, I moved my appointment to Thurs 7-5 (by their own recommendation) when they could service the Jeep first thing in the morning at 8:00 AM and be done in an hour.
Arriving a bit early and at 8:00 AM, I discovered an unstaffed check-in-desk, no one on duty, and informed by office personnel that former service manager Bobby had quit for a better job.
No one was trained to bring up the Jeep service side on the computers to verify my appointment, so I had no appointment.
I repeat: No one in the entire organization was trained to look me up on the Jeep service computers and there was no paperwork to be found.
Further, I was informed all the Jeep mechanics were “very busy”. I was not given a solution, time, or remedy. I was left walking around simmering a slow burn. Nor was I was informed about a remedy by wandering confused staff on the floor or in the main office.
General manager Jeff who arrived late in the early morning chaos (other customers were upset) did not nothing to solve the problem or to inform, and kicked me out of the dealership for complaining and my angry demeanor.
Avoid the maintenance side at Vista Jeep dealer. Also, general manager Jeff lacks the personal skills to solve problems and to provide responsible professional service to Jeep owners.
Strangely a month ago, I gave the same dealership a 5 star rating. However, that was before service manager Bobby quit (who held service together by a loose string) and I had the misfortune to meet up with lame general manager Jeff who apparently can’t keep his business properly staffed or keep his staff properly trained, as well as, motivate his staff to provide professional customer service.
Avoid Silverthorne Vista Jeep.
Purchased used car - Jinglebob
First let me say that I have never been treated better at a car dealership than I was at AutoNation Southwest. First the Sales Staff, Chris Revere and Riza Fadil, then by the sales manager Noah Montanye and then followed up by the Service Manager Steve Smith. I bought a used 2006 Dodge Charger at a reasonable price on a Wednesday, completed paper work on Thursday and the car was for all purposes then, mine. AutoNation offers a five day or 250 miles no questions asked money back return guarantee on their used cars. I took the car home and decided to get my own inspection of the car which turned up two problems with the car. I took it back on Friday and met with Chris and Noah to discuss my options. Turn the car back of have it repaired. It was my choice. I really liked the car and Noah asked me if the repairs were made would I keep the car and I said yes. Noah wrote out an IOU for the repairs and an extension on their return policy. I took the car in on Monday Morning and met with Steve over the repairs need. No where along the line was their any hesitation or disagreement on providing me the car I wanted and in a timely fashion. Can’t say enough about these guys and the policies at AutoNation Southwest. I think you will find the same in your car future. I want to point out that no one ask me to write a review and doing so was on my own accord.
Freaking Amazing - Katy567
I was in a very sketchy situation with getting into a new vehicle and out of another one, being young and not sure how to go about things, I went in to see if they would be able to help me and I was extremely welcomed. Josh and Johnathan were absolutely amazing!!
Watch their closing agents. - Mac Shafer
WATCH OUT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT DO THEIR CLOSINGS!!!!!! The person that handled the closing kept trying to get me to buy a really expensive extended warranty. He wanted me to pay $3500 no fricken way, but when he got to $750 i agreed, Then he said he would add 6 free oil changes as well. Pretty good deal until we started signing the paperwork and he had me sign for the 6 supposed free oil changes and the $750 extended warranty. He then presented the final closing documents and he had put both the $3500 extended warranty as well as a charge for $750 for the 6 free oil changes. Watch these guys, the stereotypical used car salesman, pretty scummy in my opinion, will never do business with them again.
This place sucks! - Jonathan Z
WORST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! Having dealt with numerous dealerships in my life, I must say this place is just awful! Condescending, insulting, deceitful and unprofessional. The 2008 Toyota I purchased from them is plagued with engine issues after putting less than 200 miles on it. I should have had an independent mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection because it would have revealed a failing engine. My vehicle quit running after 2 days, all plugs drown out from engine oil in the galleys, not good! Dirty engine oil and filter that was 2 quarts overfilled. What a mess! Sales Manager Matt Urland would not respond to my email and has the audacity to give me his office number of 000-000-0000 no less than 3 times in his correspondence. I do not need to be treated like that after giving you thousands of dollars of my hard earned money! Took 5 hours for the buying process and that was with no trade in or financing paperwork for them to navigate. As i am finally taking possession of my vehicle I get approached by a salesperson laughing "that i will be passing everything but the gas station in that thing" as he walked inside. After sale, the only interest they have in me is auto-generated emails trying to get me into their poorly rated service department to fix my lemon, no thanks! Skeevy, high-volume, corporate, get those cars out the door feel to this place for sure.
No quality control.. poor service department. - JT79118
This place is a joke. The salespeople are ok, but the service department is terrible. They failed to correctly repair my truck and then refuse to return phone calls. Service manager doesn't care. Left multiple messages.. no reply.
New Management very Impressive - Rockies Girl
I was shocked when I saw the dealership under new management. The lot is so full of great car options and the new sales team really impressed me with their professionalism. Looking forward to buying my next car there.
