After having been to multiple dealerships in multiple locations with no luck or having not been helped to the extent of the dealers I worked with, I came to John Elway and worked with Jason on severl occasions. While my credit and financial situation at previous visits did not pan out well, Jason still kept in contact with me and exhausted all of his resources to help me as best as he could. When my situation had finally improved, I felt confident and compelled to visit Jason here at John Elway again for me vehicle needs, and he was able to get me into a vehicle that suited me needs! I really wanted a new vehicle, but didn't know if my less than perfect credit would qualify me or not. John had me qualified in minutes! I have never been somewhere before where I bought a vehicle and it was this smooth or laid back like it was at Steamboat Motors. From my understanding, they are under new management now, and wow, they are great!! There was zero pressure, they were flexible, quick, and very accommodating. All I had to supply was a one page application, my insurance card and drivers license, and in 5 minutes they already had me approved! Also, I am a Veteran, (so were many of them that worked there), and they had Veteran incentives I have never seen at any other dealerships before. They even offered to drive my other vehicle home which was 45 minutes away! Everyone there was so much fun, and easy to work with, I felt like I've known all of them forever after only spending an hour with them. If I didn't already have a job I love in a different field, I could see myself working here having co-workers like Patty, John, Marcus, Tim and Ralph. It was clear that their management appreciates their staff and their customers because he puts on a free BBQ every single Saturday for everyone. THANK YOU Patty for selling me my new Jeep Compass, and Marcus for shuttleing me around and getting my other vehicle home, John for getting me approved so fast and easy when I thought I wouldn't, Ralph, it shows that your management style and appreciation for your staff and customers is number one, you are laid back and funny and I really felt welcome, and Tim for being so personable, accommodating and inviting on the phone when I called about an oil change that morning - instead of saying "We are full today" he said "We will get you in, and we have free food today too we are BBQ'ing." I thought wow, how personable, that was great! So was the oil change! And I love my new Jeep! You guys were so great!

After studying the various models and comparing other brands I came to realize it is true when they say "Jeep....there's only one". However none of the models on their lot were just what I wanted so Randy Hawks said "no problem, lets build you one". He spent quite a bit of time helping me decide which Jeep would be just what I wanted/needed, and then when it arrived making sure I knew how to operate it. A very pleasant experience.

This was my first oil change, and the experience was very positive. The shop was very thorough with the service, making sure that I knew what additional service or repairs were needed with my vehicle. I especially appreciated the professional car wash, which made my freshly-serviced car fun and attractive to drive away from the dealership.

Service department cannot fix my Dodge Nitro - Unhappy
I purchased my Dodge Nitro brand new 2009. The car was great. It is paid off. I had about 60,000 miles or ablittle less and i started having problems with it. It clicks and will not start randomly. It does finally start. I believe I started taking it to service and told them about the problem and of course it would not do for them. It has been getting worse and I still only have 83,000 miles on it. I have paid for repairs and it still is having the problem. But even worse. So I have another appt tomorrow and see what happens this time. I have contacted corporate office and they do absolutely nothing. I am very disappointed. I like to buy locally to help our economy but I will never buy a dodge again and forget buying locally. I thought Dodge should know how to fix their cars. Oh and I did record what it was doing and yes it did for them the last visit and still not starting until 16,times trying to start it.

We had been in the market for a Jeep Rubicon. Decided to see what Durango had to offer. They had a Jeep with the extras we'd been looking for. Matt Leo was very helpful and knowledgeable. After we purchased the vehicle we realized a feature was missing that was a priority for us. We spoke with Matt and he immediately resolved the issue. With each purchase you get free baked goods from a local bakery......very good!!!!

I recently was in the market for a new vehicle as the one I had purchased I wasn't happy with. After locating a vehicle with Christophers Dodge World (2016 Mustang GT Premium) I traded in my car (2016 Outback 3.6R Limited) to them. I got hit very hard on my trade as they showed me that the vehicle had some major body work done which I was unaware of.
They came up a little to move the Mustang which I guess had been sitting for a while. I took the vehicle in to my mechanic to have him inspect it as the car was modified. Mechanically the car was sound however I was told that the car had overs-pray on every body panel, indicating damage to the car which was not reflected on the CarFax. I then took it to a different car dealer and had it appraised for a second opinion. My $30k purchase came back as worth about $20k. The used car manager walked me through the car and showed me the over-spray on the panels and suggested I take it back to the dealer.
I returned to Christophers Dodge World, showed them the problem and they offered to let me pick another car on the lot and they would buy back the Mustang. This however is where it went south. After looking for 3-4 hours at their inventory I wasn't able to find anything I liked in my budget. I was also informed that they would be trading my car back in for less than what I had paid for it (about $6k less). I was told that I wouldn't find a higher number anywhere else, essentially, take it or leave it. So I was stuck having to either pick a new car that I didn't like or keep the car that was now worth way less than what I paid for it.
I ended up begrudgingly taking a new 2018 Charger SXT base model as it was the cheapest and I thought there wouldn't be anything wrong with it. This NEW car with 100 miles has a lovely little rattle in the dash and the fake plastic rims rattle like a pill bottle when I drive it, not to mention that when I removed them there is black paint all over the actual rims on the NEW car like they were put on and then spray painted while on the car. I'm now at least $6k upside on a NEW car that I hate paying $500 a month for a car that's worth about $21k.
If you are going to buy from here, at least inspect every inch of the vehicle and make sure you take it to a reputable mechanic to have it looked at. If I were you, I would steer clear entirely.

They had prizes in a few of their vehicles and I was looking at the control areas. I went to ask about the Trucks and then took a test drive in a Jeep Cherokee. It was a wonderful experience.
I asked Travis to show me the next level down and ended up with a Bronco (yay!!!) Orange Jeep Compass. I named her Ginger.
The dealership is so terrific. I am not a "Techy" Granny and so every time I pull in and ask questions they not only answer my questions but instruct me on how to do it myself. They are all so patient.

Called to see if the car was still there. Will answered my call. He asked me for the stock number so I gave it to him. He told me he would go outside and check for me, then call me back. Sure enough, about 10 minutes later, he called me back. We agreed to a time that worked for me. When I arrived, he already had the Malibu in the front of the store. I drove it then bought it. No games or tricks...and I know we have all experienced that. Great experience with Will! If you need a used vehicle ask for Will.

During a May 10 routine service, the tech forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I gave them a chance to make it right. Said they would reimburse me for the extra cost of repairs since wheel studs had snapped off the hub. No responses from the GM nor Service Director. Very poor customer service. After using them for over 2 years, I will never be back.
