If I could leave a negative 10 stars, I would. Please know before reading this, we have no feeling or sense of entitlement; we simply needed help and or guidance. We were vacationing in Ouray when our Dodge 3500 gave a warning that the exhaust filter was full. We called the dealership for help and to find out when they could schedule an appointment to assess what needs to be done. (We are 900 miles from home!!! We had the truck serviced locally before we left to ensure we had no problems for our trip.) But we did. And when we called the dealership, we believed Dodge would be there and take care of us, or at least help in some way, but we were VERY wrong—they never called us back after we left several messages. There was no help, no assistance, and showed no concern. Just never called back - EVER or answered the phone! Is this what the Dodge company is about? I would hope not. I believe it is this non-dependable dealership. However, thank God, we did find help from the Double Bar mechanic here in Montrose. They are great folks and even drove us to get a rental car. GRAND JUNCTION DODGE...do better by people... especially ones that need you and are stranded! And answer your phone! Call people back! And ask yourself, would you want to be done like this!
