The Service Advisor, Jessica, was wonderful. Great listener, great communator. The cost to complete the repairs were expensive, but worth the price. What is a problem is the cost the charge to use a credit card. Please be aware before you arrange service. This practice need to change!!!!!!!!

My experience at this dealer was nothing but professional, in addition everyone had a great attitude and customer service traits. At a stressful time of not having a vehicle their staff helped tremendously with rides to and from the dealer. Also they honored an original diagnostic payment and did not double charge me for a diagnostic the second time I brought the vehicle in. My car was left clean and in good condition inside and out. Also it was great having them deal directly with my carmax warranty which in addition eased the stress and inconvenience of not having my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back in the future if anything goes wrong with my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the work and experience I received from this particular Dodge dealer!

Not given lightly. Let's be honest, going and spending 10s of thousands of dollars is never fun, but if you're going to have to do it, this place will make the experience good, start to finish. Eric C was helpful and could have steered me in the direction of a truck I didn't need. As a matter of fact, I probably wouldn't have bought one if he did, since this was a WANT and not a NEED. By the time everything was said and done, I felt like I made the right choice based on my budget and desired features and worked with me every step of the way. Taking it a step further, I bought running boards after the purchase. The parts department went out of their way to make the price of them work, and the service department put them on at a fair and decent price. Again, this review, for a dealership, isn't given lightly. Truly one of the best I've ever been to. Now I need to convice my wife she needs a Jeep 4xE, because I know where I'm taking her to get it.

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

I had to have my GMC Canyon (diesel)repaired in Denver at Foundation Chevrolet, where they said that my oil was 1.5 quarts overfilled and that the result was damage to the NOX sensors. I notified Morehart Murphy GMC service of this, since they had done the last oil change, and they responded saying that the engine oil had been topped off or diesel was leaking into the engine causing an increase in oil volume. I know that the oil was never topped off and I decided to see if my oil volume increased after Foundation Chevrolet changed the oil several months ago. Go figure, their xx excuse was false as the oil level has remained constant. The Morehart Murphy service said that they weren't able to overfill oil in an oil change and the dipstick was checked after an oil change. Well I strongly disagree and see that they would never admit their probable culpability. On top of that the Morehart Murphy Regional Group provides no way to file a complaint beyond the shop that has no incentive to respond to problems. I have to question the overall quality of service, responsiveness to problems and ethics of at minimum the GMC service segment.
