Nice, easy transaction. I traveled over 2 hours from Long Island, NY to buy this truck. Vin was very helpful and sent a video of the truck before I made the trip. The truck was everything I expected. Vin went out of his way to help make sure the truck was serviced and ready when I got there. Paperwork was nice and simple. They were even able to handle getting NY plates for me so I didn't have to go to DMV. I would buy from again.

I left my car with them thinking I needed a full 4 wheel replacement and alignment. Not only did they tell me I only needed my front 2 wheels replaced, saving me hundreds of dollars they easily could have just taken, they also did a full oil change! All of this and the price was well below all other places I shopped at. Pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of customer service. Will definitely be back!

Terrible. They pitch you as how they are this transparent dealer and how important their customers are. I overheard the manager, Steve was his name, speaking so derogatory about a customer who was trying to negotiate a price on a car. It was so unprofessional. It was like he took it personally that the customer was trying to negotiate. One of the other employees sitting next Steve was laughing at everything Steve said, and brown nosing Steve to death. I was waiting for Steve to pet him and say, "good boy". He was a short, heavy set fellow that spoke with a fake New York accent. It was like being in a high school locker room. After I heard this, I left. I'll never buy a car here.

Buying a car is an important experience. It has to meet your needs. Second only to a home, it is the second biggest purchase you will probably make. and budget. The people at O'Neill's made this very easy and pleasant.
I started at their website to see what was available in my price range that fit my requirements., I called Charlie Melnick in sales and set up an appointment. Of the 2 cars I looked at, one clearly stood out and after test driving the car was sold.
I liked that there was "no game playing". Straightforward, honest man, that's Charlie Melnick.
When we picked up the car Lou, the finance man, went through all the finalized paperwork. No hidden ambiguous fees. He even had a wireless rearview camera installed at my husband's request.
Charlie put the plates on, and took time to go over all the operating features and set up the OnStar before we left the lot. Very happy experience.

Paul in the service department is the best in customer service. It is rare these days to find a person who really cares about it's customers. Paul is one of those people whether it be in person or on the phone. I would recommend this dealership 110%. From choosing a car, going through the finance process and then maintaining the car I couldn't be more pleased. This is the second car I have bought and serviced at this dealership. I have had multiple family members purchase cars from this dealership and none have ever regretted it.

Went here for a free oil change. The representative Frank (chuck norris) was so friendly and funny that our hour wait felt like 20 minutes. He was honest and real and had us laughing our butts off the whole time. Should start mentioning him as a perk to getting your car serviced here. Great guy

couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. My salesman got me the best price (with deep discounts). Upon seeing my salesman (randy) he immediately told me about all the discounts they could offer, which is unheard of, rather than haggling over the msrp. The finance department got me the best loan with the lowest interest rate possible. But, I was most impressed by the service department. The service manager gave me a tour and introduced me to the mechanics. I had parts ordered ( truck side steps and tonneau cover) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and that my parts were put on quickly. The staff at Valenti Chevrolet knows how to take care of their customers, which is why they get so much repeat business. This is the only dealership I will be doing business with in the future!!!

I was browsing new Corvettes on CarGurus and came upon a great deal on a 2017 Corvette Z51 3LT. I submitted a question and got a response very quickly. After a few emails I ended up setting an appointment so that my trade could be valued and I could look at the Corvette. Dan Hass was my sale person and he was extremely friendly and laid back. I felt no pressure at all during our entire interaction which spanned emails, texts, and an in person meeting. I test drove the Corvette and noticed a blemish on the door trim. Dan was quick to talk to someone that could take a look and I was assured that it would be taken care of if I chose to purchase the vehicle. I was fully expecting something to ‘come up’ with a mistake in advertising on the online price of the car, but everything went as smooth as silk an Dan did all the talking behind the scenes with the Sales Manager and anyone else. Some of my previous experiences at other dealerships, buying a new car, ended up with me having to speak to the ‘sales manager’ and then getting some run around about how I can’t get the price I expected. Not here! The guys at Blasius are straight shooters and don’t waste an ounce of your time. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a new car, and I’ve gone through this at least 10 times in the past. I pick up my new Corvette on Saturday and I’m very excited about welcoming it home! Thank you Blasius and team for a truly extraordinary car buying experience!

They gave me a fantastic trade-in value that I would have been ignorant to turn down. On top of that they gave me payment options that were below my budget. I took my car in to get the engine light checked. By the time I got it there the light had reset by itself.
Left it for the day. They found nothing except and old code that was not relevant to the waring on the dash. Checked it out and found nothing.the bill; @154.19. That's really not very good. here's what scores a zero with me, I was charged for MISC SUPPLIES $13.10. What the xxxx was a miscellaneous supply? If I wanted to get mugged and robbed I could have stood out in front of the dealership with money hanging out of my pockets that some would have grabbed as they went by. Not going back there again.

Ken assured me when it arrived at my house( he had it flat bedded) that I wasn't obligated to purchase it. It was every thing he said it was.
