I pulled into the Richard Chevrolet service dept. for scheduled service and was greeted by one of their service advisers Sid Greatorex. Sid had a smile on his face and introduced himself to me and made me feel very comfortable. He took information from my vehicle and informed me of what services I was due for. I gladly agreed to it while I had a seat in there waiting room. Sid kept me informed on what was being done. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this dealership and definitely will return in the future! Thanks for reassuring me that I bought my car at the right place!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! This place is horrible! Like a fool I tried 3 different times to buy from here. The first time I wanted to buy a used Range Rover but I got a bad feeling from the salesperson so I found one up the road at Carmax. I tried again to buy a used Jeep. This time they said I couldn't have the advertised price because I was paying cash and the advertised price was only if I financed with them. I bought the Jeep and put a $500 deposit down and when it came time to pick it up they said they needed another week. I cancelled the sale. I found another Jeep at another one of their dealerships and again they tried marking up the price $750 because I was paying cash. I asked them if the $500 cash deposit could be transferred from the other dealership and they said yes. I purchased the vehicle and now they are saying they shredded the check and need another $500 (I paid cash!).
They also treat you like garbage when you refuse all their extras. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Enough to make me never want to do business with them again if they would be so petty about this small thing, makes me question what other unscrupulous activity they may be up to.

Awful experience with a lease buyout. Completely lied about fees 'required by law,' made up other fees. Would have added more than $1500 extra to buying out my lease. Used car salesperson stereotypes all day long. Went to another dealer to complete the paperwork and had a great experience there.

I got a 2016 corvette. It started running like crap on the way home. 60.000 dollar car running like crap on the way home. I stayed up all night reading about all the issues with GM vehicles. Motor and transmission failures. I called first thing in the morning asking to return the corvette and get my money and trade back. NO DEAL! They did let me have it serviced at a dealer closer to me but it's a 50/50 chance it will still fail after a triple transmission fluid flush. I'm sick over it. I can sell it but stand to loose thousands. They don't return calls, and make it very obvious that they don't care. Google search issues with GM transmission/ motors and Torque converters. Thousands of issues. Horrible devastating transaction don't buy here. They truly don't care.

One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have it on the lot ready, I asked them the price they told me it’s MSRP + tax, title registration and doc and if I come today evening I can drive the car home. I rented the car and drove for 4 hours from NJ to New London in CT. They didn’t have the car and the car was in transit arriving on 17th January. Such a disappointment, on top of that the sales manager Enrico Simonelli was unapologetic and gave me quote $3000 over MSRP! Such a worst experience! I already had a deposits with other dealership that was giving me a car for MSRP which are in transit. The only reason I had to was that they had the car on the lot!

Maintenance mechanics. at Davidson did not follow thru with a complete grease and oil change, twice. They didn't grease my truck although the receipt said they did, eleven fittings on front end not greased. Transmission fix was not to my satisfaction, whirring noise that developed after they fixed a shuttering problem. Didn't fix several complaints I had since new; Heater control knob not operating properly, they said that's the way it works. Exhaust leak wasn't found until I located it, several trips to them. Air conditioner doesn't work well since new, they said that's the way it is. The sales dept. was very different and was great to work with.
