I’ve had nothing but great experiences when getting my car serviced at Richard Chevrolet. Trustworthy garages are hard to come by. They do full test on car when getting oil changes and provide a report with vehicle status and recommendations. They do not put you on the spot like other places to do further repairs. You take Home report and have time to think about it. I’ve been so pleased with this dealership that I’ve recommended it to a few people already and will continue to spread the word.

I left my car with them thinking I needed a full 4 wheel replacement and alignment. Not only did they tell me I only needed my front 2 wheels replaced, saving me hundreds of dollars they easily could have just taken, they also did a full oil change! All of this and the price was well below all other places I shopped at. Pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of customer service. Will definitely be back!

Worse dealership around. Sales is more shady than normal and service is absolutely terrible. Brought my truck there 7 times for a warranty issue and every time they tell me that it’s normal. They will find every excuse to not fix a warranty issue. If your spending your own money out of warranty, they will quickly find the issue. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My husband and I visited the dealership looking at a used vehicle. The salesman Ray was somewhat unprofessional. Complained about his co-workers going out after work???? He had a little attitude when asked about negotiating the price of the vehicle. He kept asking my husband to sign multiple forms in which I had to keep asking what it was. We left and visited another dealer the next day and they told us Grossmans had 13 hits on his credit report which didn't help our rate. We did not buy from Grossmans.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had an appointment and waited over an hour just to be told "when you go to your doctor do they see you exactly at your appointment time?" "The appointment time is just a time to meet and bring your car in". The service department acted like I was bothering them! When I was the one that did not want to wait for an hour for my car to move from it's parking spot. When I told them (an hour and 45 mins in) that I had to go to work they stopped working on my car and printed me a document that said "come back and replace sensor if problem occurs again". They didn't even tell me what was wrong with my car . Thank you for the terrible communication and the horrible customer service. I will not be back. Don't waste your time like I did ! .... I understand that it takes time when you bring your car in, but if you have an appointment they should at least take a quick Look at the car within 20 mins so you are not waiting there for no reason.

Went here for a free oil change. The representative Frank (chuck norris) was so friendly and funny that our hour wait felt like 20 minutes. He was honest and real and had us laughing our butts off the whole time. Should start mentioning him as a perk to getting your car serviced here. Great guy

The gentleman couldn't understand why I was questioning the fact that we were not given nor offered a loaner car for our NEW VEHICLE. Chris said where was I coming from and hung up on me. When I tried to call the Manager of the service dept numerous times to complain I got no answer. I would never buy another car there again

Buying a car is an important experience. It has to meet your needs. Second only to a home, it is the second biggest purchase you will probably make. and budget. The people at O'Neill's made this very easy and pleasant.
I started at their website to see what was available in my price range that fit my requirements., I called Charlie Melnick in sales and set up an appointment. Of the 2 cars I looked at, one clearly stood out and after test driving the car was sold.
I liked that there was "no game playing". Straightforward, honest man, that's Charlie Melnick.
When we picked up the car Lou, the finance man, went through all the finalized paperwork. No hidden ambiguous fees. He even had a wireless rearview camera installed at my husband's request.
Charlie put the plates on, and took time to go over all the operating features and set up the OnStar before we left the lot. Very happy experience.

couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. My salesman got me the best price (with deep discounts). Upon seeing my salesman (randy) he immediately told me about all the discounts they could offer, which is unheard of, rather than haggling over the msrp. The finance department got me the best loan with the lowest interest rate possible. But, I was most impressed by the service department. The service manager gave me a tour and introduced me to the mechanics. I had parts ordered ( truck side steps and tonneau cover) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and that my parts were put on quickly. The staff at Valenti Chevrolet knows how to take care of their customers, which is why they get so much repeat business. This is the only dealership I will be doing business with in the future!!!

Paul in the service department is the best in customer service. It is rare these days to find a person who really cares about it's customers. Paul is one of those people whether it be in person or on the phone. I would recommend this dealership 110%. From choosing a car, going through the finance process and then maintaining the car I couldn't be more pleased. This is the second car I have bought and serviced at this dealership. I have had multiple family members purchase cars from this dealership and none have ever regretted it.

Starting with friendly salesmen with no knowledge of systems, engines, or even who the local ford dealer is. I would know the competition.
Dealer tag for 2 weeks sales wont return calls, then lies and tells the "MANAGER" he left mesages. Yet there are none on my home phone or cell que.
The oil report shows 20% used yet its burt smell, leaves a heavy sediment ring on a paper toeel and smels burnt.
Plastic removanle rivets missing in underhood panels. I had to replace.
On top of that, we bought the lifetime oil and tire program yet they appear to have reset the oil clock and NOT changed the oil.
If you just get in and drive it, then it dont matter.
But if you drive 60miles a day, good oil is a must. And i need a dealer i can trust and i dont know if i will over $35 in oil.
I reccomend buying elsewhere. Smiles get you only so far.

Everyone was very polite and professional towards me. I came in looking to buy an Equinox and I was a bit upside-down on my trade. They gave me a fantastic trade-in value that I would have been ignorant to turn down. On top of that they gave me payment options that were below my budget. Ken assured me when it arrived at my house( he had it flat bedded) that I wasn't obligated to purchase it. It was every thing he said it was.
