This is the third car we've purchased from Quality Subaru, and once again, the experience was excellent. The entire staff is always wonderful—friendly, professional, and attentive. Our sales representative, Chris Carey, was outstanding. He’s consistently helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Chris took the time to walk us through every detail of our new 2024 Ascent, especially highlighting the changes and improvements from our previous 2019 Ascent. We truly appreciate his guidance and the seamless buying process.

We were in a tight pickle and needed a car soon but had some difficult parameters but Cassidy immediately greeted us upon coming in and within 45 mins had set us up with our dream car- all within budget. Cassidy and his team really went above and beyond not only helping me, but also simultaneously helping my mom search for a car too. They care about their customers long term happiness way more than just getting a sale and for many businesses, that’s not often said! Truly took all the stress out of car shopping. Thank you!!

When I inquired about a used car that was advertised online, someone from the dealership contacted me promptly. After some intense haggling (do NOT accept their first deal), we agreed on a purchase price. They fulfilled their end of the bargain, and as a plus, at the sale closing they did not attempt to add on costs for extended warranties etc. Time will tell about their service department. All in all, a painless experience and we got the car we wanted at a dealership that is convenient for us to get to.

Fantastic service! Excellent staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership and the service area, especially where you can wait for your car to be serviced, are clean, bright, and well maintained. We have purchased, as well as leased, Subarus through Secor. We have all maintenance and repairs done there, too. We love Subarus and Secor!

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.

This service was a nightmare and I am hoping they can correct the mistakes they made. Will update if they do. Went there for an oil change - basic 36k mi service. Will put the worst 1st 1) the car was smelling of smoke. Opened the hood and smoke everywhere. 2) the basic inspection sheet wasn’t provided as the tech was new and did have Subaru access. So the advisor had them do it while I waited another hour for it. 3) Trivial detail - was told the car is vacuumed but it wasn’t - so that means not being truthful to the customer
