I purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox LT FWD with 1.5 liter engine, lane keeping assistance, navigation, adaptive cruise control, front bucket seats, emergency/automatic braking, cross traffic alert, CVT & a lot of other modern features from Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson, FL. I have purchased over 15 new cars/trucks/SUVs in the last 60 years (yeah I’m old) and feel this experience was the best because of their friendly professional staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I began my search by looking for the model I wanted locally online and comparing pricing. After I visited a couple of dealerships I found two Equinoxes that I liked and I requested an out-the-door (OTD) quote from several of these dealers. I settled on Castriota Chevrolet based on their selection and pricing. They are a large volume family-owned dealership so they offer better pricing than their corporate competitors. From this and past experiences I find it’s better to shop at a family-owned dealership vs. the corporate ones that refuse to negotiate. My first interaction was with Kenny Enox, my salesman to request an OTD quote. His sales manager, Terry Bedard provided the OTD quote as requested within a couple hours. Since it was the best offer that I received, I decided to buy it from them. When I showed up I received the exact vehicle & exact price that I was quoted by Terry. No tricks. Also, they gave me the best price for my trade in. Kenny provided me with a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Equinox with a lot of modern features. Kenny took about a two hours to introduce my wife & I to all the features, especially syncing the phone. Kenny walking us thru all the electronics. Joe from their business office prepared and finalized all the paperwork and discussed the additional extended warranties available. No high pressure, arm twisting like I’ve experienced at other dealers. Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson has been selling Chevrolets since 1979 and based on my current and past experiences with them I can see why they have an outstanding reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No old school tricks. No gimmicks. No foolish “market” adjustments. This is probably the last vehicle that I will buy since I’m 87, but I will buy another vehicle from them again if I need to. Showed up on a Saturday at 430 pm pulling a 12000 lbs Camper Trailer. Techs were there, diagnosed the problem failed solenoid. Had to order. Asked sales team, what do you have on the lot same specs, found a match. 3 hours later I was on my way back to Louisiana. Best team effort of any of my many vehicles encounters.

Omar was great...once again he saved our day. We had an issue with our battery and needed unplanned service visit.on Friday afternoon. Tried calling,first person told us her guys were leaving at 5. It was just a little after 4pm and we said we were about 10 minutes away. She transferred us to parts to see if they had one in stock.then never picked back up when he transferred us back to service. We raced to the dealership and my husband left truck running and went inside. Omar was there said he could definitely get us taken care of right away. He even remembered providing service to us previously. He is a great person.

That Service Manager came from a dealership in Palm Beach County to the Ft Lauderdale dealership. HE IS MR. RON WILLIAMS. I can't say enough about how much he cares about customers. To the point I don't mind one bit driving 80 miles round trip from western Palm Beach County!!!!! Mr. Williams introduced me to Service Writer Mr. Jonathan CARDOZA who talked me thru each detail I needed to TRUST my 2018 Grand Sport Corvette for servicing and electrical issues to GREICO Chevy Ft. Lauderdale. Mr. CARDOZA was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL!!!!! I can’t remember the name of the Corvette Technician Mr. Williams & MR. Cardoza introduced me to, but this gentleman talked with me and answered EVERY QUESTION I had and made me feel HE was the professional technician I wanted taking care of my vehicle which is my retirement gift to myself!!! Establishment clean, plenty of workers, not overcrowed, confortable. Free coffee is always welcomed. I came in with a good pre-approval from my bank so I cannot comment on their credit experience. Salesman Echavaria equally professional and respectful. I give the overall experience 5 out 5. I live in Kendall, 25 miles away, and if needed, I would not hesitate to travel to this location for future service or to shop again. Keep up the good work guys

Andres is just not a helpful representative. He would rather argue than sell a car. Does not answer questions about the vehicle. This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them

A very rude and unpleasant person. I am a customer at Miami Lakes and went in for a service. He wanted to charge me $140 when there is an $89 coupon available on the website. When I showed him the coupon, he became angry, insulted me, and treated me very poorly. I believe this company should not employ people like this, as they create a very negative experience for customers.
