Andres is just not a helpful representative. He would rather argue than sell a car. Does not answer questions about the vehicle. This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them

Outstanding service, thanks to Krista and Terry!** I recently brought my car in to Morgan's Chevrolet for an oil change and a transmission fluid service, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My service advisor, Krista, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. When the inspection showed my battery was failing, she explained it clearly and gave me two battery options at different price points, with no pressure to go with the more expensive one. She made it easy to choose what made sense for me, and I appreciated that honesty. I also want to thank Terry, the technician, who sent me a video walking through what he found and why it needed attention. Seeing it for myself made it clear the recommendations were legitimate. Krista made the whole visit easy and stress-free, and it's obvious she genuinely cares about her customers. If you want a service department you can trust, ask for Krista. I'll definitely be back.
