I had an appointment at 12:00 for an oil change it took - matthew

I had an appointment at 12:00 for an oil change it took them almost 3 hours to do a basic oil change and then the caveat at the end there is they couldn't find my car for almost half an hour I had to complain to the service manager and rather than a have a good day you know and we made a mistake and you know own it it was handing me my keys back very cold permanently lost a customer 3 hours for an oil changes unacceptable especially when I had an appointment I was quoted 35 minutes over 2 hours later I asked where my car was and they said oh it just came inside I really really thought about calling the police when they couldn't locate my car it took them half an hour to find my car it was only after I called the police non-emergency line on speaker phone that they actually started looking for it if I didn't buy something from parts that won't be in till tomorrow I've never come here again wow and I saw someone else tried to get sold a valve cover when there was clearly just some road grime on their car and they tried to illegally sell them something that they didn't need clearly it wasn't the same color as oil it was clearly just road driving I happen to see it and say something to the person and then they declined the repair I mean if you want some place that's going to steal from you this is the one if you want to be treated like a number and not a person this is the place and if you really really don't care about your car you should either buy it here or take it here I watch them take advantage of an old lady on a trade in her car at 80,000 miles 2011 now I worked at a car auction so I know about what these cars are worth $2,000 for her car because of one dent on the door I mean realistically she's talking about an eight or a thousand dollar car and they offered her a lowball price of two grand and because she was older and confused she took it so I wouldn't recommend you come here avoid like the plague I'm about to walk back my credit card cuz when the lady dip the oil in front of me it looked pretty dirty she tried to tell me it was clean but you see I put a little mark on my oil cap and it exactly lined up to the cap as if it hadn't been off I looked at the filter and it's dirty how to brand new filter get dirty from from the shop to the drive

I do not believe that a Service Manager like Saili - Esther

I do not believe that a Service Manager like Saili Almeida should ever speak or express themselves to a customer in the manner she did. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed a total lack of empathy when I went to use the car wash today. When I bought my car at Largo Honda, I was explicitly told I could use the car wash as many times as I wanted. Yet, while I was using it, she actually knocked on my car window to aggressively tell me that I couldn't use it. She pointed her finger at me, waved her hands around, and yelled instead of actually talking to me. As a loyal customer, being met with that kind of physical hostility and dismissiveness is completely unacceptable. A management position requires leadership and customer care skills, both of which were entirely missing during this interaction.

Pésima experiencia en Rick Case Honda Davie. - ortega91andy

The finance manager had quoted me a 5.49% APR. I asked to include GAP insurance while keeping the payment at $635 for 72 months; they initially said it wasn't possible, but I pushed for it. The next day, they called to say they could include the GAP insurance at $635 for 72 months. I couldn't make it in then due to work, but since I really wanted the car, I went in today. After waiting two hours—and after they had already run my credit—the finance manager realized the program was actually for 60 months, not 72. According to the salesperson who assisted me two days ago, it was the finance manager’s mistake—though at this point, I don’t even know who to believe. When they consulted the manager, they came back and told me the payment would now be $743 for 60 months. They were the ones who originally offered me the $635/month option at 5.49% APR, even though my credit qualified for 5.87%. Because of their mistake, I couldn't get the car, and I’m left with a hard inquiry on my credit report. I wasted three days, spent hours waiting, and lost money on gas—completely unprofessional.

I stopped into Vatland Honda on my way home from work to - Jtridento

I stopped into Vatland Honda on my way home from work to look at a certified 2025 CRV Sport L Hybrid. I was welcomed by Chrem. From the moment she introduced herself, I knew I was in good hands. Chrem showed me the vehicles I was in the market for and was straight forward, honest and very professional the whole step of the way. Within 2 hours, I had my current vehicle appraised and picked out my new one, completed paperwork and was out the door. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and professional. The one thing that impressed me about Chrem is not only all the awards she has received at the dealership but her longevity of being with Vatland Honda since January 2019. I have purchased many cars in the past and have found that salespeople sell me a car and are no longer with the dealership by the time I needed my first scheduled service. I am so glad I stopped at Vatland and met Chrem. A+. Thank you, Jay

We purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum on 7/26. - alex.cole.1791

We purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum on 7/26. Joe, our salesman was great. I would give 5 stars if this was based solely on our interactions with him. The driver seat ventilation was not working on the day we test-drove the car, a fact to which our salesman agreed and attested to. We received, in writing, an assurance from Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda that the seat would be repaired as a condition of the purchase and that if it could not be repaired, they would "unwind the sale." Again, this was provided by Dylan Dillard. We dropped the car off at Subaru of Gainesville, part of the same auto group (Lithia) and closer to our home, on 7/29. After initially determining that the seat was working correctly, we went to pick up the car on 8/1 and found that it was in fact not working and their master mechanic agreed and said they would take care of it. The following Monday, 8/4, Subaru of Gainesville sent both myself and Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda a repair estimate for approval. Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda refused to respond to this estimate, and would not return my calls, or the calls of anyone in the service department at Subaru of Gainesville. I was ultimately forced to text my salesman to get any response. Finally, on 8/11 my salesman notified me that the GSM at Duval Honda (whose name I do not know), Dylan Dillard's boss, was forced to step in and provide the approval that Dylan Dillard initially agreed to when we purchased the vehicle back on 7/26. The fact that Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda provides such incredibly poor customer service after the sale is the reason I provided this one-star review. I have rarely ever been so disrespected in what should be a professional relationship. We have, frankly, regretted the purchase and would return the vehicle if we could.

Lack of attention to detail. - katie5272

Lack of attention to detail. Still waiting for a text or call back from dealership. My finance paperwork and my registration paper work has wrong city on it. I was told it would be made right yet still no response from anyone, not my sales person, my finance person or the general manager whom I texted last week and got a automated response saying they would reach out. This dealership has been a big disappointment to us. Stay away,
