I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to give credit to Chad and the team at Jenkins Honda of Leesburg for making my car-buying experience much better than I expected. I purchased a used 2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring from them, and Chad was excellent from start to finish. Before I ever came to the dealership, he was the only salesperson I dealt with during my search who actually answered all of my questions, provided the information I asked for, verified my concerns, and gave me clear pricing without giving me the runaround. When I asked about the price, he re-quoted it at a better number, and all fees were disclosed up front. The final out-the-door price matched what I had been told, with no surprise charges. I was paying cash, and there was absolutely no pressure to finance, no pushy sales tactics, and no attempt to upsell me on things I didn’t want. The whole experience was relaxed, friendly, and straightforward. Chad was very easy to deal with, and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was also pleasantly surprised that they included powertrain coverage on the Mazda even though Jenkins is a Honda dealership. On top of that, they washed the car and filled the gas tank before I left, leaving with a full tank was a nice extra touch. The CX-5 has been great so far, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I was honestly dreading having to go through the dealership buying process, but Chad and the Jenkins Honda of Leesburg staff made it a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend asking for Chad if you’re shopping for a vehicle.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Nick Cruz at Honda of Port Richey! I was in a real jam and needed four new tires installed quickly before heading out of town the very next day. Nick was incredibly informative, friendly, and transparent from start to finish. He gave me a very reasonable quote on four OEM Honda Accord tires, but there was one hitch: they only had three in stock at the dealership. Instead of turning me away or telling me to wait, Nick and the team went above and beyond. They literally sent an employee all the way to Brandon to pick up that fourth tire so I could get everything installed and hit the road the same day.
