I’ve been a Honda customer for about three years, and from my very first purchase in 2023, Albert has been an incredible service advisor. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it can be intimidating bringing my vehicle in for service. Albert always takes the time to explain what needs to be done, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I understand everything before any work is completed.
I’ve known Albert since high school, and he has always been professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Since I moved to Lehigh in October 2025, he also understands that I travel a long distance to get my car serviced. He does his best to make the process smooth and worthwhile.
What I appreciate most is that he truly cares about his customers. We always end up laughing, and he creates such a welcoming environment that I never feel like I’m wasting my time coming in. His honesty, knowledge, and outstanding customer service are exactly why I continue to trust Honda with my vehicle. Thank you, Albert, for always going above and beyond!
