I’ve been a Honda customer for about three years, and from my very first purchase in 2023, Albert has been an incredible service advisor. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it can be intimidating bringing my vehicle in for service. Albert always takes the time to explain what needs to be done, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I understand everything before any work is completed. I’ve known Albert since high school, and he has always been professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Since I moved to Lehigh in October 2025, he also understands that I travel a long distance to get my car serviced. He does his best to make the process smooth and worthwhile. What I appreciate most is that he truly cares about his customers. We always end up laughing, and he creates such a welcoming environment that I never feel like I’m wasting my time coming in. His honesty, knowledge, and outstanding customer service are exactly why I continue to trust Honda with my vehicle. Thank you, Albert, for always going above and beyond!

Everyone was not just kind but personable and detail oriented. They checked every box I had and I was able to get the exact car I wanted for a great price with the bonus of absolutely amazing service. They go above and beyond making sure you have everything you need. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything that was going every step of the way. Bevil was absolutely amazing. He was kind, understanding, patient, and took his time with our questions and ensuring that we left happy. He checked in with us periodically to make sure we were doing good and were in and out within 2 hours. This is our first time driving Honda's (I leased 2 at the same time - 1 for me and 1 for my daughter) and our first time at the service center. If all else fails, you've made a repeat customer out of me just because of Bevil and how pleasant he was. The lobby where we waited could use some work. I heard a worker come in using foul language and another on his phone on social media with the volume turned all the way up. The seating was comfortable but in between the cushions you could see lots of leftover popcorn. Who knows when's the last time those cushions were actually cleaned - kind of gross. I think I saw a dead roach under one of the seats too but i honestly didn't see it close enough. For some reason, I loved that I was there during a morning meeting because you heard workers cheering each other on and really getting their morning started on the right way. It was nice to hear.

I always choose this location for any service my car needs, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. This is for the Winter Park location at 711 W Fairbanks Ave. Ron Shillings and Andres Maldonado are always a pleasure to work with, they communicate clearly, treat me with respect, and make my vehicle a top priority. This time, I had an issue with my compressor, and Ron guided me through the entire process, making sure I got exactly what I needed without ever trying to upsell or overcharge. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. My technician, Josh Kellman, was also excellent. The service was timely, well done, and everything was clearly explained so I understood exactly what was being done to my car. I truly couldn’t recommend this team enough. I am both sad that I had to replace my vehicle after a total loss accident (no fault of mine) at the least favourable time, but pleased I was able to meet Nicholas (Nick) Linares and secure something I can work with! From the moment I walked in the door and outlined my reason and financial climate, he was pleasant! He didn't show any negative faces or share any negative words! He was optimistic and even when I became overly frustrated (to tears), he was a kind voice and a distracting conversation. Honestly, I will probably find Nick when I'm ready to replace this car!
