Buying a new vehicle, backed by a full warranty is like a cake walk compared to buying a used vehicle with no warranty at all. Buying pre-owned can be highly anxiety provoking. There are so many things that could go wrong. You must find a salesperson you can trust.
When I started my car search, I first visited a used car dealership. I was assisted by a very high pressure salesman who was pushing this one vehicle, that he assured me was the best on his lot. The vehicle looked great and was very clean, but upon further investigation, I learned the car had a major mechanical problem that would have cost me over $4,500 to repair. The service department had recommended the repair, but the dealership refused it. This experience made me even more leery of pushy, aggressive sales people. Had I purchased that vehicle, my son and I would be on the bus-stop already.
I require the time and space to test drive and research the vehicle, so I can feel confident in my decision. I don't need someone breathing down my neck, trying to force me to make an immediate purchase. This is why I have so much appreciation for the experience I had with William Drake at Napleton Infinity.
I felt very comfortable with Will. He was friendly, professional and committed to making sure I was a satisfied customer. Will and his Sales Manager, Janice, saw to it that everything he promised me before the sale, was fulfilled after the purchase was made. We are really enjoying our vehicle!
Simple service of tire rotation and oil change disaster - suburban25
After making an appointment, it took them over three hours to rotate the tires and change the oil. Worst service ever. They never found the leak and still charged for the tire rotation.
